Abstract
一种洗衣机,包括设置于机壳内用来贮水的缸筒;以可旋转的方式设置于缸筒内用来洗涤衣物的滚筒;以及设置于机壳通过利用高频感应加热来生成供给滚筒内的蒸汽的蒸汽生成装置。因此,通过利用高频感应加热来生成蒸汽,可以简化蒸汽生成装置的结构并提高生成蒸汽的性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗衣机,特别是涉及一种可以通过将蒸汽喷射到衣物上来加热衣物的洗衣机。
背景技术
图1是根据现有技术的滚筒洗衣机的截面图。
现有的洗衣机包括形成其外观的机壳102,设置于机壳102内用来贮水的缸筒104,以可旋转的方式设置于缸筒104内来执行衣物洗涤和脱水程序的滚筒106,以及由传动轴108连接于滚筒106来旋转滚筒106的驱动电机110。
缸筒104由减振器120和122以缓冲的方式支撑于机壳102内,用来对缸筒104内的贮水进行加热的加热器130设置于缸筒104的下部。
这里,在缸筒104和滚筒106之间要保证一个充分的空间来安置加热器130,并且缸筒104内的水位必须保持在预定量之上以使加热器130能够充分地浸入水中。
现在将对现有滚筒洗衣机的运行加以说明。
当洗衣机开动后,水被给入缸筒104中,当缸筒104内的水位达到预定位置时,加热器130开始运转来加热水。在加热器130对水进行加热的同时驱动电机110前后移动,从而执行洗涤过程。当水温达到预定温度时,加热器130关闭。
但是,现有的洗衣机存在一个问题,即,由于在缸筒104的下部需要取得一个容纳空间来安置加热器130以加热衣物,所以使洗衣机的整体体积增大,此外,由于水充满于容纳加热器的空间内,所以造成水的大量浪费。
另外,由于通过加热器130来对水进行加热,所以增加了加热器130的能量消耗及洗涤剂的用量,并使洗涤时间延长。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是来提供一种洗衣机,通过将蒸汽直接喷射到衣物上来加热衣物,可以减少整体体积和洗涤用水量,最大限度地降低能量消耗,并使洗涤时间缩短。
本发明的另一目的是来提供一种洗衣机,通过利用高频感应加热来生成蒸汽,可以简化蒸汽生成装置的结构并提高生成蒸汽的性能。
为了实现这些和其它的优点并根据本发明的目的,如在此所概括和宽泛描述的,提供了一种洗衣机,包括:设置于机壳内用来贮水的缸筒;以可旋转的方式设置于缸筒内用来洗涤衣物的滚筒;以及设置于机壳用于通过利用高频感应加热来生成供给滚筒内的蒸汽的蒸汽生成装置。
蒸汽生成装置包括具有用来供水的供水管和用来排出蒸汽的排汽管的外壳;设置于外壳的外圆周表面用来产生高频磁场的线圈;以及设置于外壳内通过线圈所产生的高频磁场来产生热量以生成提供到外壳内的蒸汽的加热材料。
外壳的排汽管经由供汽管连接于喷嘴从而产生于外壳的蒸汽通过喷嘴被喷入滚筒。
在供汽管的一侧设置有风扇用来加大喷嘴的喷压。
线圈缠绕在外壳的外圆周表面上,并且电连接于施加高频电流的变流器。

具体实施方式
现在将详细参考本发明的优选实施例,这些实施例的例子在附图中示出。
图2是显示根据本发明一个实施例的前面敞开的洗衣机的透视图。
根据本发明的一个实施例的洗衣机包括形成其外观的机壳10;由减振器以减振的方式支撑于机壳10用来贮放洗涤用水的缸筒14;以可旋转的方式设置于缸筒14内用来对衣物进行洗涤和脱水的滚筒16;设置于机壳10的上部用来生成蒸汽的蒸汽生成装置24;设置于缸筒14的下部用来泵送缸筒14所排出的水以再供给水到缸筒14的循环泵28;以及用来将产生于蒸汽生成装置24的蒸汽以及由循环泵28循环的水之一喷入滚筒16内的喷嘴26。
连接于供水管18的洗涤剂盒20设置于外部缸筒14的上部从而将洗涤剂随着洗涤用水一起给入外部缸筒14。
而且,分流单元30设置于喷嘴26用来防止蒸汽生成装置24所生成的蒸汽和由循环泵28泵送的水回流。
