Claims (19)

1. a compositions is characterized in that said composition contains
(a) melatonin or derivatives thereof,
(b) Semen Ginkgo and
(c) biotin
As active substance.
2. according to the compositions of claim 1, it is characterized in that, said composition contains the melatonin derivatives of melatonin or a kind of 5-of being selected from methoxytryptamine, 5-methoxyl group tryptophan, 5-methoxyl group tryptophol, 5-methoxyl group indole-3-acetic acid and 6-hydroxyl melatonin, with and physiologically acceptable salt, ester and complex chemical compound.
