本发明公开一种汽车变速器的驻车机构,驻车棘爪的右边设有配重,使驻车棘爪的中心G处于驻车棘爪销的右边,当回位弹簧失效后,在重心G的作用下,驻车棘爪有顺时针旋转趋势,将驻车棘爪固定在原位置,防止驻车棘爪逆时针旋转而使棘爪卡入驻车棘轮圆周上的凹形齿槽,防止车辆在行驶过程中自动驻车导致变速器抱死或者停车状态无法退出P档。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车变速器技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车变速器的驻车机构。
背景技术
现有技术的汽车变速器的驻车机构如图6、图7所示。驻车机构包括套装于驻车推杆上的驻车凸轮2,带棘爪41的驻车棘爪4,可供驻车棘爪4旋转的驻车棘爪销6,将驻车棘爪4压紧在驻车凸轮2上的回位弹簧5,以及驻车棘轮7。所述驻车棘轮7圆周上设有凹形齿槽71且可绕棘轮中心72旋转;所述驻车棘爪4可顺时针或逆时针旋转的套装于驻车销6上;驻车棘爪4左设有棘爪41,使驻车棘爪4的重心G位于旋转中心44的右边,当驻车棘爪回位弹簧5失效后,在重力G的作用下驻车棘爪4逆时针旋转到驻车棘爪4左侧的凸形棘爪41卡入驻车棘轮7圆周上的凹形齿槽71内,导致车辆在行驶过程中自动驻车使变速器抱死或者停车状态无法退出P档。
采用这种的驻车机构,当棘爪回位弹簧5失效时,无法防止驻车机构自动驻车,安全性较低。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种汽车变速器的驻车机构,当驻车棘爪回位弹簧失效后,防止车辆在行驶过程中自动驻车导致变速器抱死或者停车状态无法退出P档。
本发明公开的一种汽车变速器的驻车机构,包括驻车凸轮、驻车棘爪、驻车棘爪销、回位弹簧、驻车棘轮、棘轮中心;
所述驻车凸轮被用于套装在驻车推杆上;
所述驻车棘爪一端为棘爪,所述驻车棘爪中段为旋转中心,所述旋转中心固定套装在驻车棘爪销上,并通过回位弹簧将棘爪头部上端压紧在驻车凸轮上;
所述驻车棘轮圆周上设有凹形齿槽,可绕棘轮中心旋转;驻车时,驻车凸轮向下推动驻车棘爪克服回位弹簧的弹力并将棘爪卡入凹形齿槽内;
所述驻车棘爪的另一端为配重,所述配重被设置为让驻车棘爪的重心在旋转中心偏配重一侧;当回位弹簧失效后,驻车棘爪由于重力被控制保持其棘爪头部上端压紧在驻车凸轮上。
进一步地,所述驻车棘爪回位弹簧上端与箱体间隙配合,下端弹性的将驻车棘爪压紧在驻车凸轮上。
进一步地,所述驻车棘爪及配重一体成型在驻车棘爪上。
本发明有益技术效果为:由于驻车棘爪右端设有方形配重,使整个驻车棘爪的重心位于驻车棘爪旋转中心的右边,当驻车棘爪回位弹簧失效后,防止车辆在行驶过程中自动驻车导致变速器抱死或者停车状态无法退出P档,提高了汽车安全性。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图5所示,本发明公开的一种汽车变速器的驻车机构,包括:驻车凸轮2、驻车棘爪4、驻车棘爪销6、回位弹簧5、驻车棘轮7和棘轮中心2。
驻车凸轮2固定套装在驻车推杆上。
驻车棘爪4一端为棘爪41,另一端为配重42,中段为旋转中心44。旋转中心44固定套装在驻车棘爪销6上,可顺时针或逆时针旋转。所述配重42被设置为让驻车棘爪4的重心G在旋转中心44偏配重一侧。当回位弹簧5失效后,在重心G的作用下,驻车棘爪4有顺时针旋转趋势。
所述回位弹簧5套装在驻车棘爪6上,驻车棘爪回位弹簧5上端52与变速器箱体间隙配合,下端51弹性的将驻车棘爪4压紧在驻车凸轮2上。
驻车棘轮7圆周上设有凹形齿槽71,可绕棘轮中心72旋转;
驻车时,驻车凸轮2向下推动驻车棘爪4克服回位弹簧5的弹力并将棘爪41卡入凹形齿槽71内;
当回位弹簧5失效后,驻车棘爪4由于重力被控制保持其棘爪4头部上端压紧在驻车凸轮2上。如此设置,将驻车棘爪4固定在原位置,防止驻车棘爪4逆时针旋转而使棘爪41卡入驻车棘轮7圆周上的凹形齿槽71,可防止车辆在行驶过程中自动驻车导致变速器抱死或者停车状态无法退出P档。

1.一种汽车变速器的驻车机构,包括驻车凸轮(2)、驻车棘爪(4)、驻车棘爪销(6)、回位弹簧(5)、驻车棘轮(7)和棘轮中心(72);
所述驻车凸轮(2)被用于套装在驻车推杆上;
所述驻车棘爪(4)一端为棘爪(41),所述驻车棘爪(4)中段为旋转中心(44),所述旋转中心(44)固定套装在驻车棘爪销(6)上,并通过回位弹簧(5)将驻车棘爪(4)头部上端压紧在驻车凸轮(2)上;
所述驻车棘轮(7)圆周上设有凹形齿槽(71),可绕棘轮中心(72)旋转;驻车时,驻车凸轮(2)向下推动驻车棘爪(4)克服回位弹簧(5)的弹力并将棘爪(41)卡入凹形齿槽(71)内;
其特征在于:所述驻车棘爪(4)的另一端为配重(42),所述配重(42)被设置为让驻车棘爪(4)的重心在旋转中心(44)偏配重一侧;当回位弹簧(5)失效后,驻车棘爪(4)由于重力被控制保持其棘爪(4)头部上端压紧在驻车凸轮(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车变速器的驻车机构,其特征在于:所述驻车棘爪回位弹簧(5)上端(52)与箱体间隙配合,下端(51)弹性的将驻车棘爪(4)压紧在驻车凸轮(2)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车变速器的驻车机构,其特征在于:所述驻车棘爪及配重(42)一体成型在驻车棘爪(4)上。
