本发明涉及蔬菜保鲜技术,尤其是嫩鲜蒜的保鲜方法。
背景技术
目前蔬菜的保鲜方法有使用保鲜剂的,也有用保鲜膜、真空膜包装的,各有各的优缺点,但一般都比较繁琐,成本也比较高;而且,也没有涉及嫩鲜蒜保鲜技术的。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种蔬菜——嫩鲜蒜(七成熟)的保鲜技术,简便而且效果好。
本发明的技术方案是:嫩鲜蒜的保鲜方法,特征在于将嫩鲜蒜的保存温度控制在-0.5-+0.5℃范围内,湿度控制在90-95%范围内,贮存在周围气体为氧气含量4.5-5.5%,二氧化碳含量15-16%的环境中。
由于本发明严格控制了嫩鲜蒜贮存的温度、湿度和气体成分,使嫩鲜蒜的呼吸强度控制到最小,所以能保鲜较长时间,使用本发明,嫩鲜蒜能保存半年至一年,始终维持原口感、品质不变。

1.一种嫩鲜蒜的保鲜方法,其特征在于,将蒜的保存温度控制在-0.5-+0.5℃范围内,湿度控制在90-95%范围内,贮存在周围气体为氧气含量4.5-5.5%,二氧化碳含量15-16%的环境中。
