本发明涉及一种以像素为基础的混色方法与系统,通过多个不同的输入信号产生各信号相对应的一像素与一混合比例,然后以一混色法依各像素与各混合比例来产生一输出像素。如此,可以很有弹性地在输出画面上将多个不同的影像与图像重叠与混色。

Description

以像素为基础的可调式混色方法与系统
技术领域
本发明有关于影像或图像的重叠方法与系统,特别是关于调整多个影像或图像混色比例的重叠方法与系统。
背景技术
在动态影像画面显示上,通常用于整合与显示影像与图像的方法,分别为单图幅缓冲区架构(single frame buffer architecture)与双图幅缓冲区架构(dual frame buffer architecture)。其中,在双图幅缓冲区架构上决定显示影像或图像二者之一的作法,为在图像子系统上以个别像素一个接一个来决定,一般以一特定颜色或以查询色彩对照表(lookup table)的一特定颜色项(color entry)的方式找出所谓关键色度(Chroma keying),而另一种方法是做所谓的黑色侦测,即利用黑色最容易被侦测出来的原理,而将黑色也视为某种关键色度。这两种作法都是在图像流中侦测到特定颜色(如关键色度或黑色)时,将图像像素视为透明而让影像显现。图1为一已知的影像与图像重叠显示示意图,显示画面150由影像100与图像110所构成,其中影像100与图像110各自将相对于显示画面150上的同一位置的像素,在同一时间内逐一送达,而在图像110中有一重叠区域120以关键色度填满,在图像像素流送达多路复用器130过程中,以一侦测器140检查有无关键色度,当侦测到时,则多路复用器130选择以影像100的像素输出,反之以图像110的像素输出。
根据上述的方法虽可让影像重叠在图像上,或是将影像与图像以某一比例做混合达到具有透明度混色(transparency mix/blend)的效果,例如,当某一特定区块的像素输出皆以固定1/4红绿蓝色值影像及加上3/4图像的红绿蓝色值就能产生重叠或半透明效果,但是,这种固定比例的混色,例如希望能将重叠区域以多个各种不同程度透明度混色,或做到由模糊逐渐清楚的淡入淡出等效果时,上述重叠显示方式便限制了应用弹性,并且先前技术多限于将一图像与一影像或一图像重叠在一画面上,当画面的来源有多个图像或影像时,直接覆盖或固定混色比例的方式,在动态影像的应用弹性稍嫌不足。
发明内容
本发明提供一种以像素为基础的可调式混色方法,首先依据复数个输入信号分别取得相对应的一像素与一可调整的混色比例;以及依据一混色法以产生一输出像素。
本发明再提供一种以像素为基础的可调式混色系统,包括:一像素与混合比例产生器,用以根据复数个输入信号分别产生相对应的一像素与一混合比例;以及一混合器,用以依据一混色法以及复数个像素与混合比例产生一输出像素。
本发明另提供一种影像处理芯片,包括:一混合比例产生模块,用以根据复数个输入信号分别产生相对应的复数个混合比例;以及一混合器,用以依据复数个来源像素以及此复数个混合比例产生一输出像素。
通过本发明的以像素为基础的可调式混色方法与系统,能够增加多个输入影像与图像重叠显示的弹性与应用的多样性。

