Abstract
本发明涉及一种用来制造由塑性物料(8)组成的圆柱形物体(9)的挤出模,所述圆柱形物体具有至少一个分布在其内部的孔。挤出模包括一挤出喷嘴(P),它具有一变窄区域(1)和一喷嘴出口件(2)。喷嘴出口件(2)形成一圆柱形通道。此外设一支承装置,在它上面固定数量相当于内孔数量的丝线(6、7),或者它具有数量相当于内孔数量的、用来将挥发性填充材料丝线形地压入物料流内的通道。支承装置由数量相当于内孔数量的、尤其是做成销形的支承元件(3、4)组成。每个支承元件(3、4)固定在挤压喷嘴(P)的喷嘴出口件(2)区域或变窄区域内,并且尤其是沿径向可调的。
Description
本发明涉及一种用来制造由塑性物料组成的圆柱形物体的挤压模。
由DE 41 20 166 C2已知一种用来制造具有螺旋内孔的硬质合金或陶瓷棒的挤压模。该已知的挤压模具有一挤压喷嘴,其出口件具有一光滑的圆柱形通道。此外已知挤压模配备一同心地设置在挤压喷嘴内的一芯轴上的支架,此支架具有数量相当于内孔数量的、伸入喷嘴出口件内的弹性丝线和/或通道或孔,以便将塑性材料丝线状地压入物料流内。这些丝线、通道或孔根据至少一个内孔的位置固定或设置在离轴线规定的径向距离处。支架做成无叶片的轮毂体。轮毂体和/或喷嘴出口件配设一驱动装置,用它可在轮毂体和喷嘴出口件之间产生一规定的、与物料的挤出速度相匹配的相对旋转运动,以便在挤出的毛坯中产生至少一个螺旋的内通道。
此外由DE 199 42 966 C2已知一种用来制造带有螺线形内孔的金属烧结坯料的方法和装置。其中塑性体首先制造得带一基本上直线形分布的内孔。然后将塑性体切断到规定的长度,接着在其整个长度上支承在一垫板上的情况下借助于一摩擦面装置经受一滚压运动。该滚压运动的速度在该塑性体的长度上线性地连续变化,使塑性体被均匀旋扭。
本发明的目的是,改进由塑性物料组成的、具有至少一条分布在其内部的孔的圆柱形物体的制造。
这个目的通过具有在权利要求1中规定的特征的挤压模实现。本发明优良的方案和改进结构由从属权利要求得到。
本发明的优点特别在于,由塑性物料组成的圆柱形物体的至少一个内孔离圆柱形物体的外围或者说表面的距离可以迅速和方便地调整。本发明其他的优点由以下借助于附图对一个实施例的说明得到,附图中表示挤压模的为理解本发明所必需的组成部分。附图表示:

图1表示本发明的第一个实施例。所示挤压模具有一挤压喷嘴P,它具有一逐渐缩小的区域1和一喷嘴出口件2。喷嘴出口件2形成一圆柱形通道。塑性物料8通过此挤压喷嘴向X方向挤压,使离开喷嘴出口件的塑性物料形成一由塑性物料组成的圆柱形物体9。然后它在用来形成坯料的挤压模之外切断到希望的长度。坯料继续加工成一成品,例如一硬质合金棒、陶瓷棒或粉末冶金钢棒,特别是一钻头。
离开喷嘴出口件2的圆柱形物体9具有在其内部螺线形分布的孔。如果成品是一钻头,那么这些孔用作冷却通道,在钻削过程中冷却液通过它们引向钻头的切削刃或加工区。
在本发明第一种实施形式中,这些螺线形分布的孔的产生在采用弹性丝线和喷嘴出口件2的一个末端区域5的情况下进行,该末端区域设计得可相对于挤压喷嘴P的变窄区域1旋转。
图1中表示两根弹性丝线,它们用附图标记6和7表示。这些弹性丝线分别固定在一丝线支架3和4上。可以由金属组成的丝线支架分别做成销形,穿过一在喷嘴出口件2上的孔或挤压喷嘴变窄区1上的孔、并固定在它上面。它们一直伸到圆柱形通道内,并如由双箭头r所示,可以在径向调整。通过这种可调整性可以方便地调整在挤压过程中由丝线所形成的相应内孔到圆柱形物体表面或外围的距离。
因此在所示实施例中离开挤压模的圆柱形物体具有两条螺线形分布的内孔。
丝线支架3和4的径向可调性或者通过喷嘴出口件2上或挤压喷嘴的变窄区内的螺纹、或者通过一调整驱动装置提供。径向调整可以由一操作人员进行。
丝线6和7的长度、喷嘴出口件2可旋转的末端区域5的长度及其旋转速度取决于相应的应用场合,并可根据所希望的螺线形内孔的升角优化。
