Abstract
En una modalidad, se provee un control multimedia y arquitectura de distribuci?n. Un servidor/controlador de medio genera una pluralidad de se?ales de gr?ficos, cada se?al de gr?ficos incluyendo una interfaz de usuario separada para ser exhibida en un dispositivo particular, tal como una unidad de pantalla t?ctil. Un extendedor universal (UVX) acoplado al servidor/controlador de medios convierte y extiende las se?ales de gr?ficos para transmisi?n en una pluralidad de rutas de transmisi?n universales. Cada uno de la pluralidad de dispositivos recibe una se?al de gr?ficos pasada a los mismos, exhibe gr?ficos modalizados en las se?ales de gr?ficos y acepta entradas de usuario en respuesta a la se?al de gr?ficos. Por ejemplo, una o m?s unidades de pantalla t?ctil pueden aceptar una pulsaci?n del usuario y pasar a una ubicaci?n de la pulsaci?n del usuario de nuevo en una ruta de transmisi?n universal al UVX, para la transmisi?n al servidor/controlador de medios. El servidor/controlador de medios genera comandos de control y provee los comandos de control.