蒸汽生成装置24连接于供水管32来从外部接水,并经由供汽管34与分流单元30相连接。在这里,供水管32的一侧设置有用来打开/关闭供水管32的供水阀(未示出)以供给水到蒸汽生成装置24或切断供水。
循环泵28连接于排水管36,通过它将贮于缸筒14内的水排出,并经由循环管38与分流单元30相连接。因此,循环泵28泵送排水管36所排出的水并通过循环管38将水供给到分流单元30。而且,供给到分流单元30的水通过喷嘴26被喷入滚筒16。
图3是根据本发明的蒸汽生成装置的截面图。
蒸汽生成装置24包括外壳54,该外壳具有连接于供水管32用来给水的供水管50和连接于供汽管34用来排出蒸汽的排汽管52;设置于外壳54的外圆周表面的线圈56,高频电流通过它流动从而产生高频磁场;以及设置于外壳54内的加热材料58,通过线圈56所产生的高频磁场来使其产生热量从而加热供给外壳54的水,由此生成蒸汽。
为了增加喷嘴26的排汽压力,在与外壳54的排汽管52相连接的供汽管34处设置有用来送风给蒸汽的风扇70。
线圈56沿外壳的纵向缠绕在外壳54的外圆周表面上,并且电连接于施加高频电流的变流器60。
如上构造的蒸汽生成装置24与常用的高频感应加热装置以相同的原理执行加热过程。
现在将说明如上构造的根据本发明的洗衣机的运行。
首先,把衣物放入滚筒16后,当使用者按下蒸汽洗涤操作按钮时,流到供水管18的水通过洗涤剂盒20连同洗涤剂一起给入缸筒14内。接着,洗衣机执行溶解洗涤剂过程一段固定时间。然后,供水阀(未示出)开动,因此打开供水管32从而通过供水管50将水给入外壳54中。
这时,当变流器60通电时,高频电流就被施加给线圈56从而在线圈56处产生高频磁场,因而设置于外壳54内的加热材料58通过电磁感应产生热量。然后,通过加热材料58,经供水管50供给外壳的水很快蒸发。蒸汽被排到排汽管52并通过分流单元30供给喷嘴。然后,通过喷嘴26,蒸汽被直接喷射到滚筒16内所放的衣物上。
然后,当缸筒14内的温度达到一定温度时,供水阀关闭从而停止向外壳54的给水,同时,停止供给电流于线圈56,这样蒸汽生成装置24的运行结束。
在如上构造和运行的根据本发明的洗衣机中,将蒸汽喷入洗衣机的滚筒中来加热衣物,因而减小了洗衣机的整体体积,减少了洗涤用水量,最大限度地降低了能量消耗,并且使洗涤时间缩短。
另外,根据本发明的洗衣机具有利用高频感应加热原理的蒸汽生成装置,因而简化了蒸汽生成装置的结构并提高了生成蒸汽的性能。
由于本发明可以以多种形式实施而不背离其精神或实质特征,应当理解,上述实施例并不为上述说明所限制,除非另外指明,其应在其精神和所附权利要求定义的范围内广泛地解释,因此所有落入权利要求的界限和范围的变化和修改、或者这种界限和范围的等同物,都将因此被包含于所附权利要求中。
Claims (5)
1.一种洗衣机,包括:
设置于机壳内用来贮水的缸筒;
以可旋转的方式设置于缸筒内用来洗涤衣物的滚筒;以及
设置于机壳通过利用高频感应加热来生成供给滚筒内的蒸汽的蒸汽生成装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,蒸汽生成装置包括:
具有用来给水的供水管和用来排出蒸汽的排汽管的外壳;
设置于外壳的外圆周表面用来产生高频磁场的线圈;以及
设置于外壳内通过线圈所产生的高频磁场来产生热量以生成供给外壳的蒸汽的加热材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,外壳的排汽管经由供汽管连接于喷嘴从而产生于外壳的蒸汽通过喷嘴被喷入滚筒。
4.如权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,在供汽管的一侧设置有风扇用来增加喷嘴的喷压。
5.如权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,线圈缠绕于外壳的外圆周表面上,并且电连接于施加高频电流的变流器。
