Abstract

Description

密封装置和具有密封部分的 柔软物品的制造工艺
技术领域
本发明通常涉及一种用于在形成诸如一次性尿布、卫生巾等的柔软物品的连续柔软制品内形成密封部位的密封装置,以及这种具有密封部位的柔软物品的制造工艺。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种密封装置和制造工艺,可以用简单的操作执行密封操作。
背景技术
例如日本专利申请公开10-513128(PCT/US96/00618)公开了一种通过以有规律间隔向连续的织物提供超声波密封,制造作为非单个的物体的诸如尿布之类的柔软物品的装置。
在上述专利文献中,由多个超声波角状物和砧座组成的超声波密封机构被设置在转动工作鼓内并与该转动鼓一起转动。上述织物围绕所述转动鼓的外圆周面,以便通过转动鼓的转动,从上游侧被输送到下游侧。超声波角状物被凸轮驱动,在转动鼓外圆周面的宽度方向上往复运动。在转动鼓内,砧座被设置的与超声波角状物相对。当通过转动鼓的转动输送所述织物时,超声波角状物在织物的宽度方向上横向移动,每隔一设定距离,在织物上形成组成超声波密封部分的线。
然而在日本专利申请公开No.10-513128所介绍的密封装置中,通过凸轮作用,执行超声波角状物在转动鼓外圆周面的宽度方向上的往复运动操作。因此,要求超声波角状物的往复运动速度根据转动鼓的转动速度的变化而变化。因此,根据生产速度,超声波角状物的移动速度变化,从而在作为密封条件的压力和时间中改变时间,难以实现良好的密封。换句话说,在上述专利文献所介绍的密封装置中,由于凸轮形状和鼓的直径被限制,仅可实现对应于此的生产速度。因此,当密封装置的生产结束之后,生产速度可以被改变,在可容许范围内改变生产速度在结构上受很大限制。
另一方面,当连续密封诸如尿布的吸收物件时,通常设置在织物上的橡胶或折皱与织物一起经受超声波密封。当产品具有橡胶或折皱时,在织物上形成波浪形。当利用日本专利申请公开No.10-513128所介绍的密封装置对这种织物进行密封操作时,根据所述波动,超声波角状物往复上下运动,可能导致要被施加到织物上的压力波动。因此当试图在织物上形成均匀密封时碰到困难。将导致精加工波动和/或密封后部位的强度波动。
此外,其要求汽缸的复杂控制,以便在超声波角状物接触织物时,控制汽缸向超声波角状物施加压力,在超声波角状物离开织物时,控制汽缸解除向超声波角状物施加压力。
当密封织物,以便产生吸收物品时,织物的厚度在要被密封部位趋向于不同。在此情况下,当超声波角状物和砧座被单独一个施压装置加压时,与具有较小厚度的织物部分相比,具有较大厚度的织物部分被施加更大的压力,与较小厚度部分相比,焊接在较大厚度部分被支配地进行。因此,在较大厚度部分的织物变硬,密封部分的密封强度和精加工效果出现差别。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,研究本发明。本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有密封部位的柔软物品的密封装置和制造工艺,其制造能力优越,用简单结构实现均匀密封。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有密封部位的柔软物品的密封装置和制造工艺,其可以在一局部具有不同厚度的柔软工件上焊接要被密封的部位,阻止具有不同密封强度和精加工效果的部位出现。
根据本发明第一个方面,提供一种用于在被连续输送的柔软工件上形成密封部位的密封装置,该密封装置包括:转动部分;用于驱动所述转动部分转动的转动驱动部分;沿所述转动部分的转动方向设置从而与所述转动部分一起运动的多个密封机构,每个密封机构包括第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件,用于在相对于所述转动部分的转动中心的预定角度范围将所述柔软工件夹持在第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件之间,以便在所述柔软工件上形成密封部位。
在每个密封机构中,所述第一夹持元件位于所述转动部分的转动中心的一侧上,使密封相对表面在从转动中心向外延伸的法线方向向外朝向,对应于所述第一夹持元件的第二夹持元件在所述法线方向上位于所述第一夹持元件的外侧,第二夹持元件被铰接地支承在所述转动部分上,用于在夹持位置和缩回位置之间转动,在所述夹持位置,密封相对表面趋向所述第一夹持元件的密封相对表面,在所述缩回位置,密封相对表面远离所述第一夹持元件的密封相对表面。
设置摆动驱动装置,用于驱动第二夹持元件随转动部分的转动而绕枢轴转动,从而第二夹持元件在预定角度范围内位于所述夹持位置,在另一个预定角度范围,位于缩回位置,从而不干涉所述柔软工件进入所述密封机构,也不干涉柔软工件从所述密封机构排出。
利用上述的本发明第一方面的结构,仅仅通过简单的摆动或转动,形成密封机构的第二夹持元件可以被径向转动的远离被径向设置的第一夹持元件,从而处于缩回位置。从而第二夹持元件可以在用于执行密封操作的夹持位置和不干涉连续柔软工件输送的缩回位置之间运动。由于通过第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件接触和脱离进行密封操作,可以高速进行密封操作。
例如连续柔软工件至少包括一可以被熔接的片材。连续柔软工件还可以包括在输送方向上彼此间隔分布并被所述片材支承的吸液体,当每个吸液体位于毗邻的密封机构之间同时所述片材被对折的条件下,进行密封。
通过将吸液体设置在毗邻的密封机构之间,在没有吸液体的部位,可以对片材进行可靠地密封。
最好转动部分包括一转动鼓,所述第一夹持元件被设置在所述转动鼓的内部,从而该第一夹持元件的密封相对表面位于从所述转动鼓外圆周面突出的位置。
