断桥隔热节能装饰板及用于其的边框,装饰板设有面板(1),底板(2),保温芯板(3),在装饰板侧部的断面上,粘合连接有型材边框(6),所述的型材边框是由下部的塑料型材(61)与上部的金属型材(62)组成的断桥隔热复合式型材边框,金属型材与塑料型材通过凸凹面(62c)相互过盈配合嵌合连为一体,金属型材内侧壁(62a)与面板和靠向面板一侧的上部保温芯板断面粘合连接,塑料型材内壁面(61a)与底板(2)和靠向底板一侧的下部保温芯板断面粘合连接,型材边框下部设有向内拐90度、贴在底板(2)上的塑料型材底面(61b)。本发明能工业化生产、便于安装、可提高装饰幕墙的密封、防水、保温性能,节省能源以及幕墙的使用寿命。

Description

断桥隔热节能装饰板及用于其的边框
技术领域
本发明属一种墙面覆盖、装饰材料,具体涉及一种对建筑外墙起到隔热、装饰作用的材料。 
背景技术
目前建筑外墙安装的保温装饰板有一种是设有面板和保温层,这种装饰板的保温层需要现场发泡加工,工作效率低。为了提高生产效率,通常采用工业化生产,这类保温装饰板设有面板、保温层和底板,通过工业化连续生产线将面板、保温层和底板压合在一起,再将工业化生产的大片板材裁成便于施工的小板块,现场拼合并固定在建筑物外墙上,在墙体外形成大面积的保温装饰板幕墙,保温装饰板本身有保温性能,在保温装饰板板块相互拼合的缝隙部位,也要采取保温措施,才能保证整个幕墙的保温性能。 
参见图1,这是一种单层铝板(无背板)板块拼合部位的结构示意图,在相邻板块A1、A2断面之间的拼合缝里,最外层是耐候密封胶7,密封胶里部是保温材料8,其不足之处是:最外层的密封胶7两侧分别与相邻板块断面粘合连接,而两侧具有防水功能的板块面板1截面很薄,只有0.6~1.5毫米厚,无法形成有效的粘合,容易产生脱胶漏水情况,而潮气和水气渗入到内部的保温材料8里,即会使保温性能大为降低,并会加速保温材料的老化,缩短使用寿命。 
图2是一种常用折边形式的单层铝板,所示拼合部位结构:即在板块四周侧折成边板1a,转接固定件9,拼合缝最外层的密封胶7与两侧的边板1a粘合连接,由于密封胶与两侧具有防水功能的边板可以有较大的粘合接触面,所以可提高该部位的密封性,防止外部水、潮气的渗入,提高了板块拼合部位的密封防水保温性能。其不足之处是:为了达到保温效果,目前采取的办法有两种:一是在现场施工时将保温层粘贴在铝板背面或将保温层塞钉在铝 板与墙的空腔里.二是按现场需要规格大小在工厂裁成不同规格的板型,先折边成盒型,再采用聚氨脂单模夹发泡工艺,注成复合板型,工序复杂,不能流水作业。 
为了克服上述不足,有采用流水生产复合保温装饰板的,但是只能单向流水生产,可以在生产过程中对纵向边进行折边包边,挡住保温层,但对横向裁切产生的断面不能自动包边,只能在裁成板块后再行加工,加工时要掏空边缘的保温芯板,再把面板弯折向下护住断面,加工麻烦,且造成板材资源的浪费,而且由于这种边框本身通常是导热系数较高的金属材料,对内部无隔热作用,所以还是会影响板块拼合部位的保温性能。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够工业化大生产、便于安装、能提高拼合安装后保温性能,节省能源并降低材料损耗和延长使用寿命的断桥隔热节能装饰板及用于其的边框。 
为解决上述问题参见实施例图:本发明断桥隔热节能装饰板设有面板1,底板2,面板与底板之间夹有与面板和底板粘合连接的保温芯板3,其特征在于:在装饰板侧部的断面上,粘合连接有型材边框6,所述的型材边框是由下部的塑料型材61与上部的金属型材62组成的断桥隔热复合式型材边框,金属型材下部与塑料型材上部通过凸凹面62c相互过盈配合嵌合连为一体,上部的金属型材内侧壁62a与面板1和靠向面板一侧的上部保温芯板断面粘合连接,下部的塑料型材内壁面61a与底板2和靠向底板一侧的下部保温芯板断面粘合连接,型材边框6下部设有向内拐90度、贴在底板2上的塑料型材底面61b。 
进一步方案是:所述金属型材62上端部的外侧壁62b向面板方向厚度渐缩。 
再进一步方案是:所述金属型材62通过外侧下部纵向排列的凸凹面62c与塑料型材61内侧上部的对应凸凹面相互过盈配合嵌合为一体。 
