Abstract

本发明提供一种用于使转盘式复合加工机和一台机器人组合起来自动对加工物的6个面进行加工的系统中的治具板。被装备于转盘式复合加工机的第1主轴的卡盘(50)把持的加工物(80)的端面(820)被机械加工的同时,还形成螺孔830。治具板60具备:具有安装面(630)的主体(600)和倒锥部(610)。治具板(60)具有螺栓(620),通过扭力扳手工具(70)固定在加工物(80)上。第2主轴的卡盘(120)的卡盘爪(122)把持倒锥部(610),对加工物剩下的面进行加工。

治具板
技术领域
本发明涉及安装加工物并被把持在主轴上的治具板,尤其涉及在转盘式复合加工机或加工中心机床中应用于对加工物的6个面整面进行自动加工的系统的治具板。
背景技术
特开2001-1234号公报中公布了用具备:具有交换安装了加工物的托盘的功能的主轴、和加工台的专用机来对加工物的所有面进行加工的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于备有一台通用的转盘式复合加工机和一台通用的机器人来对包含铸件素材等异型物在内的工件的所有面进行自动进行加工的自动6面加工系统中、的治具板。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的被转盘式复合加工机的主轴把持的治具板,其备有:具有可拆装地安装在加工物端面上的安装面的主体;设在主体的与安装面相反的一侧、被主轴的卡盘把持的倒锥部。
并且,该治具板备有:具有通用尺寸和形状的倒锥部,与加工物的尺寸和形状对应的主体。将治具板的主体可拆装地安装在加工物端面的机构是插入主体的螺栓。
另外,治具板的倒锥部在圆周部上具有3处缺口。
本发明的治具板通过备有以上结构就能够安装异型的加工物而自动进行加工。
另外,即使不是异型加工物,通过用组装用螺栓来安装到治具板上,也能够进行精度更高的加工。