利用这种结构,当吸液体位于毗邻的密封机构之间的情况下,被折叠的片材在转动鼓的外圆周面上被可靠地密封。
最好随着转动到缩回位置,所述第二夹持元件的密封相对表面相对于所述转动部分的转动中心轴线转动大约90°。
通过使第二夹持元件转动上述角度到达缩回位置,第二夹持元件可以可靠地收缩到不干涉连续柔软工件输送(进给和排出)的位置。
例如摆动驱动装置由被固定在与所述转动部分相对位置的凸轮轮廓以及从动件组成,随着所述转动部分转动,所述从动件沿所述凸轮轮廓运动,使所述第二夹持元件在夹持位置和缩回位置之间转动。
在此情况下,所述凸轮轮廓由围绕所述转动部分的转动中心延伸但是远离所述转动中心的连续凸轮槽确定。
例如所述从动件被安装在用于支承所述第二夹持元件的摆动支撑元件上,从而通过所述从动件沿所述凸轮轮廓的运动,摆动支撑元件在所述夹持位置和所述缩回位置之间转动。在另一种方案中,还提供支承所述第二夹持元件的摆动支撑元件以及被设置在所述摆动支撑元件和从动件之间的连杆结构,从而通过所述连杆结构,利用所述从动件沿所述凸轮轮廓的运动,所述摆动支撑元件在所述夹持位置和所述缩回位置之间转动。
如上所述,通过提供固定凸轮轮廓以及利用作为驱动源的转动部分的转动而转动地驱动第二夹持元件,无需提供诸如汽缸等的其它驱动源,用于使每个密封机构中的第二夹持元件转动。
在本发明的第一方面中,最好转动部分包括被摆动轴铰接地支承的摆动支撑元件,利用一弹性元件,所述第二夹持元件被支承在所述摆动支撑元件上,从而当所述第二夹持元件转动到所述夹持位置,所述第二夹持元件被所述弹性元件产生的弹力向第一夹持元件偏压。
通过利用弹性元件向第一夹持元件偏压第二夹持元件,即使当柔软工件具有不均匀的结构,利用第一夹持元件的密封相对表面和第二夹持元件的密封相对表面,均匀的压力可以被轻易地施加在柔软工件的不同部位上。
根据本发明第二方面,提供一种密封装置,其包括:具有第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件的密封机构,用于将可熔接的柔软工件夹持在其间,以便在所述柔软工件上形成密封部分;用于驱动所述第二夹持元件以便将柔软工件夹持在第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件之间以及使所述第二夹持元件远离第一夹持元件的驱动装置,
利用弹性元件,所述第二夹持元件被支承在支承元件上,所述支承元件被所述驱动装置驱动,从而所述第二夹持元件在所述弹性元件产生的弹力作用下被偏压向第一夹持元件,所述弹性元件具有流体可以被引入的可变形壳体。
在本发明上述第二方面中,由于使用具有流体可以被引入的壳体(也就是袋形壳体)的弹性元件,第二夹持元件可以被偏压成跟踪柔软工件的不均匀或柔软工件的厚度不同,从而柔软工件可以被尽可能均匀地夹持在第一和第二夹持元件之间,从而可以改善密封部位的质量。
例如,柔软工件被连续地输送到所述密封装置,沿连续柔软工件的进给方向按照一定间隔设置多个密封机构,从而利用所述密封机构,沿所述进给方向按照一定间隔,密封后部位被形成在所述连续柔软工件上。
最好该密封装置还包括转动部分,沿所述转动部分的转动方向,按照一定间隔设置多个密封机构,所述柔软工件被连续地输送到所述转动部分,从而随着所述转动部分的转动,利用所述密封机构,按顺序形成所述密封部分。
例如,所述连续柔软工件包括可以被熔接的片材以及沿进给方向彼此间隔分布并被所述片材支承的吸液体,当每个吸液体位于毗邻密封机构之间同时所述片材对折的条件下,进行密封。
最好密封装置还包括用于改变所述壳体内压力的压力设定装置。
通过提供压力设定装置,壳体内的压力可以根据柔软工件的种类被设定为最佳值,从而在最佳压力下,柔软工件可以被夹持在第一和第二夹持元件之间。
最好在所述支承元件上设置多个用于支承所述第二夹持元件的弹性元件。在此情况下,最好密封装置还包括用于分别设定所述多个弹性元件的不同壳体内的流体压力的压力设定装置。
通过用多个弹性元件偏压第二夹持元件,具有不均匀轮廓或具有不同厚度部位的柔软工件可以采用均匀夹持力被夹持在第一和第二夹持元件之间。
例如密封装置是超声波密封设备,所述第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件中的一个是角状物,另一个是砧座。
然而,当然可以用密封机构的第一和第二夹持元件进行热密封。
根据本发明的第三方面,提供一种制造分别具有密封部位的柔软物品的方法,该方法包括:
通过将柔软工件夹持在第一和第二夹持元件之间,在连续柔软工件上形成密封部位,所述第一和第二夹持元件形成密封机构;
在所述形成步骤之前、同时或之后,对所述柔软工件进行切割;
利用弹性元件将第二夹持元件偏压向第一夹持元件,所述弹性元件具有流体被引入的可变形壳体。
在诸如一次性尿布、卫生巾等由上述制造方法制造的柔软物品上,诸如片材等柔软工件的材料可以在要被密封的部位被均匀地熔接,从而改善密封部位的质量。
在本发明的第三个方面内,例如,沿连续柔软工件的进给方向,按照一定间隔,设置多个密封机构,从而利用所述密封机构,沿所述进给方向,按照一定间隔,在所述连续柔软工件上形成密封部分。最好沿转动部分的转动方向,按照一定间隔,设置多个密封机构,连续柔软工件被输送到所述转动部分,从而随着所述转动部分的转动,利用所述密封机构,按顺序形成所述密封部位。
例如,对于被设定为预定值的壳体内的流体压力,根据柔软工件的结构和/或厚度,可以设定最佳密封条件。
最好设置多个弹性元件,不同弹性元件偏压所述第二夹持元件。在此情况下,最好,多个弹性元件的内压被分别设定。
如上所述,通过分别设定内压,即使当连续柔软工件在要形成密封的某一区域具有厚度不同的部位,也可以获得均匀的熔接质量。
例如,在要形成密封部位的区域内,所述连续柔软工件具有拥有不同厚度的部分时,最好向所述柔软工件上具有较大厚度的部位偏压第二夹持元件的弹性元件的内流体压力以及向所述柔软工件上具有较小厚度的部位偏压第二夹持元件的弹性元件的内流体压力被分别设定。
