一种保温装饰一体化系统技术领域本实用新型涉及一种保温装饰一体化系统,尤其涉及一种聚氨酯装饰墙板保 温系统,用于建筑物外墙外保温,属于墙外保温技术领域。 背景技术近年来,我国外墙外保温技术发展迅速,涌现了多种采用不同材料不同做法 的外墙外保温技术。而传统上,外墙外保温工程均采用外墙涂料、面砖饰面。因 而施工中,保温层与装饰层一般都是分层施工,这类装修法不仅品位低,施工周 期长,而且存在开裂、空鼓、渗水等缺陷。 一般高档建筑的外墙均采用玻璃幕墙 和金属幕墙,由于玻璃幕墙存在光污染及玻璃自爆等安全隐患,又被限制使用。 因此,金属幕墙应用较广泛,但金属幕墙又存在着工程造价昂贵,保温层的附加 技术措施难以到位的弊端,难以满足国家对于节能减排的政策要求。针对上述缺陷,市场上推出了一种保温装饰复合板,但这种保温装饰复合板 仅解决了保温层与饰面层的分层施工,还存在以下问题:由于这种保温装饰板是 在工厂中用粘结剂将保温材料与装饰材料进行粘结复合,因此这种保温装饰模压 板的保温板材与饰面装饰板之间存在着空腔,水汽会慢慢进入这两种材料之间的 空腔中。在阳光照射下,水蒸气蒸发会使表面的饰面板膨胀起鼓,使保温装饰复 合板丧失其装饰功能与使用寿命。 • 发明内容本实用新型的目的是提供一种安全可靠、施工便利、造价低、节能效果优异 的保温装饰一体化系统。为实现以上目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种保温装饰一体化系统, 设有建筑墙体、其特征在于,建筑墙体外设有防水隔气层,在防水隔气层外设有 粘结层,在粘结层外设有由矩形单体保温装饰模压板拼合而成的保温装饰层,在 相邻的保温装饰层侧壁之间的空隙间设有泡沫条和密封胶。 -所述的单体保温装饰模压板金属薄板呈凹框形,设有一圈向内折的翻边,四

剂,也可以是符合要求的聚合物粘结浆料,通过粘结层将单体保温装饰模压板粘 合连接在建筑墙体l上,单体保温装饰模压板之间的缝隙用泡沬条5填充,在泡 沫条5表面注入密封胶6。为了增加本实用新型的装饰效果,可在保温装饰模压板上涂一层氟碳漆。 在折边机上将四边弯折成凹形框,将凹形框放入专用模具,注入聚氨酯泡沫塑料,制得单体保温装饰模压板,脱模后,对聚氨酯表面进行打磨,并涂刷界面剂。以上技术特征构成了本实用新型的最佳实施例,其具有较强的适应性和最佳 实施效果,但可根据实际需要增减非必要的技术特征,来满足不同情况的需要。实施例2本实施例的保温装饰墙板系统如图2所示,它由建筑墙体l、防水隔气层2、 粘结层3和保温装饰层4构成。作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在本实施例中的单体保温装饰模压板与建筑 墙体1的连接,除通过粘结层将粘合连接在建筑墙体1上外,还采用了后锚固件 8的方式作为单体保温装饰模压板与建筑墙体1的辅助连接,所述的后锚固件8 的辅助连接方式主要为在单体保温装饰模压板四周侧面留有"="形槽,从相邻 单体保温装饰模压板之间的缝隙将锚固压板插入保温装饰模压板"一"形槽口, 单体保温装饰模压板其余结构与实施例1 一样,锚固压板中心设有0)8锚固孔, 沿锚固压板7中心锚固孔打孔埋入膨胀管,用膨胀螺栓穿过锚固压板中心锚固 孔,钉入膨胀管内。 -单体保温装饰模压板之间的缝隙用泡沫条5填充,在泡沫条5表面注入耐候 密封胶6。实施例3本实施例的保温装饰墙板系统如图3所示,它由建筑墙体l、防水隔气层 2、粘结层3和保温装饰层4构成。 '作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在本实施例中的单体保温装饰模压板与建筑 墙体i的连接,除通过粘结层将粘合连接在建筑墙体l上外,还采用了镀锌铁丝 绑扎固定的方式作为单体保温装饰模压板与建筑墙体l的辅助连接,所述的后锚固的辅助连接方式主要为在单体保温装饰模压板四周每个侧面留有两个孔,单体 保温装饰模压板其余结构与实施例1 一样,在建筑墙体1上涂刷防水隔气层2、 在适当位置进行锚固栓打孔,注入孔壁增强剂并固定锚固栓,在锚固栓10上预 留2根10cm镀锌铁丝9,在防水隔气层2外批刮粘结层3,通过粘结层3将单体 保温装饰模压板粘合连接在建筑墙体1上,单体保温装饰模压板之间的缝隙用泡 沫条5填充,在泡沫条5表面注入耐候密封胶6。
Claims (8)
1. 一种保温装饰一体化系统,设有建筑墙体(1)、其特征在于,建筑墙体(1)外设有防水隔气层(2),在防水隔气层(2)外设有粘结层(3),在粘结层(3)外设有由矩形单体保温装饰模压板拼合而成的保温装饰层(4),在相邻的保温装饰层(4)侧壁之间的空隙间设有泡沫条(5)和密封胶(6)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种保温装饰一体化系统,其特征在于,所述的单体 保温装饰模压板金属薄板呈凹框形,设有一圈向内折的翻边,凹框内注有聚 氨酯泡沫塑料,聚氨酯泡沫塑料背面设有界面处理剂。
3 .根据权利要求1所述的一种保温装饰一体化系统,其特征在于,所述的单体 保温装饰模压板金属薄板呈凹框形,设有一圈向内折的翻边,四周每个侧面 留有"=="形槽,凹框内注有聚氨酯泡沫塑料,聚氨酯泡沫塑料背面设有界 面处理剂。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种保温装饰一体化系统,其特征在于,所述的单体保温装饰模压板金属薄板呈凹框形,设有一圈向内折的翻边,四周每个侧面 留有两个孔,凹框内注有聚氨酯泡沫塑料,聚氨酯泡沫塑料背面设有界面处 理剂。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种保温装饰一体化系统,其特征在于,所述的粘结 层(3)通过后锚固件(8)与保温装饰层(4)连接。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种保温装饰一体化系统,其特征在于,所述的后锚 固件(8)设有锚固压板(7),锚固压板中心设有锚固孔,膨胀螺栓穿过锚固 压板中心埋入锚固孔。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种保温装饰一体化系统,其特征在于,所述的粘结 层(3)通过后锚固栓(10)与保温装饰层(4)连接。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种保温装饰一体化系统,其特征在于,所述的锚固 栓上预留2根镀锌铁丝(9)。