图2表示本发明的第二个实施例,它与第一个实施例的区别在于,在挤压喷嘴之外或者还有内部设一传感器10。它用来测量或求出物体内孔到外围或者说表面的距离。该传感器的输出信号输送给一调整单元11,它在其输出端提供调整信号S。借助于此调整信号S进行丝线支架3和4的自动径向调整。
图3表示本发明的第三个实施例。按照此第三实施例,借助于挤压模制造由塑性物料组成的圆柱形物体9,它在其内部具有直线形分布的孔。在这个实施例中喷嘴出口件2做成整体式的,没有可以旋转的末端区域。离开挤压模的圆柱形物体9切断到希望的长度,以形成一坯料。然后此坯料可以继续加工成一棒状成品,此成品具有直线形孔。作为另一种选择,此坯料也可以—如同DE 199 42 966 C2中所述的那样—在挤出模之外在其整个长度支承在一支座上的情况下借助于一摩擦面装置经受一滚压运动,使得在坯料内部形成螺线形孔。
丝线支承元件3和4伸入圆柱形通道内的部分最好做得在流入和/或流出端逐渐变细,以减小在挤压喷嘴内部出现的摩擦。
丝线6和7最好在其末端上设一终端件,通过它确定圆柱形物体内孔的直径。丝线的横截面和/或终端件的横截面可以是圆的或非圆形的,这使得钻头的冷却通道可以和例如钻头的排屑槽最佳地匹配,排屑槽在坯料的后续加工过程中在钻头上加工出来。
在上述实施例中都介绍了一支承装置,其支承元件是丝线固定元件,它上面分别固定一根丝线。
作为另一种选择,支承装置也可以具有带通道的支承元件,挥发性填充材料可通过这些通道压入物料流中。这些通道也可以做成圆的或非圆形的,以便以希望的方式规定以后的内孔的横截面形状。挥发性填充材料从外部通过一输入管输入相应支承元件的通道内。它用作以后的内孔的一种位置保持器,并在后续过程中从内孔中去除。例如通过加热达到填充材料的液化,然后使它从内孔中流出,而在这时不出现圆柱形物体形状的其他变化。

Claims (11)
1.用来制造由塑性物料组成的圆柱形物体的挤压模,所述圆柱形物体具有至少一个分布在其内部的孔,包括:
—一具有一变窄区域和一喷嘴出口件的挤压喷嘴,所述出口件形成一圆柱形通道,
—一支承装置,在它上面固定数量相当于内孔数量的丝线,或者它具有数量相当于内孔数量的、用来将挥发性填充材料丝线形地压入物料流内的通道,
其特征为:
—支承装置包括一数量相当于内孔数量的支承元件(3、4),
—每个支承元件(3、4)固定在挤压喷嘴的喷嘴出口件(2)区域内或变窄区域内。
2.按权利要求1的挤压模,其特征为:每个支承元件(3、4)沿径向是可调的。
3.按权利要求2的挤压模,其特征为:每个支承元件(3、4)的径向可调性通过一螺纹或一调整驱动装置提供。
4.按上述权利要求之任一项的挤压模,其特征为:每个支承元件(3、4)做成销形,并穿过挤压喷嘴(P)中的一个孔。
5.按上述权利要求之任一项的挤压模,其特征为:喷嘴出口件(2)有一末端区域(5),该末端区域为了产生至少一个内孔的螺线形曲线可相对于挤压喷嘴(P)的变窄区域(1)旋转。
6.按上述权利要求之任一项的挤压模,其特征为:具有一传感器(10),该传感器用来测量物体的至少一个内孔离物体表面的距离,传感器的输出信号输送给一调整单元(11),调整单元(11)用于根据测出的距离径向调整支承元件(3、4)。
7.按上述权利要求之任一项的挤压模,其特征为:支承元件(3、4)伸入圆柱形通道内的部分在流入端和/或流出端渐逐变细。
8.按上述权利要求之任一项的挤压模,其特征为:支承元件(3、4)是丝线固定元件,在它们上面分别固定一丝线(6、7)。
9.按权利要求8的挤压模,其特征为:每根丝线具有一种圆形或非圆形横截面和/或配备一个圆形或非圆形终端件。
10.按权利要求1-7之至一项的挤压模,其特征为:支承元件(3、4)具有通道,通过这些通道可向物料流压入挥发性填充材料。
11.按权利要求10的挤压模,其特征为:通道具有一种圆形或非圆形横截面。