连续柔软工件可以包括可以被熔接的片材以及在进给方向上彼此间隔分布并被所述片材支承的吸液体,当所述片材被对折时,在毗邻吸液体之间的位置进行密封。
例如为了使密封部位的质量均匀,最好向具有较小厚度部位施加偏压力的弹性元件内的流体压力被设定的比向具有较大厚度部位施加偏压力的弹性元件内的流体压力大。
在本发明的第三方面内,密封机构是超声波密封设备,所述第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件中的一个是角状物,另一个是砧座。

在图1所示的密封装置1中,将支承部分3设置在作为固定部分的固定台4上。转动轴3a被保持在支承部分3内的球轴承3b转动地支承。在图1中,转动轴3a的转动中心轴线被显示为O-O。周边上具有齿的定时轮2被固定在转动轴3a的基端部分,也就是图中右侧。在定时轮2上缠绕着三角皮带。该三角皮带被来自驱动源的驱动力驱动,所述驱动源具有用于向定时轮2提供驱动力的未示电动机,然后转动轴3a以恒定角速度沿逆时针方向被连续驱动,所述逆时针方向是从图1中左侧看到的。在所示实施例中,转动驱动装置由驱动源、三角带和定时轮2组成。

如图1和2所示,在转动鼓5A的外圆周面上,形成多个在与转动中心轴线O-O平行的方向上细长的矩形窗口5a。在周向上,以等间距设置矩形窗口5a。在所示实施例中,窗口5a被设置在6个相对于转动中心轴线O-O彼此之间角度差为60°的角度位置上。
转动部分配备有密封机构。这种密封机构具有第一和第二夹持元件,用于将连续的柔软工件夹持在两者之间并进行密封。在所示实施例中,该密封机构是超声波密封机构,所述第一夹持元件是角状物8,第二夹持元件是砧座14。
角状物8和砧座14都被设置在转动部分上,与转动基座6和转动鼓5一起转动。角状物8被固定在转动基座6上,位于转动鼓5内。角状物8和与其相连的超声波产生装置7围绕转动中心轴线O-O径向分布。角状物8和超声波产生装置7的角度位置与窗口5a的角度位置匹配。尽管角状物8向外突出,穿过转动鼓5的窗口5a,在其前端具有密封相对表面8a。角状物8的密封相对表面8a在围绕转动中心轴线O-O的法线方向(径向)向外朝向,并与中心轴线O-O平行。每个密封相对表面8a从转动鼓5的外圆周面突出高度是h。
转动基座6是六边形形状。摆动支承元件9被设置在转动基座6的外周边部分上。每个摆动支撑元件9包括摆动部分10和保持部分11。摆动部分10和保持部分11被彼此固定。摆动部分10被大致形成为扇形结构。利用设置在扇形曲率中心的摆动轴10A,摆动部分10被相对于转动基座6的外周边部分可转动地支承着。摆动轴10A的朝向与中心轴线O-O垂直。因此,摆动支撑元件9围绕摆动轴10A在夹持位置和缩回位置之间摆动。
凸轮元件15被刚性地固定在固定台4的表面,与转动基座6相对。如图5所示,当从前侧看时,凸轮元件15是部分被切除的盘形件。切除部分被表示为15a。
凸轮元件15的中心与转动部分的中心轴线O-O一致。在凸轮元件15的表面上,围绕着中心轴线O-O,槽部15b被形成在内径R1和外径R2之间。如图1所示,槽部15b的横截面形状是围绕摆动部分10的摆动中心(摆动轴10A的中心)的半径为r1的弧形。如图5所示,槽部15b的凹面是在整个周向围绕中心轴线O-O延伸的环型山脊形。如图1所示,在下部,在凸轮元件15的被切除部分15a,槽部15b的外周边侧被切除。
在槽部15b的凹面上,形成凸轮轮廓的凸轮槽15c。如图1所示,在垂直于槽部15b的凹面曲线的切线L-L的方向(相对于摆动轴10A的轴线中心的径向朝向),凸轮槽15c凹入。在摆动部分10的圆周边缘,设置从动轮10a。从动件10a是转动辊。在另一种方案中,从动件10a可以是不可转动凸起。当转动基座6受驱动转动时,从动件10a沿凸轮槽15c移动。在所示实施例中,凸轮元件15和从动件10a形成摆动驱动装置,用于使摆动支撑元件9摆动。
如图5所示,凸轮槽15c在一个最远离转动中心轴线O-O的位置在角位置A2和A3之间的角度范围内围绕转动中心轴线O-O沿恒定半径弧延伸,其也在一个最接近转动中心轴线O-O的位置在角位置A0和A1之间的角度范围内围绕转动中心轴线O-O沿恒定半径弧延伸。
因此,在从动件10a从角位置A1向角位置A2移动时,摆动支撑元件9向转动鼓5的外圆周面5A转动,到达夹持位置,和在从动件10a从角位置A2向角位置A3移动期间,摆动支撑元件9保持在夹持位置,如图1上部所示。另一方面,当从动件10a从角位置A3向角位置A0移动,摆动支撑元件9向固定台4转动大约90°,到达缩回位置,如图1下部所示,而在从动件10a从角位置A0向角位置A1移动期间,摆动支撑元件9保持在缩回位置。
图4显示了从与转动鼓5相反的侧面看到的保持部分11。弹性元件13被安装在保持部分11内。在弹性元件13上支承着作为密封机构的第二夹持元件的砧座14。
如图4所示,保持部分11包括:具有固定表面11A的后侧部分,摆动部分10被安装在所述固定表面11A上;具有安装表面11B的底侧部分,将弹性元件13被固定在该底侧部分上;左右侧的两个框架部分11a和11b。在保持部分11上,开口11C和11C被形成在左右侧面上,开口11D被形成在两个框架部分11a和11b之间,与转动鼓5相对。如图4所示,摆动部分10具有接收摆动轴10A的支承孔10A1,以便可枢转地支承摆动部分10。
弹性元件13具有:柔软和可弹性变形的袋状体(壳体);安装在该袋状体顶部上的盘形支撑板13A;安装在该袋状体底部上的盘形固定板13B。弹性元件13的袋状体由诸如橡胶的可弹性变形材料或诸如结合有增强元件的橡胶的复合材料制成。通过提供作为工作流体的气体进入袋状体的中空部分内,袋状体的功能相当于空气减震器或空气弹簧。通过被提供的气体压力,袋体的内压被设定为预定值。
