在滚柱轴承的许多应用中不允许使用液体润滑剂,例如润滑脂和润滑油。此情况的实例是聚乙烯加工厂的反应器、纺织加工的CO2染色容器内部、半导体加工的真空无尘室环境、在超高真空和太空中操作的仪器。在这些情形中,润滑脂和/或润滑油颗粒可能会很容易造成污染并且是不能接受的。然而,如果此类滚柱轴承在没有流体润滑剂的干燥环境下运行,则可能会由于高摩擦生成的粘着磨损、冷焊和热量而造成过早的损坏甚至咬死。
有人已经提出使用固体润滑涂层来解决这个问题。固体润滑剂的实例是PTFE涂层、二硫化钼MoS2涂层、石墨涂层和类金刚石碳(DLC)涂层。
在日本专利申请03255224的摘要中公开了将二氧化钼用于轴承座圈环。
DLC和(金属掺杂)MoS2对钢基体具有很强的吸附力,它具有更高的硬度、显著的低摩擦系数,因此比传统的固体润滑剂具有高得多的耐磨性。此外,此类固体润滑涂层的颗粒生成相对较低以及在固体润滑剂中不存在排气使它们尤其适用于在超高真空和无尘室环境中操作的仪器。
在本领域,人们知道使用这些固体润滑剂涂覆滚柱元件来提高在干燥条件下运行的滚柱轴承的使用寿命。
然而,在恶劣的环境中,例如在泵、滑动接触和齿轮等应用中,仍可以观察到过早的损坏。
二氧化钼等类似物质是相对较软的材料并且具有低的耐磨性。它不能承受高的负载。在大气条件下,腐蚀也是一个很严重的问题。
本发明旨在提供一种无需液体润滑剂即可使用的滚柱轴承,其具有改善的负载特性。
根据本发明,该目的是通过包含金属掺杂MoS2的所述固体润滑剂涂层实现的。
根据本发明,提出了一种滚柱轴承,其具有配备有金属掺杂MoS2的球轴承钢的内环和/或外环。为了使用金属掺杂MoS2,添加了更加特殊的钛掺杂二氧化钼,从而相当大地增加了润滑剂的硬度以获得这种耐磨性。此类二氧化钼的硬度大约为200HV。如果添加金属,则可以达到1000-2000HV的硬度。因为在二氧化钼中出现了金属,所以就可以避免出现氧化。
所使用的金属,例如钛,其重量比优选为2-20%,更优选的重量比大约为10%。滚动元件由陶瓷元件组成。一个实例是Si3N4陶瓷材料。
滚动元件的夹圈可以由塑料材料及金属材料组成。这取决于滚柱轴承使用的环境。在极端的情况下,通过粉末金属技术实现的金属夹圈也是一种可行的选择。
尽管本发明可以由滚珠组成的滚动元件实现,但是根据优选实施例,滚动元件由滚柱组成。
如果使用金属掺杂MoS2涂层,则可以理解,此类涂层能够以多层的形式实现。
如果必须在钢基体上提供MoS2层,则将钛用作中间层。这样在该情形中即可提供多层(10-100)。
根据本发明的优选实施例,这样获得的涂层的总厚度介于0.1和4微米之间,更优选地介于1和2微米之间。在加工好的轴承组件上实现沉积(PVD),即,在涂层涂覆之后无需进一步的研磨或重新硬化。
金属内环或外环可以包含不锈钢材料,即增加了铬和镍成分的钢。
陶瓷材料滚动元件也可以涂覆固体润滑涂层。

Claims (8)

1.一种滚柱轴承,包括至少一个内环或外环、多个滚动元件和一个夹圈,所述内环或外环包含球轴承钢材料,并且所述滚动元件包含陶瓷材料,其中所述内环或外环喷涂了一层固体润滑涂层,其特征在于所述固体润滑涂层包含金属掺杂MoS2
2.如权利要求1所述的滚柱轴承,其中所述金属包含钛。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的滚柱轴承,其中在所述润滑涂层中提供了重量比为2-20%的金属。
4.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的滚柱轴承,其中所述滚动元件包含Si3N4材料。
5.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的滚柱轴承,其中所述滚动元件由滚柱构成。
6.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的滚柱轴承,其中所述内环或外环包含不锈钢。
7.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的滚柱轴承,其中所述滚动元件喷涂有固体润滑涂层。
8.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的滚柱轴承,其包括润滑油脂。
