技术领域
本发明涉及具有如权利要求1前序部分所述的特征的、用于将一个安装梁对接固定在另一个安装梁上的连接节。
背景技术
安装梁本身是已知的。它们通常成矩形空心型材形状,它在一侧上有一条连续纵缝并在另一侧通常有一排孔。安装梁彼此平行并且彼此间隔开地例如用螺栓被固定在天花板上,所以,与安装梁垂直延伸的管线、电缆等可以被简单固定至安装梁上并因而被固定在天花板上。
从DE 10000092A1中公开了前言所述类型的用于固定安装梁的连接节。该连接节作为连接机构具有U形夹座,安装梁可以被插入夹座中并且通过一个连接机构与另一个安装梁对抵连接。该连接机构由一个箍件构成,它卡在设置于夹座上的底切部的后面并且允许通过螺纹连接将安装梁固定在夹座内。利用已知的连接节的安装梁的布置和固定需要两个装配工,因为在螺栓固定U形件之前,连接节没有提供用于要对接安装在连接节上的安装梁的固定手段。此外,固定需要非常复杂的、在夹座上具有底切部的连接机构以及一个卡到底切部后面的U形件。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种用于这种安装梁的连接节,它允许预安装安装梁并且可以由一个装配工简单地完成安装梁的固定。
根据本发明,通过权利要求1的特征完成了该任务。根据本发明的连接节作为连接机构具有一个有两个支腿的角铁,其中一个支腿可以悬挂到在连接节上的一个开口里,而角铁的另一支腿可以通过如拧紧被固定在插入连接节夹座内的安装梁上。由于角铁被预固定至安装梁的一侧上,所以,一个装配工可以举起安装梁的另一端将它挂入连接节中并通过在连接节的U形夹座内降低安装梁直到一水平位置而将安装在连接节上。悬挂在连接节上的角铁保持安装梁的位置,而在此位置上无需附加支承。随后,构成横梁的安装梁的另一端被固定至一个第二连接节,该连接节被布置在一个平行延伸的纵梁上。因为相反端无法为了挂入被再举起,所以,在该安装梁的这端上无法进行角铁的预固定。为了在该端上固定安装梁,只能将角铁挂如第二连接节中,并且与形成横梁的且被安放在第二连接节的U形夹座内的安装梁拧固在一起。根据本发明的连接节能够使一个装配工省时地完成安装梁的安装和固定,从而获得包括纵梁和横梁的安装格架,它们不仅能够承受横向负荷,而且能够承受拉力、压力和扭力。现在,可以通过所谓的插接安装或悬挂安装在这些安装梁上进行装配。
在本发明的一个实施形式中,在连接节上的开口成悬挂槽的形式,它例如通过冲压弯曲法形成在连接节上。悬挂槽的开口横断面大致近似于待挂入角铁支腿的横断面,所以在挂入后形成了在所有方向上的固定连接。
为了固定该角铁,可被固定在安装梁上的支腿有一个长孔,它允许该支腿被拧接在该安装梁上。
在本发明的一个优选实施形式中,在该连接节的彼此背对的两侧上设有两个连接机构,以便能够把两个安装梁交叉对接地安装在另一个安装梁上。

具体实施方式
附图所示的本发明的连接节10包括一个U形中间部12,该中间部的两个支腿壁上布置着连接机构14。连接机构14由一个成直角突出的U形夹座16构成。在所示实施例中,夹座16的高度约为连接节10高度的一半并且夹座朝上敞开。
根据本发明的连接节10被设置用来连接以交叉对接方式布置的安装梁18、19、20、21。安装梁18、19、20、21为矩形空心型材形状,它在一个长壁内有一道连续纵缝22并在对置的长壁内有一排孔24。在所示实施例中,其中两个成纵梁26形式的安装梁19、20以其具有成排的孔24的长壁彼此抵接相连。例如,这种连接依靠螺栓或铆钉且或许也能通过焊接来实现。两个安装梁19、20的连接产生一个在上、下面上有纵缝22的稳定纵梁26。
为使纵梁26悬挂固定在未示出的天花板的下面,一个被固定在天花板上的悬挂锚栓28与纵梁26相连。为此,使悬挂锚栓28穿过一个在连接节10的横壁内的孔。悬挂锚栓28在其端部有一个本身已知的锤头,它在纵缝22的侧旁横向定位地卡到带纵缝22的安装梁20长壁的后面。如果锤头转过90°地定向于安装梁20的长度方向上,则它可以通过纵缝22移入或移出。在连接节10横壁的外侧,一个紧固螺母30被拧到悬挂锚栓28上,利用该螺母,可以把悬挂锚栓28牢固地紧固至纵梁26的上安装梁20内。只要紧固螺母30未被紧固,纵梁26和连接节10就可以在纵梁26的长度方向上移动。
在悬挂固定纵梁26之后,单独的安装梁18、21作为横梁32被插入连接节10的U形夹座16内。横梁32成直角地与纵梁26对接。在所示实施例中,横梁32位于一个包含纵梁26的下安装梁19的平面内。
为把横梁32固定至本发明连接节10的夹座16内,一个穿过一长孔38和安装梁18纵缝22的螺栓36把一个角铁34固定在横梁上,从而角铁34的另一支腿40成直角向上突出。通过提高起安装梁18的相反端,角铁34的向上突出的支腿40可被安置到向下敞开的悬挂槽42内并且通过降低安装梁18可以被挂入。通过这种悬挂,安装梁18保持在水平位置上且朝向所有方向都被固定住。在降低的同时,安装梁17的相反端被安放在一个连接节的U形夹座内,该连接节安置在一个按照横梁32长度的间距平行延伸的第二纵梁上(未示出)。在该端上,角铁34未被预装在安装梁18上,而是在固定在安装梁上之前被挂入悬挂槽42内。在安装上之后松动地安放在安装梁上的角铁34随后用螺栓36被固定在该安装梁上。在安装梁的两端通过固定于端部上的角铁34与连接节10连接之后,纵梁26和横梁32就形成一个刚性之架,该之架不仅能够承受横向负荷,也能够承受拉力、压力和扭力。现在,可以在安装梁18、19、20、21上实现安装。在该实施例中,结合一个固定在一个管卡圈46内的管44来表示插接安装。按照本身已知的方式,管卡圈46通过一个锤头螺栓48被固定到在纵梁26的上表面上的一纵向缝22里并且用一个紧固螺母50被紧固住。在紧固螺母50被紧固之前,管44都可以沿纵梁26的长度方向移动。在横梁32上可以按照类似方式进行插接安装(未示出)。

Claims (4)

1、一种用于把一个安装梁对接固定在另一个安装梁上的连接节,该连接节作为连接机构包括至少一个夹座,待对接固定在另一安装梁上的这个安装梁可被安放到该夹座中并且与该连接节相连,其特征在于,该连接机构(14)包括一个有两个支腿(39,40)的角铁(34),其中的一个支腿(40)可被挂入该连接节(10)上的一个开口(42)内,该角铁(34)的另一支腿(39)可被固定在被安放在该连接节(10)的该夹座(16)内的该安装梁(18,21)上。