支撑板13A和固定板13B配备有垂直延伸的排出孔13a。固定板13B还配备有与空气管相连的喷嘴13b。通过空气管和喷嘴13b被引入的压力气体,可以设定弹性元件13的内压。用于设定弹性元件13内压的装置具有一种结构,与下文结合图14的另一个实施例的结构是可以比较的。具体地说,要被提供到设置在多个密封机构中每个弹性元件13的气压可以被彼此独立地设定。
弹性元件13在这种状态下被设置在保持部分11内,也就是其径向延伸部分穿过开口11C和11C向外突出。被形成在固定板13B上的排出孔13a和13a被设置成与形成在保持部分11的安装表面11B上的安装孔11b和11b对齐,用于接收图中未示的紧固螺栓,所述紧固螺栓从保持部分11的外面插入并被拧紧。从而,弹性元件13被固定在保持部分11上。
弹性元件13的支撑板13A的直径d被设定成比开口11D的宽度W大。因此,当弹性元件13被固定在保持部分11上时,使支撑板13A与框架11a和11a的内表面11c和11c相对。因此,当弹性元件13处于扩张状态时,在压力下,迫使支撑板13A的表面接近内表面11c和11c。
框架部分11a和11a的内表面11c和11c与安装表面11B不平行,但是以角度θ倾斜,从而,随着内表面11c和11c远离摆动部分10,内表面11c和11c远离安装表面11B。应该指出的是,其上固定有摆动部分10的固定表面11A与安装表面11B之间夹角是90°。
因此当弹性元件13在保持部分11内扩张,迫使支撑板13A的表面在压力下与框架部分11a和11a的内表面11c和11c接触时,支撑板13A的表面与安装表面11B不平行,但是与安装表面11B的倾角是θ,以便随着与摆动部分10的距离的增加,增加与安装表面11B的距离。
砧座14具有在整个长度上具有均匀厚度的底座14A以及一对形成在所述底座14A的表面上的隆起部分14B和14B,所述隆起部分14B和14B在长度方向延伸并彼此平行。隆起部分14B和14B的表面被用作与角状物8相对的密封相对表面14a和14a。密封相对表面14a和14a被用作图案表面,用于限定要被形成在柔软工件上的密封部分的图案。
砧座14的底座14A在其纵向相对两端配备有通孔14A1和14A1,利用未示的螺钉将底座14A安装在支撑底座14C上。另外支撑底座14C没有显示形成在两个位置上的通孔。将未示的螺栓插入排出孔13a和13a并进入形成在支撑底座14C上的通孔,进行固定,从而底座14A和支撑底座14C被牢固地固定在支撑板13A上的表面上。
砧座14的支撑底座14C和密封相对表面14a彼此平行。从而当将砧座14固定在保持部分11内的弹性元件13的支撑板13A上时,密封相对表面14a以角θ倾斜,随着增加与摆动部分10(摆动轴10A)的距离,而增加与安装表面11B的距离。
下文将结合图8A和8B讨论将连续柔软工件30输送到密封装置1的示例。如图8B所示,柔软工件30以叠层状态被提供到密封装置1。图9是一个沿图8B中IX-IX线截取的断面图,显示了密封部分被形成的状态,图10是一个沿图8B和图9中X-X线截取的断面图。
图8B显示了连续柔软工件30,其中已经用密封装置1的砧座14和角状物8形成了密封部分S。在连续柔软工件30上形成了密封部分S后,沿毗邻密封部分S之间的切割线C1-C1对连续柔软工件30进行切断,制造作为软吸收物品的短裤类型的一次性尿布。另一方面,图8A显示连续柔软工件30处于展开状态。
在图8A的展开的带形体中,第一片材32被设置在背面,第二片材31被层叠在第一片材32上。第一片材32的宽度比第二片材31的宽度大。在图8A所示的一侧30A,将第一片材32向回折叠,使其侧边32a位于第二片材31上。同样,在另一侧30B,将第一片材32向后折叠,使其侧边32b位于第二片材31上。这种折叠状态在图10中被显示。
如图10所示,在带形体的一侧30A上,多个腰带35被设置在第一片材32和第二片材31之间。另一方面,在带形体的另一侧30B上,多个腰带36被设置在第一片材32和第二片材31之间。多个腰带35和36被设置成平行并沿带形体的输送方向延伸。
此外,在第一片材32和第二片材31之间,设置腿带37和38。在所示实施例中,分别设置多个腿带37和38。腿带37和38分别被弯曲成波形并分别在带形体的输送方向延伸。如图8A所示,在被腿带37和38围绕的区域,形成腿孔34,其将被用作短裤的腿插入部分。
腰带35和36以及腿带37和38以在带形体的输送方向延伸状态以预定延伸程度被夹在第一片材32和第二片材31之间。然后第一片材32、第二片材31以及被夹在它们之间的腰带35和36以及腿带37和38利用热溶类型粘结剂等被粘结在一起。
第一片材32和第二片材31具有透气性和液体液封能力并是可热熔的。例如第一片材32和第二片材31可以是热塑性塑料合成纤维纺粘或熔喷法制造无纺织物,或是上述无纺纤维的层叠片材。另一种方案是,第一片材32和第二片材31中的一种可以是无纺纤维,另一个是可透气的塑料薄膜。
腰带35和36以及腿带37和38由可弹性延伸元件组成,例如细绳形或带形橡胶或合成橡胶。
在第二片材31的表面上,吸液体33被设置在毗邻的腿孔34之间。吸液体33是沙漏形或矩形,并沿带形体的输送方向按预定间隔设置。通过把压碎的纸浆、压碎的纸浆和超吸收聚合物(SAP)的混合物、亲水无纺织物的叠片、气流铺设纸浆等包在可透液的顶层片材中可以形成吸液体。然后,利用热熔类型粘结剂等,不同的吸液体33被粘接在第二片材31的表面上。
可以利用射流喷网法制的无纺织物、透气粘接无纺织物、具有用于液体通道的开口的塑料薄膜等形成頂层片材。
通过沿纵向延伸的中心线O1-O1将图8A所示的带形体折叠成两层片而形成图8B所示的连续柔软工件30。当柔软工件30被提供给密封装置1时,第一片材32和第二片材31被层叠而组成的柔软工件30在毗邻吸液体33之间的位置被夹持在角状物8和砧座14之间,进行超声波密封。如图10所示,要被夹持在角状物8和砧座14之间的柔软工件30在四个片材(两个第一片材32和两个第二片材31)层叠的中间部位具有最小厚度。
