一种汽车动力转向系的贮油罐,包括通过涡流阻止部件分配机油的入口,机油从而在贮油罐中流动不会形成涡流,而且机油中的气泡也减到最少。

汽车动力转向系的贮油罐
技术领域
本发明总的来说涉及一种汽车动力转向系的贮油罐,更具体地,在贮油罐中提供了机油流动导向,以防止形成过多气泡的贮油罐。
背景技术
通常,汽车转向系控制汽车的转向角度,当汽车行驶时,该系统用来改变汽车的方向。汽车转向系是一个机械系统,需要很大的操作力来使汽车轮子移动,从而促使其转向。为了帮助司机,通常使用能弥补所需较大操作力的动力转向系,以便轻松快速的完成转向操作。
这种动力转向系是通过油泵产生的油压工作的,该油泵由汽车发动机驱动,通常在动力转向油的流路上设置有贮油罐。
上述系统的缺点在于在贮油罐内经常容易产生气泡,一旦产生气泡,动力转向油的流动就会受到阻碍。因此,应当在该系统中结合一种方案,通过实施这个方案,能够除掉贮油罐内的气泡。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,汽车动力转向系的贮油罐包括本体,其上带有动力转向油流入的入口,和动力转向油流出的出口;入口和出口间的流路上设有涡流阻止装置。
过滤装置安装在涡流阻止装置的一侧,用于过滤机油,优选的是涡流阻止装置和过滤装置是一体成型的。此外,优选的是入口位于相对于出口的下方,而且入口和出口在本体的中心位置上下平行设置。
优选的,导管引导从入口流入的动力转向油向上流动。导管沿本体中心轴线方向向上延伸。涡流阻止装置或分隔装置安装在导管上,在分隔装置上设置有多个机油流出口,用来在所有方向平均分配从导管中流入的机油,并释放机油。

图4示出了在根据本发明一个实施例所述的贮油罐下部本体内机油流动的方向。
具体实施方式
如图1所示的汽车动力转向系的贮油罐,包括上部本体10和下部本体20,上部本体20与入口30连接,动力转向助力缸中的机油返回到该入口;出口40位于相对于入口30的上方,通过油泵将机油输送到下部本体20内。导管50引导来自入口30的动力转向油向上流入。导管50形成在下部本体中,并在其中向上延伸。导管50与入口30部连接,涡流阻止装置60设置在导管50的顶部。最好是将导管50安装在下部本体的中心轴上。
如图3所示,分隔装置61设置于涡流阻止装置60内,用来分配从导管50流入的机油。分隔装置61底部一侧设置有多个机油流出口62。过滤装置70设置在涡流阻止装置60的机油流出口62的下面。这样安装过滤装置70,使得其边缘部分可以置于下部本体20中的条形锁定环21上。优选的是,涡流阻止装置60与过滤装置70一体成型,这样可以简化结构。
图4示出了机油的流路,使用时,在被涡流阻止装置60的分隔装置61阻挡前,机油通过入口30流入,经由导管50向上流动;随后通过多个机油流出口62平均分配到各个方向;接着,流入下部本体20内。
由于流入的机油被涡流阻止装置60的分隔装置61阻挡,并经由多个机油流出口62平均分配,因而机油不会在下部本体20内形成涡流,这样,将产生的气泡减到最少。而且,已经通过涡流阻止装置60的机油流出口62分配的机油,在经由出口40流出前被过滤装置70过滤。
根据本发明另外一个实施例,入口30和出口40彼此平行设置,出口40位于入口30的上方,且与贮油罐的中心或本体20的中心成一条直线。这样,相对于入口和出口并排设置的情况,本系统需要较少的安装空间。
尽管本发明已通过具体实施例进行了描述,但本发明不局限于上述实施例描述的范围。本领域普通技术人员能够通过这些实施例对上述实施例进行各种修改和改进,应当理解,所有这些明显的修改和变化都包括在本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

1、一种汽车转向系的贮油罐,包括:
本体,其包括动力转向油流入的入口和动力转向油流出的出口;和
涡流阻止装置,设置于所述入口和所述出口间的机油流路上。
2、如权利要求1所述的贮油罐,还包括设置在在所述涡流阻止装置一侧的过滤装置,其中所述过滤装置用于过滤机油。
3、如权利要求2所述的贮油罐,其中所述涡流阻止装置与所述过滤装置一体成型。
4、如权利要求1所述的贮油罐,其中所述入口相对于所述出口位于其下方。
5、如权利要求1所述的贮油罐,其中所述入口和所述出口彼此平行设置,且对着所述本体的中心。
6、如权利要求1所述的贮油罐,还包括导管,其用来引导从所述入口流来的动力转向油向上流动,所述导管沿所述本体的中心轴线向上延伸设置。
7、如权利要求1所述的贮油罐,所述涡流阻止装置包括安装在导管出口处的分隔装置,和形成在分隔装置上的多个机油流出口,用于在机油流出前在各个方向平均分配来自所述导管的机油。
8、如权利要求6所述的贮油罐,其中所述导管安装在所述本体的中心轴线上。
9、一种动力转向系的贮油罐,包括:
贮油罐本体,其限定多个内部分隔室,并包括中间下部,外下部和上部;
入口,其进入所述贮油罐本体的中间下部,使得所述贮油罐与动力转向系流体连接;
设置在所述贮油罐中间下部的上部的盖子,其中所述盖子限定多个开口,使得所述贮油罐本体的中间下部与所述贮油罐本体的外下部和上部流体连接;和
筛网,其限定多个位于所述贮油罐的外下部和上部之间的机油流出口,使得机油通过所述筛网均匀流出,并平均进入外下部。
