一种新型的建筑节能装饰板材技术领域:本实用新型技术涉及一种建筑节能装饰板材。该技术分别以氟碳涂料为装 饰层,硅树脂胶浆为双面保护层,可用EPS、 XPS、硬质PU泡沫为保温层的面板 和底板组成,工厂化生产出多层结构的新型建筑节能装饰板材。面板上每 30-60醒间距分布C6穿孔,底、面两板间由无机粘结剂联结并充满穿孔中,将 底、面两板合为一体,装饰层在面板之上。该板可用于建筑物的外围护结构的 保温、隔热、装饰,在建筑节能领域具有广阔的应用前景。背景技术:现有的建筑外墙的节能技术多以现场施工的《EPS、XPS板薄抹灰保温系统》、 《胶粉EPS颗粒保温系统》为主,普遍存在系统强度低,易破损;面层易开裂 渗水;施工难度大周期长,人为质量隐患多;维护费用高还有安全隐患之虞。 建筑节能技术急需创新、发展,节能装饰板材孕育而生。虽然类似材料较多, 但由于类似板材自身存在很多不足之处,己经无法满足现代建筑对板材的要求。 市场上现有类似板材多为夹芯保温板和面层为无机板中间为铝板的复合板材。 夹芯保温板材由于中心的保温层为轻质材料,通常抗撞击性和抗扭曲强度不够, 板面易变形;安装方式受限;中间为铝板的复合板材由于采用铝材作为中间加 强层,强度虽然有所提高,但大量使用稀有铝金属有悖构建节约型社会国策; 上述板材都不能制成异型,在遇到弯曲异型墙面施工时则难达到满意效果。发明内容:本实用新型技术的目的在于改进现有产品的不足之处,提供一种抗撞击性 更高、板材尺寸更稳定、更美观、易安装、更安全、节能效果更好、使用寿命 更长的并能加工成弧型和转角型的异形建筑节能装饰板材。为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案为:新型的建筑节能装 饰板材采用面板+蜂窝状加强结构层+底板的多层结构。面板自上而下分为保 护膜、装饰层、保护层、保温层、保护层;底板自上而下分为保护层、保温层、 保护层。所述的保温层为轻质保温发泡材料:EPS、 XPS、 PU,上下均由硅树脂胶浆 涂布玻纤网布,形成带双面保护层的面板和底板;所述的面板按30-60鹏间距均匀钻C6圆柱状空心孔,由无机粘结剂将有孔洞的面板与底板粘结为一体,形成蜂窝状加强结构胚板;在胚板面上涂布氟碳 涂料形成装饰层;
所述的建筑节能装饰板材按设计尺寸可制作小于3000X1250 mm的幅面尺 寸,裁剪后背面涂布无机粘结剂与墙面粘结;所述的Z型隐形锚固件的一端从建筑节能装饰板材侧面插入蜂窝状加强结 构层上面板的保温层中, 一端通过膨胀螺栓紧固安装在墙体上。本实用新型的有益效果是,保温层轻质保温发泡材料通过玻纤布+硅树脂胶 浆粘结保护,上下保温层及装饰层通过无机粘结剂粘结连通在一起,中间形成 有两层保护层的加强层,这样的板材本身的抗撞击性和板材的板面尺才稳定性 都大大提高,该板因此可用Z型隐形锚件牢固地安装在墙上;而且可以根据建 筑墙面的不同加工成弧型和转角型异形板材,可广泛地用于建筑物内外节能装 饰的制作和安装上。附图说明:图l是本实用新型结构示意图;图2是本实用新型蜂窝状加强结构层示意图;图3是本实用新型的剖面示意图;图4是本实用新型是Z型隐形锚件结构示意图。具体实施方式:下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:如图1所示,它自上而下由装饰层l,保温层2,蜂窝状加强结构层3,保温层2组成,在蜂窝状加强结构层3上开有插孔4,用于Z型隐形锚件5的一端固定,在装饰层1上覆盖一层保护膜12。所述的装饰层1可以采用金属质感,大理石质感的氟碳涂料。 所述的保温层2上下均由硅树脂胶浆涂布玻纤网布6做成,中间可以根据建筑保温节能的需要选择填充轻质保温发泡材料7的厚度。根据图2、图3所示,在硅树脂胶浆涂布玻纤网布6和轻质保温发泡材料7之间按30-60 mm间距均匀钻C6圆柱状空心孔8,将两块保温层2合并,在保温层2的圆柱状空心孔8中和保温层2之间填充无机粘结剂,形成蜂窝状加强结构层3。根据图4所示的Z型隐形锚件5,所述的Z型隐形锚件5由Z形锚固件9和 膨胀螺栓10组成,Z形锚固件9的一端插入蜂窝状加强结构层3中,在保温层 2上留有凹槽11,可以将Z形锚固件9和保温层2侧面形成一个平滑的整体, 起到美观的作用。另一端通过膨胀螺栓IO可以紧紧的固定在建筑物内外墙上。所述的蜂窝状加强结构层3可以固定的保温层2大小在3000X1250咖幅面 尺寸的之内,保温层2和无蜂窝状加强结构层3所组成的整体可以制作成弧型 和转角型异形板材,起到便于建筑物内外节能装饰板材安装的作用。
Claims (5)
1. 一种新型的建筑节能装饰板材,其特征是:板材自上而下为装饰层, 保温层,蜂窝状加强结构层,保温层,装饰层上覆盖一层保护膜,保温层上 下均由硅树脂胶浆涂布玻纤网布做成,中间可以根据建筑保温节能的需要选 择填充轻质保温发泡材料的厚度,蜂窝状加强结构层为无机粘结剂填充而成。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的建筑节能装饰板材,其特征是:在 硅树脂胶浆涂布玻纤网布和轻质保温发泡材料之间钻有圆柱状空心孔。
3. 根据权利1所述的一种新型的建筑节能装饰板材,其特征是:无机粘 结剂填充两块保温层之间的圆柱状空心孔形成中间为加强层,两边为蜂窝状 圆柱体的立体结构。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的建筑节能装饰板材,其特征是:保 温层的四边各留有至少一个凹槽,蜂窝状加强结构层上留有插孔,用于安装 Z型隐形锚件。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的建筑节能装饰板材,其特征是:所 述的装饰层可以采用含金属质感、大理石质感的装饰材料。