另一方面,柔软工件30在短裤腰侧的部位具有最大厚度,在所述短裤腰侧,除了四个片材之外,具有侧边32a和32b的第一片材32的向回折叠的部位被进一步层叠,在此位置还层叠了腰带35和36。在短裤腿侧更靠近腿孔34的部位,腿带37和38被设置在层叠的四个片材内。因此,腿侧厚度比所述中间部位的厚度大,比腰侧的厚度小。
由于第一片材32和第二片材31由热熔材料形成,受角状物施加到其上振动的影响,它们产生内热。因此,根据形成在砧座14的密封相对表面14a上的细微突起图案,第一片材32和第二片材31被焊接在一起,形成密封部位S。
在图8B所示的实施例,由细微突起图案形成的密封部位S的图案是这样的,使薄密封线在一行内重复。密封装置1形成密封部位S之后,连续柔软工件30沿毗邻密封部位S之间的切割线C1-C1被切断,制成作为软吸收物品的短裤类型的一次性尿布。
应该指出的是,使用本发明的密封装置制造的柔软吸收物品可以是卫生巾、女裤垫等。
下文将讨论密封装置1的操作。
如图2所示,连续柔软工件30被缠绕在设置在供给部位(i)的供给辊21上,并被提供到转动鼓5的外圆周面5A。连续柔软工件30被缠绕在转动鼓5的外圆周面5A上(更仔细地说,从外圆周面5A突出的角状物8的密封相对表面8a)绕过大约180°,并在突起部位(ii)脱离转动鼓5,并通过缠绕在排出辊22上而向外撤出。
连续柔软工件30以恒定速度被连续地输送到供给部位(i)。在密封装置1内,转动驱动力被传送到定时轮2上,使转动轴3a、作为转动部位的转动基座6和转动鼓5沿图2和3中逆时针方向以恒定角速度转动。
连续柔软工件30接触从转动鼓5的外圆周面5A突出的角状物8的密封相对表面8a,从而转动。因此在所示示例中,转动部分的角速度被这样设定,使得密封相对表面8a的转动圆周速度与连续柔软工件30的供给速度一致。因此,在转动鼓5的外圆周面5A上,角状物8的密封相对表面和连续柔软工件30一起转动,彼此之间没有出现滑动。
从转动鼓5的外圆周面5A突出的角状物8的周向安排的间距与图8B所示的连续柔软工件30的吸液体33的安排间距和腿孔34的安排间距匹配。因此,当连续柔软工件30被供给到转动鼓5的外圆周面5A上时,如图9所示,吸液体33位于毗邻角状物8之间(毗邻密封机构之间),从而角状物8的密封相对表面8a面对没有出现吸液体33的部位。
当转动基座6和转动鼓5沿逆时针方向以恒定角速度转动,设置在摆动支撑元件9的摆动部分10上的从动件10a沿设置在固定台4上的凸轮元件15的凸轮槽15c运动。
如图3和5所示,当通过转动基座6的转动,从动件10a在凸轮槽15c内从角位置A0运动到角位置A1时,由于有凸轮槽15c,从动件10a运动接近转动中心轴线O-O。如图1下部和图6所示,当从动件10a从角位置A0运动到角位置A1时,摆动支撑元件9围绕摆动轴10A径向向外转动,从而保持在摆动支撑元件9内的砧座14朝向向外,相对于转动中心轴线O-O的夹角是90°。此时应该指出的是,摆动支撑元件9在凸轮元件15的切除部分15a内转动。从而摆动支撑元件9可以向上转动到这样的位置,也就是砧座14的密封相对表面14a被设置成相对于转动中心轴线O-O的夹角是90°。
用于供给和排出连续柔软工件30的供给部位(i)和排出部位(ii)被设置在角位置A0和角位置A1之间。在这两个角位置之间,砧座14转动到缩回位置,从而不干涉连续柔软工件30,远离连续柔软工件30要被供给到转动鼓5的路径和连续柔软工件30从转动鼓排出的路径。因此,砧座14不干涉连续柔软工件30的供给和排出。
当从动件10a从角位置A1运动到角位置A2时,在凸轮槽15c的引导下,从动件10a向外周运动。因此摆动支撑元件9向转动鼓5的外圆周面5A枢转。当从动件10a经过角位置A2时,在连续柔软工件30上没有设置吸液体的部位,第一片材32、第二片材31、腰带35和36以及腿带37和38的叠置体(参考图10)如图9所示被角状物8的密封相对表面8a和砧座14的密封相对表面14a夹持。然后在快到达角位置A3之前保持该状态。
当从动件10a从角位置A3运动到角位置A0时,从动件10a被凸轮槽15c引导朝向转动中心轴线O-O,从而砧座14被转动成远离角状物8和连续柔软工件30。然后当从动件10a到达角位置A0时,砧座14转动到缩回位置,如图6所示,与转动中心轴线O-O的夹角是90°。
在每个摆动支撑元件9的从动件10a从角位置A2运动到角位置A3时,在预定时间内向超声波产生装置7提供电能,驱动角状物8在所述预定时间内振动,用于在连续柔软工件30上形成密封部位S,如图8B所示。在这些密封部位S,连续工件30被熔接。然后,当如图8B所示完成密封后,利用排出辊22,将连续柔软工件30排走。被排出辊22排出的连续柔软工件30沿如图8B所示的毗邻密封部位S之间的切割线C-C被切断,产生单个短路类型的尿布。
图6显示摆动支撑元件9转动到缩回位置的情况,在此情况下,在角状物8前端的密封相对表面8a与平行于转动中心轴线O-O以及转动鼓5的外圆周面5A的平面Lh一致。摆动支撑元件9的摆动中心(摆动轴10A的中心)位于平面Lh上。在图6中,延伸穿过摆动中心并垂直于平面Lh的平面被表示为Lv。在图6所示状态下,摆动支撑元件9的保持部分11的安装表面11B平行于平面Lv。
在图6所示条件下,转动到缩回位置的砧座14的密封相对表面14a向角状物8突出,并稍微超出平面Lv。当砧座14到达夹持位置被压向角状物8时,上述突出量就是弹性元件13的压缩范围。
利用喷嘴13b被提供到弹性元件13的空气被控制成提供预定的内压。在图6所示条件下,在弹性元件13的内压作用下,迫使弹性元件13的支撑板13A压靠到保持部分11的框架部分11a的倾斜内表面11c上。因此,砧座14的密封相对表面14a相对于平面Lv倾斜预定角θ,从而随着距摆动轴10A的距离的增加,从平面Lv的突出量增加。