具体实施方式
图1是展示应用了本发明的自动6面加工系统的概要的俯视图。
以符号1表示整体的自动6面加工系统具备转盘式复合加工机10和1台机器人30。而且,在机器人30的附近配置了阶梯式工作台40。
转盘式复合加工机10在底座12上具有第1主轴110和与第1主轴110对向装备的第2主轴120,具备将被第1主轴110加工后的加工物传递到第2主轴120来进行下一个工序的加工的功能。
在转盘式复合加工机10的底座12上的第1主轴110和第2主轴120之间配置车铣主轴150。该车铣主轴150除切削工具之外还能够装备车铣用的旋转工具或扭力扳手等分段工具。
在转盘式复合加工机10的底座12上方配备收放交换工具的工具箱160和自动工具交换装置165,对车铣主轴150供给必要的工具。
机器人30具有机器人主体300和机器人臂310,用安装在机器人臂310前端上的机器人手320来搬送加工物或治具。
阶梯式工作台40具备治具放置场所410和加工物托盘420、430。由机器人30把必要的治具或加工物供给转盘式复合加工机10。
图2、图3是展示本发明的自动6面加工系统的加工工序的说明图。
转盘式复合加工机10的第1主轴110装备有被称为成型锁定卡盘的、带把握范围调整功能的万向卡盘50,用于把持加工物80。
带把握范围调整功能的万向卡盘50具有主体500,和相对于主体500沿径向滑动开闭的开闭部件510。开闭部件510支撑钳位部件520,在钳位部件520的内侧安装有多个轨迹销530。作为自动6面加工对象的加工物80是例如铸件的素材,具有孔82。
加工物80的外表面800为铸件表面的原状,没有把持的基准面。带把握范围调整功能的万向卡盘50,轨迹销530以一定的压力接触到加工物80的外表面800,而以适当的压力把持加工物80。
这样,在以机器人的定位精度把持不适当的场合,也可以与万向卡盘内抵接设置垫块。
在此状态下,使用第1主轴110和车铣主轴150,在加工物80的端部,例如,对外周面810和端面820实施机械加工。并且,在该端面820还加工有治具板安装用的螺栓孔830。
其次,用机器人30从阶梯式工作台40的治具放置场所410将适合于加工物的治具板60搬送到第1主轴110的附近。
治具板60具备主体600和与主体600的第2主轴120侧对向的、所谓有卡口结构的倒锥部610。
机器人的手使该治具板60的端面630与加工物80的已加工完的端面820接触。
治具板60具有安装螺栓620,使该安装螺栓620的中心与在加工物80上加工了的安装用螺孔830吻合。并且,使装备在车铣主轴上的扭力扳手70动作,使治具板60自动安装到加工物80上。
其次,如图3所示,在完成了该治具板60的安装后,第2主轴120前进到第1主轴侧,卡盘121的卡盘爪122把持住与加工物80成了一体的治具板60。
车铣主轴应用各种工具对夹在第2主轴120的卡盘121中的加工物80的铸件表面800和孔部82实施必要的加工。
在该工序中,对把持在第2主轴120的卡盘121上的加工物80的前端面850也施以必要的加工。
即,即使是加工物80具有以6个面形成的形状,也能够通过在以第1主轴把持的状态的加工和以移到第2主轴上来把持的状态的加工来全部自动地对6个面进行加工。
在治具放置场所410上准备的治具板60具有通用的倒锥部610的尺寸和结构,根据加工物来准备主体600的尺寸和结构。
机器人通过把适于加工物80的治具板60安装在以第1主轴加工了端面830的加工物上,就不需要使第2主轴更换阶梯,能够对不同的加工物实施加工。
图4是更详细地展示带把握范围调整功能的万向卡盘50的结构的说明图。
带把握范围调整功能的万向卡盘50具有相对于主体500在径向进行开闭的开闭部件510。相对于开闭部件510滑动自如地安装的钳位部件520通过使设在开闭部件510上的调整螺栓560沿箭头R方向转动而向箭头A方向移动。
通过该调整,能够使轨迹销530的起始开度与加工物80的外径尺寸相吻合来调整。
图5是详细展示治具板60的说明图,图6是第2主轴的标准卡盘121的说明图。
治具板60具有主体600和倒锥部610。
在主体600上设有4个螺栓孔624,螺栓620被插入各螺栓孔624中。在螺栓孔624的开口部嵌入C字形的防松垫圈622以防止螺栓620的脱落。
在倒锥部610上设有3个缺口部614。第2主轴120的卡盘爪122具有经过该倒锥部610的缺口部614的3个卡盘爪。因此,在第2主轴120向第1主轴110侧前进时,第2主轴的卡盘121的卡盘爪122在经过治具板60的倒锥部610的缺口部614的角度的位置与第2主轴的旋转相位吻合。
卡盘爪122经过缺口部614后,通过使第2主轴旋转60度进行夹持,倒锥部610的锥面612牢固地与第2主轴的卡盘爪122的锥面124配合。
为了适应具有不同尺寸和形状的加工物,准备改变治具板60的主体600的尺寸和形状的治具板,通过使倒锥部610的形状尺寸相同,就不需要第2主轴进行阶梯更换,可以处理各种加工物。
主体600的加工物的安装面630的形状和安装用的螺栓620的配置等能够根据加工物的形状和尺寸来变更。

Claims (3)

1.一种治具板,是被把持在转盘式复合加工机的主轴上的治具板,其特征在于,备有:
具有可拆装地安装在加工物端面上的安装面的主体;
设在主体的与安装面相反的一侧、被主轴的卡盘把持的倒锥部。
2.如权利要求1所述的治具板,其特征在于,备有:具有通用尺寸、形状的倒锥部;和与加工物的尺寸和形状对应的主体。
3.如权利要求1所述的治具板,其特征在于:将治具板的主体可拆装地安装在加工物端面上的机构是插入主体中的螺栓。
