Abstract

本发明涉及建筑物用外装面嵌板。该嵌板的侧面端部向内侧弯曲形成箱体形,在各相对应的侧面连接孔共同交叉的位置上穿孔,连接在所述连接孔上的夹片比连接孔宽度小,其是在上侧弯曲形成钩搭片、在内侧端部弯曲形成支承片,且在与框架的连接部附着隔热板的结构,在嵌板随外部温度而伸缩时把其伸缩变化在垂直和水平方向上全部收容而继续维持无变形的平坦度,能延长嵌板的美观和结构上的稳定和寿命,向嵌板传递的外部温度由夹片的隔热板遮断而传递不到内部的框架上,防止结露的发生。

建筑物用外装嵌板
技术领域
本发明涉及外装在建筑物外壁上的嵌板。更详细说就是铝等金属材质的嵌板随外部温度的变化而收缩或膨胀,本发明有效应对嵌板的表面变形,在嵌板与内部框架间加入隔热板遮断热传导来防止结露的发生。
背景技术
现有的情况是如图5,把各嵌板的侧面端部向外侧弯曲并把该弯曲部用螺丝直接固定在框架上,所以在金属嵌板受热伸缩时其伸缩变化不被收容,有变形的问题点。因此随外部气温的变化而嵌板的表面成为凹形或凸形,有损害美观、结构上不稳定和耐久性低下的缺点,而且嵌板的侧面端部是向外侧弯曲,在安装时有对制品和身体给予损伤的顾虑,在向嵌板内侧填充隔热材料时有必须使用另外的固定带的烦恼,有运输时装载率低的缺点。
发明内容
本发明是为解决所述问题点而提案的,目的在于提供一种外装嵌板,该嵌板的侧面端部向内侧弯曲形成箱体形,在各相对应的侧面连接孔共同交叉的位置上穿孔,连接在所述连接孔上的夹片比连接孔宽度小,其是在上侧弯曲形成钩搭片、在内侧端部弯曲形成支承片,且在与框架的连接部附着隔热板的结构,设置时是把附着有隔热板的夹片的内部用螺丝固定在框架上。本发明中各嵌板随外部温度而伸缩时把其伸缩变化在垂直和水平方向上全部收容而继续维持无变形的平坦度,能延长嵌板的美观和结构上的稳定和寿命。向嵌板传递的外部温度由夹片的隔热板遮断而传递不到内部的框架上,能防止结露的发生。由于嵌板是箱体形,所以能把隔热材料安全地固定在其内侧,并且没有安装时对制品和身体给予损伤的顾虑,在运输和保管时装载效率最高。

具体实施方式
根据附图详细说明本发明的结构和作用如下。图1是把本发明的局部剖开的侧面图,图2是图1的局部放大剖面图,把嵌板10的侧面11的端部向内侧弯曲,形成弯曲端部12,在各相对应的侧面11上连接孔13共同交叉的位置处穿孔,而且连接在连接孔13上的夹片20比连接孔宽度小,其是在上侧弯曲形成钩搭片21、在内侧端部弯曲形成支承片22,并且连接部23附着有隔热板30的结构。所述夹片20是使夹片20的钩搭片21和支承片22各自连接在嵌板10的连接孔13和弯曲端部12上而牢固地支承嵌板10,同时能浮动。
图3是本发明的设置状态,图4是设置了本发明的状态的正面图,是把嵌板10的各夹片20用螺丝固定在框架40上。这时,交叉并邻接在各相对应的夹片20位置处的嵌板10的夹片20等是相互交叉地并列设置,连接孔13的宽度形成得比夹片20稍微宽,在嵌板10受热伸缩时把其伸缩变化在垂直和水平方向上收容。通过附着在夹片20的连接部23内的隔热板30把外部的温度遮断使其传递不到内部框架40上。
未说明的符号50、50a表示的是隔热材料。
图5是现有制品的设置状态剖面图,把各嵌板10a的侧面11a端部向外侧弯曲,由于是把该弯曲端部12a直接用螺丝固定在框架40a上,所以在嵌板10受热伸缩时不能收容其伸缩变化而变形,成为发生结露的原因。
本发明把嵌板10的侧面11端部向内侧弯曲而形成弯曲端部12,这样就能把隔热材料50安全填充并牢固固定,而且在保管和运输时装载效率高,在嵌板10的侧面交叉穿孔的连接孔13的宽度形成得比夹片20稍微宽,在嵌板10受热伸缩时把其伸缩变化在垂直和水平方向上全部收容,嵌板10不变形而继续维持平坦度,能延长嵌板的美观和结构上的稳定。而且附着在夹片20的连接部23内的隔热板30把外部的温度向内部框架40的传递遮断,有效防止结露的发生,是有效的发明。

Claims (2)

1、一种建筑物用外装面嵌板,其特征在于,把嵌板(10)的侧面(11)端部向内侧弯曲,形成弯曲端部(12),在各相对应的侧面(11)上连接孔(13)共同交叉的位置处穿孔,在连接在连接孔(13)上的夹片(20)的上侧和内侧端各自形成钩搭片(21)和支承片(22),夹片(20)的连接部(23)内附着有隔热板(30)。
2、如权利要求1所述的建筑物用外装面嵌板,其特征在于,夹片(20)的宽度比连接孔(13)的宽度小。