具体实施方式
本发明的一些实施例会详细描述如下。然而,除了详细描述外,本发明还可以广泛地在其它的实施例施行,且本发明的范围不受限定,其以之后的专利范围为准。
再者,为提供更清楚的描述及更易理解本发明,附图内各部分并没有依照其相对尺寸绘图,某些尺寸与其它相关尺度相比已经被夸张;不相关的细节部分也未完全绘出,以求附图的简洁。
图2为本发明的以像素为基础的可调式混色方法一较佳实施例。首先,如步骤200所示,依据多个输入信号中的每一个,分别取得相对应的一像素与一可调整的混色比例,其中若输入信号为间接色彩的像素索引值时,各像素可以查表方式产生,例如以此像素索引值对应到可程序化变更内容的一对照表的一相对应颜色项,以取得相对应的像素;然后可根据像素值的一部份字节成此可调整的混合比例。其次,步骤220依据一混色法以产生一输出像素,其中此输出像素以一混色法依各个信号的像素与混合比例来产生。例如信号A、B与C分别产生像素1、像素2与像素3,其中每一像素是由一红色值(R)、一绿色值(G)与一蓝色值(B)所组成,或者是由一亮度值(Y)与一彩度值(C)所组成,例如(红色值,绿色值,蓝色值)分别为(50,50,50)、(100,100,100)与(200,200,200),并且其混合比例分别为200%、100%与25%,则以混色比例分别乘以各像素值而得到的混色值分别为(100,100,100)、(100,100,100)与(50,50,50),加总后得到一输出像素为(250,250,250)。在此一提,各混色值应该在一范围内,如不大于一最大色值,并且输出像素也不大于此最大色值,否则会有溢值(overflow)的情形发生。其中,此最大色值为表示此像素的最大值,如在256色环境下,颜色范围为0至255,所以此最大色值为255。若此像素由许多不同的像素值所组成,则所有混色值与所产生的输出像素值都不超出此输出像素值的最大色值,例如输出像素的输出红色值、输出绿色值与输出蓝色值的最大色值分别为63、31与63,则所有信号的像素与混合比例所产生各个混色值的红色值、绿色值与蓝色值分别不大于63、31与63,并且各个混色值加总后所产生的输出像素的红色值、绿色值与蓝色值亦分别不大于63、31与63。
此外,透过动态变更颜色项内容,可以让不同信号的内容所产生的的像素色彩相同,混合比例却不同;也可以是信号内容不变,动态调整混合比例来达到特殊显示效果。例如,当某一信号的内容为A、B、C、D与E时,经查表对应后产生的像素皆为色彩1,但是混合比例分别为混合比例100%、75%、50%、25%与0%,如此就能将此信号所产生的像素在不同时间呈现出以色彩1逐渐变淡,最后消失的视觉效果。
因此,每个信号来源仅单纯地传送与像素相关的信号内容,不同混合比例的相同像素以不同信号内容来传送,如此就不需同时传送像素与混合的信息,在信号来源方面就可省下大量的储存与传输成本。例如,在一1024×768的画面上,如果每一像素相关的混合比例需以8位来表示,每一画面就需6,291,456个位,在每秒30个画面的显示上,将会是很大的成本。
图3A为本发明的一种以像素为基础的混色系统示意图一较佳实施例,包括一像素与混合比例产生器300,用以根据复数个输入信号产生与各输入信号相对应的一像素与一混合比例;以及一混合器340,用以依据一混色法以及这些像素与混合比例以产生一输出像素。图3B为本发明的一种以像素为基础的混色系统示意图另一较佳实施例,其中此像素与混合比例产生器300尚可包括多个可程序化的对照表3101至310N,用以根据各输入信号对应到一对照表的一颜色项,以输出相对应的像素;以及尚可包括多个混合比例产生器3201至320N,每一个混合比例产生器用以接收一输入信号,以产生相对应的混合比例。本实施例的混色方法及其相关细节皆与前一实施例相同,故在此不再赘述。
图4为本发明的一种影像处理芯片一较佳实施例,包括:一混合比例产生模块420,用以根据复数个输入信号分别产生相对应的复数个混合比例;以及一混合器440,用以依据复数个来源像素以及复数个混合比例产生一输出像素。其中,此混合比例产生模块420可包括多个混合比例产生器4201至420N,并且此影像处理芯片尚可包括一图幅缓冲器400以及一对照表模块410,此图幅缓冲器400用以储存此复数个来源影像/图像的像素,并且提供复数个输入信号至混合比例产生模块420;此对照表模块410,尚可包括复数个对照表4101至410N,其中每一该对照表用以储存复数个颜色项以供此复数个输入信号撷取,并且每一颜色所述的内容皆为像素。
举例来说,图5用以说明依本发明的以像素为基础的混色方法与装置,其中当多个(本例为三个)输入信号皆为间接色彩的像素索引值时,分别可通过各像素索引值所对应到的一个对照表颜色项取得像素1、像素2、像素3,例如分别可得到以RGB表示的像素值(50,50,50)、(100,100,100)与(200,200,200),并且尚可通过各像素值的一部份位以组成各个可调整的混合比例α1、α2、α3,例如由像素1、像素2、像素3各最低一位所组成的值分别为001、111、100,然后分别可对应至各别的混合比例(α1,α2,α3)=(200%,100%,50%),则输出像素可通过在一混合器中加总各像素值与相对应混合比例的乘积而产生,例如
(50*200%+100*100%+200*25%,50*200%+100*100%+200*25%,50*200%+100*100%+200*25%)=(250,250,250)。

Claims (10)

1.一种以像素为基础的混色方法,其特征在于,包括:
依据一复数个输入信号,分别取得相对应的一像素与一可调整的混色比例;以及
依据一混色法以产生一输出像素。
2.如权利要求1所述的以像素为基础的混色方法,其中该混色法包括:
以相对应的该像素与该可调整的混合比例的乘积,作为一混色值,其中各该混色值不大于一最大色值,并且该输出像素亦不大于该最大色值;以及
计算该些混色值的总和。
3.如权利要求1所述的以像素为基础的混色方法,其特征在于,包括:
依据复数个输入信号分别对应到一可程序化变更内容的对照表的一相对应颜色项,其中该相对应颜色所述的内容该像素;以及
根据该像素之一部份位产生该可调整的混色比例。
4.一种以像素为基础的混色系统,其特征在于,包括:
一像素与混合比例产生器,用以根据复数个输入信号产生与各该输入信号相对应的一像素与一混合比例;以及
一混合器,用以依据一混色法以及该复数个像素与该复数个混合比例产生一输出像素。
5.如权利要求4所述的以像素为基础的混色系统,其中该混合器用以将该复数个像素与该复数个混合比例的积所产生的混色值加总,以产生该输出像素。
6.如权利要求4所述的以像素为基础的混色系统,该像素与混合比例产生器包括:
一复数个可程序化的对照表,用以根据各该复数个输入信号对应到该对照表之一颜色项,以输出相对应的该像素。
7.如权利要求4所述的以像素为基础的混色系统,该像素与混合比例产生器包括:
一复数个混合比例产生器,每一该复数个混合比例产生器用以接收一该输入信号,以产生相对应的该混合比例。
8.一种影像处理芯片,其特征在于,包括:
一混合比例产生模块,用以根据一复数个输入信号分别产生一复数个相对应的像素,并且根据每一该像素之一部份位产生与调整一混合比例;以及
一混合器,用以依据一复数个来源像素以及该复数个混合比例以产生一输出像素。
9.如权利要求8所述的影像处理芯片,其特征在于,包括:
一对照表模块,包括复数个该对照表,其中每一该对照表用以储存一复数个颜色项供该复数个输入信号撷取,并且每一该复数个颜色所述的内容该像素,而且于间接色彩模式时,每一该输入信号每一该对照表的一索引值。
10.如权利要求8所述的影像处理芯片,其特征在于,包括:
一图幅缓冲器,用以储存该复数个来源影像/图像的相对应像素,并且提供该复数个输入信号。
