Abstract

Description

不可燃预混料
本发明涉及一种用于制备发泡材料、特别是聚氨酯发泡产品的不可燃聚酯多元醇和/或聚醚多元醇混合物。
聚氨酯发泡体可通过异氰酸酯和多元醇或多元醇混合物,在发泡剂,优选氢氟烷烃存在的条件下进行反应而制得。
已知可以使用1,1,1,3.3-五氟丁烷(HFC365mfc)作为发泡剂来制备聚氨酯发泡材料。因为1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷的闪点低于-27℃,所以可看作是易燃液体并因此限制了其作为发泡剂的使用。因此,通常1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷要与其他氟代烃混合使用。
除了HFC365mfc之外,已知的发泡剂混合物还包括,例如,1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(HFC134a)或1,1,1,2,3,3,3-七氟丙烷(HFC227ea)或1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷(HFC245fa)。这些发泡剂混合物没有闪点,并适合于制备发泡塑料。
WO02/099006中记载了一种由1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷,1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷和1,2-二氯乙烯组成的不可燃组合物。
US2002/019822273A1中记载了一种不具有闪点的发泡剂混合物。该发泡剂混合物除了公知的含氟发泡剂外还含有2-氯丙烷。
WO00/56833中记载了三元和四元的混合物,该混合物中除了1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷外还可含有N-丙基溴。
同样还公开和普遍公知,为了制备发泡体首先要由各种所使用原料制得所谓的预混料,然后使其与异氰酸酯反应。为制备预混料,则要以所需量将多元醇或多醚、发泡剂、催化剂和其他可能的助剂相互混合。然后使该预混料与异氰酸酯或多种异氰酸酯相接触,从而制得发泡体。
如果在使用所谓发泡剂的条件下制备预混料,则当用量超过临界发泡剂量时,就会令人惊奇地由于闪点较低而致使整个体系归入可燃材料范畴,尽管发泡剂混合物和多元醇体系本身并非可燃的。
本发明的任务在于,提供一种可用于制备发泡材料的、不可燃、稳定且不具有闪点的预混料。
根据本发明,所述用于制备发泡产品的不可燃预混料包含多元醇,优选聚醚多元醇和/或聚酯多元醇,添加剂如催化剂,稳定剂,助剂和发泡剂或发泡剂混合物,且其特征在于,该预混料含有卤代烷烃。
本发明的预混料优选含有
a)多元醇,优选使用聚醚多元醇或聚酯多元醇;
b)4至35重量%,优选10至15重量%的发泡剂混合物,并且发泡剂混合物中除了HFC365fmc外含有至少5重量%,优选7至50重量%的另一种氟代烃,优选是HFC134a,HFC227ea或HFC245fa;并且其特征在于添加有卤代烷烃。术语“卤代烷烃”中,“卤代”优选是指被氯或溴取代。
用作卤代烷烃的可以是选自1,2-二氯乙烷、2-氯丙烷、1-溴丙烷的化合物。
不必添加磷化合物作为阻燃剂,优选不用磷化合物。但其实也可以另外添加已知的基于磷的阻燃剂。
现有技术中已知的试剂,包括添加剂如催化剂,稳定剂和助剂可以加入到本发明的预混料中。
本发明的预混料可以以已知的方式和方法与异氰酸酯或多种异氰酸酯相接触并发泡。
为制备聚氨酯发泡体,可使用常规的例如具有2至4个异氰酸酯基的聚异氰酸酯。它们的生产制备和为此可用的基本化学试剂也是已知的。
这些聚异氰酸酯含有带不超过18个C原子的脂族烃基,带不超过15个C原子的脂环族烃基、带6至15个C原子的芳族烃基或带8至15个C原子的芳族脂族烃基。技术上特别优选的初始成分是,例如,2,4-和2,6-甲代亚苯基二异氰酸酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,聚亚甲基聚异氰酸苯酯及它们的混合物。也可以使用所谓的含有碳化二亚胺基团、尿烷基团、Alophnat基团、Isocyanorat基团、脲基或缩二脲基团的改性聚异氰酸酯。
其他的初始成分是含有至少2个对异氰酸酯具有反应能力的氢原子的化合物。特别是分子量为300至10000,具有优选2至8个羟基且还可另外具有氨基、硫基或羧基的化合物。
对于发泡体系,还可使用其他化学发泡剂如水,作为其他助剂和添加剂。也可使用催化剂,如叔胺,如二甲基环己基胺,和/或有机金属化合物。还可使用表面活性添加剂,如乳化剂或发泡稳定剂,例如硅氧烷聚醚成分,反应抑制剂,孔度调节剂如石蜡,脂肪醇或二甲基聚硅氧烷,颜料和色素。还可以用防老化和气候影响的稳定剂,填料,颜料,抗静电剂,成核剂,泡孔调节物质或具有杀菌作用的活性物质。
非常合适的催化剂是诸如在国际专利申请WO96/14354中所提及的那些。其中有有机胺,氨基醇和氨基醚如吗啉类化合物,例如二甲基环己基胺,二乙醇胺,2-二甲氨基乙基-3-二甲氨基丙基醚,2-二甲氨基乙基醚,2,2-二吗啉代二乙基醚,N,N-二甲氨基乙基吗啉,N-二甲基吗啉。也可以使用金属有机化合物,如锌、钴或铁的化合物作为催化剂。可使用的有,例如,二辛酸锌、环烷酸钴、二丁基锌二月桂酸酯和丙酮基乙酸铁。
本发明预混料的优点在于,通过添加卤代烷烃,能够明显改善各成分的溶解性,从而使闪点提高并从“可燃”级别中划去。因此,也就可以简便地进行存储和运输预混料。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于制备发泡产品的不可燃预混料,包含聚醚多元醇和/或聚酯多元醇,添加剂如催化剂,稳定剂,助剂和发泡剂或发泡剂混合物,且其特征在于,该预混料含有卤代烷烃。
2.如权利要求1所述的不可燃预混料,其特征在于,其中含有1,2-二氯乙烷、2-氯丙烷、1-溴丙烷作为卤代烷烃。
3.如权利要求1所述的不可燃预混料,其特征在于,使用含有1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷(HFC-365mfc)和至少一种其他氟代烃的发泡剂混合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的不可燃预混料,其特征在于,所述的其他氟代烃选自由1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(HFC-134a),1,1,1,2,3,3,3-七氟丙烷(HFC-227ea)和1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷(HFC-245fa)组成的一组物质。
5.如权利要求3所述的不可燃预混料,其特征在于,所述的其他氟代烃在发泡剂混合物中的含量为至少5重量%,其中发泡剂(发泡剂混合物)总量设定为100重量%。
6.如权利要求4所述的不可燃预混料,其特征在于,所述的其他氟代烃在发泡剂混合物中的含量为7至50重量%,其中发泡剂(发泡剂混合物)总量设定为100重量%。
7.如权利要求4所述的不可燃预混料,其特征在于,发泡剂混合物由HFC-365mfc以及至少一种选自1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(HFC-134a),1,1,1,2,3,3,3-七氟丙烷(HFC-227ea)和1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷(HFC-245fa)的其他发泡剂组成。