如图3和5所示,当从动件10a从角位置A1运动到角位置A2时,摆动支撑元件9向转动鼓5的外周表面5A转动。如图7A所示,在摆动操作的最终阶段,砧座14的密封相对表面14a邻接角状物8的密封相对表面8a,夹持连续柔软工件30。
在图6中,随着距摆动中心距离的增加,砧座14的密封相对表面14a向与角状物8接触方向倾斜。因此,如图7A所示,当摆动支撑元件9从图6所示状态转动(90°-θ)角度时,砧座14的密封相对表面14a被设置成基本上平行于角状物8的密封相对表面8a。
然后当从动件10a到达角位置A2,摆动支撑元件9从图7B所示平面Lv转过90°,弹性元件13的支撑板13A的表面被设置成远离保持部分11的框架部分11a的内表面11c。然后安装表面11B、支撑板13A和密封相对表面14a被设置成彼此平行或基本平行。砧座14承受弹性元件13的弹力,并被弹性压向角状物8。
如上所述,由于砧座14的密封相对表面14a从平面Lv突出并如图6所示那样倾斜θ角,在图7A所示条件下,砧座14的密封相对表面14a与角状物8的密封相对表面8a以平行或基本上平行的关系彼此接触。随后,来自弹性元件13的弹性压力作用在砧座14上。因此,当在压力下通过转动,迫使砧座14被推向角状物8时,很难导致砧座14的密封相对表面14a相对于角状物8的密封相对表面8a沿平面Lh的位移运动。
这是由于,当砧座14的密封相对表面14a与角状物8的密封相对表面8a接触时,这些表面作为平行表面接触。此外,密封相对表面14a和8a很难被伤损。此外由于利用平行表面进行对连续柔软工件30的夹持,连续柔软工件30可以被可靠地夹持在密封相对表面14a和8a之间。
另一方面,当连续柔软工件30是短裤类型一次性尿布的连续体时,如图10所示,在利用角状物8和砧座14形成密封部位S的部位,连续柔软工件30不是平的。换句话说,在腰侧的厚度最大,在中间部分,厚度下降,然后在腿侧厚度增加。因此要被密封的柔软工件30在厚度上局部不同,在表面上不均匀。
如上所述,虽然形成密封部位S的部分没有均匀的厚度,在不同的部位厚度不同,由于利用空气减震器,也就是充满气体(流体)的带形弹性体,迫使砧座14被推向于角状物8,砧座14的密封相对表面14a能够灵活地跟踪连续柔软工件30厚度的变化。此外,利用弹性体13的内压,在密封部位S的不同位置,连续柔软工件30可以被砧座14和角状物8基本上均匀地压下,从而密封部位S的密封质量可以被制造成均匀的。
另一方面,利用喷嘴13b提供压力气体,可以控制弹性元件13的袋形体内部的内压。从而根据要被密封的连续柔软工件30的材料和结构,进行改变弹性元件13袋形体内部的内压的控制。因此,即使当连续柔软工件30的结构变化,和与之相应,砧座14的密封相对表面14a上的图案变化时,主要通过改变弹性元件13的内压可以完成制备,以允许在最佳条件下实现稳定的密封操作。
此外在该实施例的密封机构内,由于在夹持连续柔软工件30之后,密封机构才进行密封操作,通过在设定周期向超声波产生装置7提供设定的能量和通过以预定大小设置密封压力,密封操作可以在任何生产速度下被恒定地保持。
最好采用沿转动鼓5的垂直方向(径向方向)可动方式安装超声波产生装置7,从而角状物8前端从转动鼓5外圆周面5A突出的突出高度h可以被改变。通过采用这种结构,可以根据柔软工件30的吸液体33的厚度改变所述突出高度h,从而对配备有吸液体的任何产品可以进行可靠地密封。
另一方面,当如图8B所示,通过将吸液体33与不同片材折叠在一起而形成连续柔软工件30时,图9所示的突出高度h最好是连续柔软工件30在设置有吸液体33的部位的厚度的一半。换句话说,最好突出高度h基本上等于在展开状态下吸液体33的厚度。
通过上述设置,在没有配备吸液体33的部位,片材31和32可以被角状物8和砧座14可靠地夹持,不受吸液体33厚度的影响。
在所示实施例中,角状物8被固定在转动中心轴线O-O一侧,砧座14被设置成可以向外向角状物8摆动。然而相反,也可以将砧座14固定在转动中心轴线O-O一侧,使角状物8摆动。另一方面,密封机构可以是热密封机构,通过加热第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件并用这些第一和第二夹持元件夹持柔软工件,进行密封。
另一方面,在第一实施例中,摆动驱动装置由从摆动支撑元件9突出的从动件10a和形成在凸轮元件15上的凸轮槽15c组成。然而相反,可以在凸轮元件上形成突出的凸轮从动件,沿该突出的凸轮从动件被引导的凹入部分或槽被形成在摆动支撑元件上。
作为驱动摆动支撑元件9的摆动驱动装置,可以使用将在下文第二实施例内讨论的动力缸机构等或连杆机构。
另一方面,用于偏压砧座的弹性元件13可以是盘簧等,以替代上述弹性元件。
图11~14显示了符合本发明第二实施例的密封装置40。图11是密封装置40的一个垂直断面图,图12是一个显示凸轮元件结构的前正视图,图13是一个显示砧座14的支承条件的侧视图,图14显示用于设定弹性元件内压的管路结构。
图11所示的密封装置40与第一实施例所示的密封装置1不同之处仅在摆动驱动装置和超声波产生装置的结构、支承每个砧座14的弹性元件数量以及不同弹性元件的内压设定条件。其它结构与第一实施例相同。
被连续供给的柔软工件30类似于图8A、8B~图10所示的。密封机构的密封时间A0、A1、A2和A3与密封装置1的相同。此外,当摆动支撑元件转动到缩回位置时摆动支撑元件的转动中心的位置、砧座14的倾角θ、以及当砧座14转动到邻接角状物8时砧座14和角状物8的相对运动、角状物8从转动鼓5的突出高度最佳值等均与密封装置1相同。
应该指出的是,在下文的叙述中,与第一实施例的密封装置1相同的元件将用相同的附图标记表示,对此将省略详尽的介绍,避免重复的介绍,保持说明书简洁,便于理解本发明。
