在现有技术中已经公开电动手持式刨。在所有刨机中,电动机轴和刨机轴相互平行并且主操作手柄以一个90°的角度位于这些轴的上面。由于电动机轴、刨机轴和手柄的这种布置,已知的刨机很难适合于开槽工作。特别是棱边和侧面的加工,用这种刨机进行很麻烦。

发明内容
本发明提出了一种用于刨和/或铣的电动工具机,具有一个电动机轴和一个与该电动机轴连接的工作轴,其中,该工作轴垂直于所述电动机轴设置。
本发明电动工具机的优点是,使用者用该电动工具机能够很简单地加工例如门或窗的棱边和侧面。在此,由于工作轴相对于电动机轴的垂直布置和由此得到的工具机造型,能够直观地引导使用者正确操作。相应地,能够简单地加工处于垂直位置中以及处于水平位置中的棱边。
电动机轴的概念表示电动工具机的电动机的轴,电动机通过该轴将其转矩传递到工作轴上。工作轴根据使用情况也可以被称为刨机轴、刀轴或铣轴。在工作轴上固定了刀具头,例如刀头或铣削头。工作轴将电动机的转矩传递给刀具头。即,工作轴是在电动机轴和刀具头之间的连接元件。
工作轴相对于电动机轴垂直、也就是说成一个直角布置。这样,电动机轴和工作轴共同构成一个90°角。电动机轴和工作轴优选通过一个传动装置相互连接。

在本发明的另一个方案中,电动工具机具有一个底座和一个侧导向面。该底座涉及一个平面区段,电动工具机通过它可以贴靠在待加工工件上。侧导向面也实现相同的功能。固定底座的面和侧导向面相互成一定角度,使得这两个面能够形状配合地贴靠在相应成形的工件的一个棱边的彼此相对的面上。在底座和侧导向面之间的角度可以是可调的,这样,电动工具机能够配合不同工件的不同棱边。但在底座和侧导向面之间的角度也可以是固定不动的。在这种情况下,该角度优选为90°,那么,它为一个直角。
如果在底座和侧导向面之间的角度固定在90°上,则侧导向面可以附加具有一个倒角并且底座具有一个V形槽。由此,尽管在底座和侧导向面之间的角度是固定的,仍能够不用其它辅助措施如可调的角度限位器(Winkelanschlge)而倒出斜面。
侧导向面优选高度可调,使得在开槽工作时刨削宽度或铣削宽度等于槽宽度。
此外,底座可以包括一个固定的第一底座和一个可调的第二底座。第二底座是可运动的,从而使得可以调节电动工具机向待加工工件中的切入深度。第二底座优选可通过一个为此设置的旋钮来调节。
有利的是,本发明电动工具机附加具有一个用于容纳切屑的收集容器。在加工工件时落下的切屑直接被输送到该收集容器中。落下的切屑不再会弄脏工作区域并且可以通过排空收集容器被简单地排除。
此外,本发明电动工具机可以具有一个侧面防接触保护。它的作用是遮盖刀具头的端部,使得使用者不会在电动工具机运行时无意识地碰到刀具头的端部上并受伤。该侧面防接触保护最好是可动的,特别是可摆动,这样,在需要时还能够接触到刀具头的被遮盖的端部。
在本发明的一个优选方案中,电动工具机是一个电动手持式刨。但它也可以是铣削工具。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个第一电动手持式刨100。该电动手持式刨100具有一个电动机壳体101,它同时也用作为使用者手握的手柄。在电动机壳体101中有未进一步示出的电动机轴102。在电动机壳体101上连接着一个前区段103。在该区段103中配置了手持式刨100的传动装置。此外,在前区段103的区域内设置了一个用于刀具头的轴承。在前区段103上连接着一个下区段105。在该下区段105中有一个未详细示出的工作轴106。工作轴106通过前区段103中的传动装置与电动机轴102连接。在工作轴106的下端部上固定有一个刀头107。
电动手持式刨100的下部区域由一个底座108和一个侧导向面104构成。底座108和侧导向面104相互间构成一个为90°的角度α。
底座108由一个固定的第一底座109和一个可动的第二底座110组成。可动的底座110可垂直于附图的平面调节,使得电动手持式刨100的切削深度可调节。
在图2中可看到电动手持式刨100的后侧面。在该视图中可看出手持式刨100的收集容器111。它也可以被称作切屑盒。此外示出了一个旋钮112,它使得可以调节第二底座110,从而调节切削深度。
下面来说明电动手持式刨100的功能方式。
假设要用电动手持式刨100在一个木板条中刨出一个直角槽。为此,在电动手持式刨100上首先借助旋钮112调节到所希望的切削深度。然后将电动手持式刨100放置在木板条的要产生所希望的槽的那个棱边的端部上。在此,可动的底座110和侧导向面104的前面部分以形状配合的方式包围住木板条的待加工棱边。在这种状态下,刀头107贴靠在棱边的端部上。然后可以将电动手持式刨100接通,以便起动刨削过程。将电动手持式刨100沿箭头A(见图1)方向向前推进,使得刀头107切入棱边的端部内。该通过箭头A表示的方向也可以被称为电动手持式刨的进给方向。

借助该电动手持式刨100可以简单地加工处于垂直位置中的和处于水平位置中的棱边。
图3表示一个第二电动手持式刨200。该手持式刨200基本与手持式刨100相同构造,但具有一些附加特征。该手持式刨200的与手持式刨100相同的构件设置了相同的参考标号。
与手持式刨100相反,手持式刨200附加具有一个用于侧导向面104的高度调节装置113。侧导向面104可通过两个可摆动的支架114调节高度。手持式刨200的使用者可以通过一个旋钮115调节侧导向面104的希望的高度。
此外,手持式刨200具有一个侧面防接触保护116,如在图4中可看出的那样。该防接触保护116在图4中表示出的位置中遮盖刀具头107的下自由端部117(也见图5)。这样,阻止了使用者在手持式刨200运行时无意识地碰到旋转的刀具头107的下端部117上。该防接触保护116可摆动,使得下端部117可以被释放。这使得在需要时可以更换刀具头107。

图6表示手持式刨200的前面。在图6中,手持式刨200贴靠在一个倾斜的工件120上。用该手持式刨200要对工件120的棱边121倒角。在此,通过侧导向面104的一个倒角斜面(Fase)122以及通过第二底座110的一个V形槽123达到手持式刨200良好和牢固地安放在倾斜的工件120上。倒角斜面122齐平地贴靠在工件120的表面上,并且棱边121被V形槽123形状配合地容纳,由此可以保证简单和可靠地对棱边121倒角。通过倒角斜面122和V形槽123可以不用其它辅助措施来对棱边121倒角。
