Abstract
塑料液体容器,尤其是带有由栅条或板材制成的外壳且采用板状托盘的液体储运容器的内胆(2),其边角区域(44-47)通过采用向内造型(52)进行加强,从而防止由于运输过程中流动液体货物泼溅振动产生交变内应力而导致在边角区域出现裂缝。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种塑料的液体容器,其中该容器为长方六面体或立方体形,带有四个侧壁、一个带有可关闭的流入接管的上底、一个下底和设于一个侧壁底部处用于连接取出装置的流出接管。
背景技术
在用DE 103 01 517 B3中已介绍的此类液体容器运输液体的过程中,液体容器作为内胆放置在托盘式容器(Palletenbehlter)中,由于运输工具的启动、加速和刹车以及通过车辆传递的行驶颠簸而导致内胆中的液体振动、泼溅、,从而容器的侧壁及上下底壁都受到由于内胆中液体振动、泼溅而产生的交变内应力。尤其是每个由两邻接的侧壁形成的垂直的倒圆角的连接边和上底与邻接侧壁形成的两水平倒圆角连接边相交汇而形成的内胆的四个上边角区域要承受很大的载荷,这因为作用于侧壁和上底的内应力在边角区域进行了重叠。由于交变的内应力和由此产生的容器侧壁及上底的振动,尤其在塑料容器的上边角区域存在出现能使泄露液体从容器中流出的裂缝的危险,从而无法再保证液体容器的运输安全。
发明内容
本发明的任务就是改善此类液体容器的运输安全性。
本发明的这个任务通过一种塑料的液体容器来实现,其中该容器为长方六面体或立方体形,带有四个侧壁、一个带有流入接管的上底、一个下底和设于一个侧壁底部处用于连接取出阀的流出接管,每个液体容器的侧壁与上底之间的每个上边角区域和/或容器的侧壁与下底之间的每个下边角区域处具有至少一个向内或向外造型(Ein-oderAusformung)。
从属权利要求包含了对本发明有益和实用的进一步改进。
采用本发明在此类液体容器的侧壁与上底之间的上边角区域处,必要时在侧壁与下底之间的下边角区域处的向内和向外的造型,可以加强容器的边角区域,并且使容器的边角区域与运输中由液体作用在侧壁和上底的动态内应力相隔离。通过这种方式,避免了在容器边角区域产生裂缝。

具体实施方式
作为一次性容器和可多次使用容器使用的液体储运容器1的主要部件包括:一个可更换的长方六面体形的塑料内胆2、一个由交叉着的水平和垂直金属栅条14,15构成的外栅条框13和一个具有符合欧洲标准的长度和宽度的板状托盘20(palletenartigesUntergestell)。其中内胆2带有四个侧壁3-6,一个制成流出底形式的下底7和一个上底8,在上底8处形成有一个可用盖子10关闭的流入接管9和一个在一侧壁3下部形成的用于连接取出装置12的流出接管11。外栅条框15的垂直栅条15的末端16,17分别焊接在栅条外壳13的上、下环绕边框18,19上。内胆2的下底7放置在与之相配的托盘20的底板22上。
为了方便使用叉车、货架设备和类似运输工具而采用的托盘20的底板22支承在四个角脚23-26、一个后中间脚27、一个由底板22形成的前中间脚28和两个由底板22的桥形加强板的两外端部形成的侧中间脚29,30上。其中,前中间脚28设置在储运容器1的取出装置12下方。
内胆2的侧壁3-6之间的垂直连接边32-35、上底8与四个侧壁3-6之间的水平连接边36-39和下底7与四个侧壁3-6之间的水平连接边40-43都进行倒圆,内胆2的侧壁3-6与上底8之间的四个上边角区域44-47和侧壁3-6与下底7之间的四个下边角区域48-51制成球面形状。
对于图2所示的液体储运容器1的内胆2,四个上边角区域44-47中的每个都通过三个阶梯状的向内造型52(Einformung)得到加强,这些向内造型52绕边角区域的中心53等间距同心分布。一个边角区域44-47的三个向内造型52以割线方式穿过内胆2的两个侧壁表面3a,4a和上底表面8a与边角区域邻接的倒圆角54-56。
对于图4所示的储运容器1的内胆2的另一个实施方式,四个上边角区域44-47中的每个都通过与其中心53同心设置的环形加强筋57(Ringsicke)得到加强。
除了上述两种内胆2的实施方式,还可以通过在下边角区域48-51处设置的阶梯状向内造型52或环形加强筋57来加强内胆2。
带有加强边角区域44-47的液体储运容器1内胆2的制造,通过在吹塑模中将挤压好的管状的塑料预成型件吹塑而实现。
Claims (6)
1.一种塑料的液体容器,其中该容器为长方六面体或立方体形,带有四个侧壁、一个带有流入接管的上底、一个下底和设于一个侧壁底部处用于连接取出阀的流出接管,其特征在于,每个液体容器(2)的侧壁(3-6)与上底(8)之间的每个上边角区域(44-47)和/或容器(2)的侧壁(3-6)与下底(7)之间的每个下边角区域(48-51)处具有至少一个向内或向外造型(52,57)。
2.如权利要求1所述的液体容器,其特征在于,内胆(2)的一个或多个边角区域(44-47)处形成阶梯状的或加强筋形的向内造型(52)。
3.如权利要求2所述的液体容器,其特征在于,所述向内造型(52)为容器(2)边角区域(44-47)处形成的三个绕边角区域(44-47)中心(53)等间距同心分布的向内造型(52),所述向内造型(52)穿过在边角区域(44-47)处邻接的容器(2)两侧壁表面(3a,4a)与下底及上底表面(8a)形成的倒圆角(54-56)。
4.如权利要求1所述的液体容器,其特征在于,具有在所述边角区域(44-47)内与所述边角区域(44-47)中心(53)同心形成的环形加强筋(57)。
5.如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的液体容器,其特征在于,所述容器(2)的侧壁(3-6)与上底(8)之间的上边角区域(44-47)和容器(2)侧壁(3-6)与下底(7)之间的下边角区域(48-51)制成球面形状。
6.如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的液体容器,其特征在于,用吹塑方法制造带有加强边角区域的容器。