用于本发明断桥隔热节能装饰板的边框结构为:设有可与节能装饰板 断面贴合连接的型材边框6,其特征在于:所述的型材边框6是由底部的塑料型材61与上部的金属型材62组成的断桥隔热复合式型材边框,金属型材下部与塑料型材上部通过凸凹面62c相互过盈配合嵌合连为一体,型材边框6下部设有向内拐90度、可贴在节能装饰板底板2上的塑料型材底面61b。 
本发明断桥隔热节能装饰板的面板1可采用0.6~1.5毫米厚的涂有氟碳涂料、聚脂涂料面层的铝板、不锈钢板、钢板等金属板,或石材板;底板2可采用0.1~1.5毫米厚的彩色涂层铝板、镀锌薄钢板或有机卷材;保温芯板3可采用聚氨脂发泡材料。型材边框6可采用硬聚氯乙烯塑料断桥隔热铝塑复合型材。 
本发明断桥隔热节能装饰板可直接用于现场拼合节能装饰幕墙,参见图5,施工时,向装饰板拼合缝隙填入保温材料8后,在缝隙开口部位涂上密封胶7,此时密封胶两侧分别与相邻装饰板型材边框的金属型材的外侧面62b粘合连接,由于密封胶可以与两侧金属型材有较大的有效粘合面积,提高了拼合部位的密封防水和保温性能,可延长内部保温材料的使用寿命,而且由于型材边框靠着墙体的部分是塑料型材,具有隔热作用,进一步提高了拼合部位的保温性能。本发明便于工业化生产,采用本发明进行现场施工时,不需开槽折边,没有板材损耗,省工省时。 
用于本发明断桥隔热节能装饰板的边框可实现工业化生产,并使节能装饰板在现场施工时省去了开槽折边的工序,减少了板材损耗,省工省时,施工方便,还可提高节能装饰板拼合部位的密封防水保温性能,延长板内保温材料的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
实施例1 
本例节能装饰板结构为(图3、4):面板1与底板2之间夹有通过粘合剂5与面板和底板粘合连接的保温芯板3,型材边框6与装饰板侧部的断面粘合连接,并覆盖整个断面,型材边框6是硬聚氯乙稀塑料铝合金复合型材,其下部是硬聚氯乙稀塑料型材61,上部是铝合金金属型材62,金属型材62通过外侧下部纵向排列的凸凹面62c与塑料型材61上部内侧的对应凸凹面相互过盈配合嵌合为一体,纵向排列的凸凹面可加大金属型材与塑料型材的嵌合面积,使二者结合得更牢固。 
金属型材62上端与面板1平齐或略有下挫,其上部的外侧壁62b向着面板1方向厚度渐缩,这样更利于密封胶7能牢固地附着在金属型材上(图5),并可在涂上密封胶后,覆盖金属型材端部的暴露部分。 
型材边框6横截面呈L型,其下部的塑料型材61底部设有向内拐90度、贴在底板2上的塑料型材底面61b,起到定位作用。 
型材边框6内侧壁是与节能装饰板断面的粘合面,所以上部的金属型材内侧壁62a与下部的塑料型材内侧壁61a在同一平面上。 
型材边框6为硬聚氯乙烯塑料型材与铝合金型材通过机械压合而成,既具有断桥隔热功能,还可以省去对金属面板进行的折边工序,将型材边框6粘贴到装饰板的四个断面上后,可使面板和底板形成一个整体,增加装饰板的钢度和强度,保证了铝板幕墙缝隙在涂注密封胶时能有足够大的有效粘结面积而达到防水和密封要求。 
本例型材边框6拉伸强度大于30Mpa,边框上可任意开槽和钻孔采用挂件或转接件与不同的幕墙构造体系进行可靠的连接。图5是用本例装饰板安装 节能装饰幕墙的拼合部位结构示意图:在相邻装饰板拼合缝隙里填充有保温材料8,缝隙前开口部位涂有耐候密封胶7,从后部伸进缝隙的转接固定件9前端的横杆两端分别穿过两侧的型材边框6插到对应侧装饰板的保温芯板3里,转接固定件9后端通过螺钉固定在墙体11的龙骨10上。 
为提高生产速度,本例节能装饰板的面板1采用1mm厚的铝卷材,底板2采用1毫米厚铝材,保温芯板3采用聚氨脂双组份发泡材料,型材边框6采用硬聚氯乙稀塑料铝合金复合型材。 
具体加工方法是: 
1、选用43mm×20mm断桥隔热铝塑复合边框型材; 
2、将1mm厚的铝卷(A卷)放于地面开卷机上,将铝板一端拉向生产线的下链板上1米处; 
3、将1mm厚的铝卷(B卷)放于生产线设备顶端开卷架上,将铝板一端拉向生产线上链板下1米处; 
4、采用40毫米厚的定厚模块将两个铝卷的铝板两个端头压在生产线之上下链板中,放下液压装置定厚成功; 
5、调好聚氨脂黑、白料的配比,启动生产线,将混合聚氨脂均匀地施注在A板之上,经过生产线流动6~8分钟,在生产线的尾端进行定宽切边和定长切割,得半成品断桥隔热节能装饰板。 
6、根据设计需要大小裁切断桥隔热节能装饰板; 
7、按断桥隔热节能装饰板断面长度裁切断桥隔热边框型材6; 
