Claims (12)
- 플라스틱 덩어리로 구성되고 내부에서 연장하는 적어도 하나의 리세스를 갖는 원통형 본체를 제조하기 위한 압출 가압 공구로서,원통형 채널을 형성하는 노즐 마우스피스(mouthpiece)와 테이퍼링(tapering) 영역을 갖는 압출 노즐, 및 캐리어 장치를 포함하는 압출 가압 공구에 있어서,상기 캐리어 장치는 내부 리세스들의 개수에 대응하는 개수의 다수의 쓰레드들(threads)이 고정되거나, 또는 상기 캐리어 장치는 휘발성 충전 재료를 질량 유동하도록 나사조임방식으로 가압하기 위해 내부 리세스들의 개수에 대응하는 개수의 다수의 채널을 가지며,상기 캐리어 장치는 내부 리세스들의 개수에 대응하는 개수의 다수의 캐리어 요소들로 구성되고,상기 각 캐리어 요소들은 상기 노즐 마우스피스(2)의 영역에서 또는 상기 테이퍼링 영역에서 압출 노즐에 고정되며,상기 각 캐리어 요소들은 반경 방향으로 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 본체 제조용 압출 가압 공구.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 캐리어 요소들의 상기 반경 방향 조절은 쓰레드 또는 설정 드라이브에 의해서 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 본체 제조용 압출 가압 공구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 각 캐리어 요소들은 핀형 구조이고 상기 압출 노즐(P) 내의 보어를 통해서 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 본체 제조용 압출 가압 공구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 마우스피스(2)는 상기 적어도 하나의 내부 리세스의 나선형 코스를 제조하기 위해 상기 압출 노즐(P)의 상기 테이퍼링 영역(1)에 대해 회전 가능한 단부 영역(5)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 본체 제조용 압출 가압 공구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 본체 표면으로부터 상기 본체의 적어도 하나의 내부 리세스의 간격을 측정하기 위해 제공되는 센서(10)를 포함하고, 상기 센서의 출력 신호들은 설정 유닛(11)에 공급되고, 상기 설정 유닛(11)은 측정된 간격에 따라 상기 캐리어 요소들의 반경 방향 조절을 위해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 본체 제조용 압출 가압 공구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 채널내로 돌출하는 상기 캐리어 요소들의 부분들은 유입단부 또는 유출 단부, 또는 유입단부 및 유출 단부 양쪽에 테이퍼를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 본체 제조용 압출 가압 공구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 요소들은 각 쓰레드(6, 7)가 각각 고정되는 쓰레드 홀더 요소들인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 본체 제조용 압출 가압 공구.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 각 쓰레드는 원형 또는 비원형 단면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 본체 제조용 압출 가압 공구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 요소들은 채널들을 가지며, 이 채널들을 통해서 휘발성 충전 재료가 질량 유동되도록 가압될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 본체 제조용 압출 가압 공구.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 채널들은 원형 또는 비원형 단면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 본체 제조용 압출 가압 공구.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 각 쓰레드는 원형 또는 비원형의 종결 부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 본체 제조용 압출 가압 공구.
