Abstract

Description
发明的技术背景
本发明涉及权利要求1前序部分中限定的阀部件,这种阀部件包括主体;至少一个入口和至少一个出口;连接入口和出口的通道;至少一个爆破盘(破裂盘)或等同物,当未破裂时,它关闭从入口至出口的通道;以及活塞部件,它包括刺穿部件或类似物,用于刺穿爆破盘。
与本发明主题相当的装置已由DE 2635076 A说明书中得知。此解决方案的一个缺点是,刺穿部件通过压力作用回复至其原始位置,从而被刺穿作用已由爆破盘上脱落的爆破盘碎片可能局部阻塞通道,形成压力介质流动的障碍。此外,刺穿部件必须完全通过爆破盘,以便在盘中产生要求尺寸的孔。如果由于某一原因刺穿部件未完全执行,它将不产生要求尺寸的孔。
本发明的目的是获得一种全新的解决方案,它可能避免现有技术装置中的缺点。本发明的目的是建造一种可靠的装置,它特别适合在消防中应用。
本发明装置的特征在于,活塞部件设置有压力介质的通道,所述通道从一个第一侧轴向通过活塞部件伸展至一个第二侧,活塞部件设置有第二爆破盘或等同物,在未破裂时,它关闭设置在活塞部件中的通道。

本发明的解决方案具有很多显著的优点。通过活塞的通道确保在设置于活塞部件中的第二爆破盘被刺穿后,活塞将有效地压向第一爆破盘。本发明的解决方案是防泄漏和可靠的。通过应用较小的第二爆破盘,可避免为进行触发动作应用要求大功率的大驱动器。通过应用中间构件,诸如球,获得了第二爆破盘的可靠刺穿,此外还避免了这种情况,即驱动器的活塞保持与第二爆破盘接触,在第二爆破盘中没有产生足够的孔。通过应用阀部件的两级触发,以致在第一级期间,第二爆破盘的刺穿产生压力介质进入活塞腔的流动,从而引起活塞-刺穿器组合强劲地移向第一爆破盘,并刺穿它,获得阀部件的可靠运行,确保从入口至出口的通道可靠地打开。这样,本发明的阀部件优异地适用于灭火系统。

发明的详细说明
图1表示按本发明提出的、处于待机状态的阀部件。此装置包括主体11、主体11设置有入口101,它可连接至压力源;和出口102,它可连接至输出管线。设置在入口与出口之间的是爆破盘13(破裂盘),它在未破裂时,关闭从入口101至出口102的通道。装置还包括用于刺穿爆破盘13的装置。装置由汽缸-活塞组合构成,其中,活塞15包括形成于其上的刺穿部件14,刺穿部件14最好形成在活塞杆16的部分上。活塞15布置成可在汽缸空间12内,在第一位置,这时,形成在活塞杆16上的刺穿部件14相对爆破盘13位于入口侧与第二位置之间移动,在第二位置时,刺穿部件相对爆破盘13至少部分伸展至出口侧。

在图所示的实施例中,阀部件10还包括专门用于通风目的的第二出口103。此第二出口12能设置有例如阀部件(未表示)或塞子。
这样,阀部件10最好是压力介质系统中的触发阀。
在上述实施例中,活塞部件的活塞杆16密封地倚着汽缸空间的壁而装配,从而压力介质通常只能通过贯穿活塞而设置的通道17而流动。
爆破盘最好设计成能承受高压和高压差。有效压力通常超过30巴,最好超过70巴。压力甚至可高达300巴。爆破盘最好在这样的区域中包括较薄的部分,刺穿部件在触发情况在其上施加作用。
根据本发明提供的阀部件特别适宜和灭火系统一起应用,特别和采用高压水雾的灭火装置一起应用。压力介质可包括气体、液体、或气体和液体的混合物。

Claims (7)
1.阀部件(10),包括主体;至少一个入口(101)和至少一个出口(102);连接入口和出口的通道;至少一个爆破盘(破裂盘)(13)或等同物,当未破裂时,它关闭从入口至出口的通道;以及活塞部件(15),它设置有刺穿部件(14)或类似物,用于刺穿爆破盘,其特征在于,活塞部件(15)设置有压力介质的通道(17),所述通道从一个第一侧轴向通过活塞部件伸展至一个第二侧;活塞部件设置有第二爆破盘或等同物,在未破裂时,它关闭设置在活塞部件中的通道(17)。

4.如权利要求3所述的阀部件,其特征在于,刺穿第二爆破盘用的装置包括驱动部件(19),最好是信号触发装置,当触发发生时,其活塞(20)或直接或通过中间构件(22)实现第二爆破盘(18)的刺穿。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的阀部件,其特征在于,中间构件是球(22)或类似物。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一权利要求所述的阀部件,其特征在于,当未破裂时,第二爆破盘(18)关闭从入口(101)至汽缸空间(12),至少至汽缸的活塞(15)侧的连接。