8、在断桥隔热边框型材6内侧面涂刮配制好的胶粘剂; 
9、加压固定,即得到本例所述断桥隔热节能装饰板成品。 
本例断桥隔热节能装饰板具有完全的断桥隔热保温功能,其导热系数在0.022W/(m.K)。 
实施例2 
参见图6,与实施例1不同的是:本例断桥隔热铝塑复合式型材边框6底部设有与塑料型材底面61b呈180度的反向延伸面,该延伸面外端部向面板1 方向拐90度,形成开口向上的安装定位槽61c。 
安装定位槽61c的功能见图7所示,在相邻节能装饰板的拼合缝隙里,U型转接固定件9两臂分别插入两侧型材边框底部的安装定位槽61c里,再用螺钉穿过定位件9和墙体龙骨10,即可将节能装饰板固定在墙体上,拼合成节能装饰幕墙。 
这种结构具有结构简单、便于安装的特点。 
本文在对边框型材6的空间结构描述中:是以节能装饰板作参照,以节能装饰板面板1所在方位作为“上”,底板2所在方位作为“下”,型材边框靠向节能装饰板断面的一侧作为“内侧面”,相背一侧作为“外侧面”,这仅是为便于描述,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属本发明技术方案的保护范围。 

Claims (10)

1.断桥隔热节能装饰板,设有面板(1),底板(2),面板与底板之间夹有与面板和底板粘合连接的保温芯板(3),其特征在于:在装饰板侧部的断面上,粘合连接有型材边框(6),所述的型材边框是由下部的塑料型材(61)与上部的金属型材(62)组成的断桥隔热复合式型材边框,金属型材下部与塑料型材上部通过凸凹面(62c)相互过盈配合嵌合连为一体,上部的金属型材内侧壁(62a)与面板(1)和靠向面板一侧的上部保温芯板断面粘合连接,下部的塑料型材内壁面(61a)与底板(2)和靠向底板一侧的下部保温芯板断面粘合连接,型材边框(6)下部设有向内拐90度、贴在底板(2)上的塑料型材底面(61b)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的断桥隔热节能装饰板,其特征在于:所述金属型材(62)上端部的外侧壁(62b)向面板方向厚度渐缩。
3.根据权利要求1所述的断桥隔热节能装饰板,其特征在于:所述金属型材(62)通过外侧下部纵向排列的凸凹面(62c)与塑料型材(61)内侧上部的对应凸凹面相互过盈配合嵌合为一体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的断桥隔热节能装饰板,其特征在于:所述型材边框(6)底部设有与塑料型材底面(61b)呈180度的反向延伸面,该延伸面外端部向面板(1)方向拐90度,形成开口向上的安装定位槽(61c)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的断桥隔热节能装饰板,其特征在于:所述的型材边框(6)是硬聚氯乙烯塑料断桥隔热铝塑复合型材。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的断桥隔热节能装饰板,其特征在于:所述面板(1)是铝材质或钢材质的金属板。
7.用于断桥隔热节能装饰板的边框,设有可与节能装饰板断面贴合连接的型材边框(6),其特征在于:所述的型材边框(6)是由底部的塑料型材(61)与上部的金属型材(62)组成的断桥隔热复合式型材边框,金属型材下部与塑料型材上部通过凸凹面(62c)相互过盈配合嵌合连为一体,型材边框(6)下部设有向内拐90度、可贴在节能装饰板底板(2)上的塑料型材底面(61b)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于断桥隔热节能装饰板的边框,其特征在于:所述型材边框壁(6)靠近上端部分的金属型材外侧壁(62b)向上端方向厚度渐缩。
9.根据权利要求7所述的用于断桥隔热节能装饰板的边框,其特征在于:所述金属型材(62)通过外侧下部纵向排列的凸凹面(62c)与塑料型材(61)内侧上部的对应凸凹面相互过盈配合嵌合为一体。
10.根据权利要求7、8或9所述的用于断桥隔热节能装饰板的边框,其特征在于:所述边框壁(6)底部设有与塑料型材底面(61b)呈180度的反向延伸面,该延伸面端部向上拐90度,形成开口向上的安装定位槽(61c)。