图11和12所示密封装置40内的密封机构是一种超声波密封装置,其包括作为第一夹持元件的角状物8以及作为第二夹持元件的砧座14。与第一实施例不同的是,角状物8被多个超声波产生装置7驱动,从而振动。在图11所示实施例中,在被径向设置在转动鼓5上的每个密封机构内,设置两个超声波产生装置7A和7B。沿转动鼓5的宽度方向也就是转动鼓5的转动中心轴线O-O方向设置两个超声波产生装置7A和7B,当角状物8被超声波产生装置7A和7B驱动从而振动时,可以增强从角状物8提供到柔软工件30的超声波振动的输出。
如图10所示,在形成柔软工件30的密封部位S的部位,叠层体的厚度在腰侧和腿侧处较大。因此,通过沿转动中心轴线O-O设置两个超声波产生装置7A和7B,超声波振动可以被有效地作用在柔软工件30的较厚部位,以便均匀有效地在柔软工件30整个密封部位上进行熔接。
应该指出的是,在所示示例中,在每个密封机构中,超声波振动被两个超声波产生装置7A和7B加到公用的角状物8上。然而也可以提供两个角状物,并利用各自的超声波产生装置7A和7B支持各自的角状物。
转动鼓5被固定在图12所示等边六角形的转动基座6上。在转动基座6的等边六角形的每边中心部位,支承摆动支撑元件50。因此摆动支承元件50彼此之间间隔60°分布。摆动支撑元件50包括摆动部分51和保持部分52。摆动部分51和保持部分52彼此被固定在一起。利用摆动轴51A将每个摆动部分51支承在转动基座6的边缘上。应该指出的是,摆动轴51A的朝向垂直于转动中心轴线O-O。
在固定台4与转动基座6相对的表面上,固定着形成摆动驱动装置的凸轮元件60。凸轮元件60是具有预定厚度的平板形状,在其前表面上形成有具有凸轮轮廓的凸轮槽61。凸轮槽61连续围绕转动中心轴线O-O。凸轮槽61凹入部分的深度方向与转动中心轴线O-O平行。
如图11所示,连杆机构被设置在摆动部分51和凸轮元件60之间。在该连杆机构中,利用被沿垂直于转动中心轴线O-O的方向设置的连接轴51B,驱动连杆53可枢转地支承在摆动部分51上。
在转动基座6的背面,铰接连杆54的基部54A被可枢转地支承在支撑轴54a上。支撑轴54a的轴向与转动中心轴线O-O平行。驱动连杆53的前端通过连接轴55与铰接连杆54的臂部54B的前端部分相连。连接轴55的轴向方向与转动中心轴线O-O平行。
在铰接连杆54上,安装驱动元件56。驱动元件56包括采用不可枢转方式被固定在铰接连杆54中间部分的驱动支承体56a、以及被设置在该驱动支承体56a上的从动件56b。从动件56b可以沿凸轮槽61移动。从动件56b可以沿凸轮槽61滚动或在不滚动的前提下沿凸轮槽61进行滑动。
在图12中,为了便于介绍,取消了驱动支承体56a,显示了铰接连杆54、从动件56b和驱动连杆53之间的相对位置。
当转动基座6转动时,从动件56b沿凸轮槽61移动。在此时,根据凸轮槽61的形状,从动件56b与转动中心轴线O-O之间的距离改变。根据这种变化,铰接连杆54转动,然后摆动支撑元件50通过驱动连杆53枢转。在所示实施例中,利用凸轮元件60和从动件56b形成摆动驱动装置。
从而通过凸轮槽61,摆动支撑元件50转动。摆动支撑元件50的转动时间与第一实施例中的密封装置1的相同。当从动件56b从角位置A2移动到角位置A3时,摆动支撑元件50围绕摆动轴51A向转动鼓5的外圆周面5A转动,到达夹持位置。另一方面,当从动件56b从角位置A0移动到角位置A1时,摆动支撑元件50围绕摆动轴51A向固定台4转动大约90°,被设置在缩回位置。
如图11和13所示,在第二实施例中,在每个保持部分52上设置两个弹性元件71和72。沿转动鼓5的宽度方向也就是沿转动中心轴线O-O的方向设置两个弹性元件71和72。
弹性元件71和72与图4所示的弹性元件13类似。也就是每个弹性元件71和72包括一可弹性变形的袋形体,可以向所述袋形体提供作为流体的气体。
保持部分52的基本结构与图4所示的保持部分11的结构相同。两个弹性元件71和72利用固定板71A和71B被固定在保持部分52的安装表面52B上,在与安装表面52B相对的位置,保持部分52也具有类似于图4所示框架部分11a和11a的框架部分51a和51a。框架部分51a和51a具有内表面51c和51c,其相对于与安装表面52B平行的平面的倾角是θ,从而随着距摆动轴51A的距离的增加,接近角状物8。
在弹性元件71和72的另一端,固定着支撑板70。在该支撑板70上,固定着砧座14。当砧座14不与角状物8接触时,在弹性元件71和72内的流体压力作用下,迫使支撑板70趋向于上述内表面51c和51c。因此,砧座14表面的倾角是θ。提供倾角θ的效果与第一实施例中密封装置1的效果相同。
在固定板71A和71B上,设置喷嘴73和74,上述喷嘴与空气管75和76相连。通过空气管75和76以及喷嘴73和74,可以分别设定弹性元件71和72的内压。
如图10所示,在被角状物8和砧座14夹持的柔软工件30的密封部位,腰侧的厚度比腿侧的厚度大。因此在所示实施例中,弹性元件72推压在腿侧的砧座14上的内压被设置成比弹性元件71推压在腰侧的砧座14上的内压略大些。
因此,在腿侧以相对较大压力迫使砧座14趋向于角状物8,在腰侧以相对较小压力迫使砧座14趋向于角状物8。从而具有不同厚度的柔软工件30在从腰侧到腿侧的整个长度上可以被基本上均匀地熔接。因此可以避免局部过分熔化,如果出现局部过分熔化,将导致密封后部位S局部变硬,使最终吸收物品的织构变坏。
由于在具有不同厚度的部分上可以形成均匀的密封,即使弹性元件71和72两者的内压都不特别大时,也不会出现密封失败现象。因此,可以避免向柔软工件施加过度压力,从而避免片材熔化。
如上所述,当柔软工件30具有厚度不同的部位时,分别单独设定多个弹性元件71和72的内压是有效的。然而代替上述情况或上述情况之外,把不同材料分布在要被密封的部位时,也是有效的。例如当将具有不同熔化温度的材料设置在要被密封部位上的不同位置上时,与具有较高熔化温度的材料相对的弹性元件的内压被升高,与具有较低熔化温度的材料相对的弹性元件的内压被降低。从而,可以形成均匀密封部位。
应该指出的是,在所示实施例中,仅有一个砧座14。然而可以分别设置两个砧座,一个砧座被弹性元件71偏压,另一个砧座被弹性元件72偏压。也可以提供一个具有下述结构的砧座,其具有一形成在被弹性元件71所支承部位和被弹性元件72所支承部位之间的较薄部分,该薄部分的性能独立于被弹性元件71和弹性元件72所偏压部位的性能。
图14显示了作为压力设定装置的管路,其可以变化地设定被设置在每个密封机构上的不同弹性元件71和72的内压。
将高压气体从诸如空气泵等的空气压力产生部分80提供到两个压力设定部分81和82,当对柔软工件30进行密封操作时,一个压力设定部分81将提供到弹性元件71和72的空气压力设定在一预定值。另一个压力设定部分82用于从弹性元件71和72中排出空气,以便释放弹性元件71和72对支撑板70的压力。该压力设定部分82用于设定诸如将柔软工件30输送到密封装置40以及在密封操作起始时的一预定时期使转动鼓5转动等的操作。压力设定部分81和82可以被构造成使用隔膜的调节器。
利用开关阀84对压力设定部分81和82进行转换。在开关阀84的前方,设置压力传感器85。当所述管路(piping)内的压力被降低达到一预定值时,该压力传感器产生一电信号85a。当产生电信号85a时,密封装置40所进行的密封操作被中断。
在每个密封机构中,设置通过管75与弹性元件71内部相通的压力降低压力控制阀86以及通过管76与弹性元件72内部相通的压力降低压力控制阀87。在密封操作期间,压力设定部分81所设定的压力被压力降低压力控制阀86降低以便提供给弹性元件71,和被压力降低压力控制阀87降低以便提供给弹性元件72。
通过调整阀开启的大小,压力降低压力控制阀86和87可以分别设定提供给弹性元件71和72的压力。通过此种方式,如上所述,例如弹性元件71的内压被设定成较低,弹性元件72的内压被设定成较高。
能够在密封装置40内仅设置两个压力降低压力控制阀,一个压力降低压力控制阀同时调整所有被提供到多个弹性元件71的气体压力;另一个压力降低压力控制阀同时调整所有被提供到多个弹性元件72的气体压力。
在图14所示的管路中,压力传感器85以及压力降低压力控制阀86和87被安装在转动基座6上,沿转动中心轴线O-O设置连接开关阀84和压力传感器85的管路,利用转动接头,该管路从密封装置40向外延伸。
应该指出的是,即使在第一实施例的密封装置1中,也可以设置如图14所示的管路。然而在密封装置1中,可以为每个密封机构设置一个单独的压力降低压力控制阀。
在第一实施例中,已经介绍了在每个保持部分中设置单独一个弹性元件13的结构。在第二实施例中,另一方面,介绍了在每个保持部分52中设置两个弹性元件71和72的结构。然而本发明并不局限于这些实施例,在每个保持部分中可以设置三个或更多的弹性元件。
作为上述不同结构的详尽介绍结果,本发明包括下述一个或多个优点:
(1)可以高速在连续柔软工件上的预定位置形成密封部位;
(2)利用密封机构的第一和第二夹持元件可以快速和可靠地夹持连续柔软工件和解除夹持连续柔软工件;
(3)由于仅通过第二夹持元件的摆动或转动,就能进行夹持和解除夹持,密封装置的操作可以被简化,密封装置的结构也可以被简化。
具体地说,如果如上述实施例所述,利用凸轮元件使第二夹持元件转动,转动部分的转动力可以用于在夹持方向和解除夹持方向驱动第二夹持元件,从而缩小驱动动力源。
另一方面,如果如上述实施例所述,使用具有壳体的弹性元件,将流体供应到该壳体内,以便向第二夹持元件施压,可以轻易地利用第二夹持元件向柔软工件施加均匀的压力。在此情况下,由于弹性元件的内压可以被自由地设定,即使柔软工件的结构改变,仅通过改变内压,就能改变初始设定,从而改善工作效率。特别是,如果在每个密封机构上设置多个弹性元件,可以轻易地向具有不同厚度的柔软工件施加均匀的夹持力。
以上已参照具体实施例对本发明作了十分详细的描述,应该明白阅读和理解了本说明书后,对本领域技术人员来说,本发明的各种改变和修改将变得明显。所以一切如此改动、修正、省略和添加也包括在此发明中,本发明的保护范围应在所附的权利要求书的特点及其等同物的范围内。

Claims (28)

1.一种用于在被连续输送的柔软工件上形成密封部位的密封装置,该密封装置包括:转动部分;用于驱动所述转动部分转动的转动驱动部分;沿所述转动部分的转动方向设置从而与所述转动部分一起运动的多个密封机构,每个密封机构包括第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件,用于在相对于所述转动部分的转动中心的预定角度范围内将所述柔软工件夹持在第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件之间,以便在所述柔软工件上形成密封部位,其中:
在每个密封机构中,所述第一夹持元件位于所述转动部分的转动中心的一侧上,使密封相对表面在从转动中心向外延伸的法线方向向外朝向,对应于所述第一夹持元件的第二夹持元件在所述法线方向上位于所述第一夹持元件的外侧,第二夹持元件被铰接地支承在所述转动部分上,用于在夹持位置和缩回位置之间作绕枢轴转动,在所述夹持位置,密封相对表面趋向所述第一夹持元件的密封相对表面,在所述缩回位置,密封相对表面远离所述第一夹持元件的密封相对表面,
设置摆动驱动装置,用于驱动第二夹持元件随转动部分的转动而作绕枢转转动,从而第二夹持元件位于在预定角度范围内的所述夹持位置,和位于在另一个预定角度范围的缩回位置,从而不干涉所述柔软工件进入所述密封机构,也不干涉柔软工件从所述密封机构排出。
2.如权利要求1所述密封装置,其特征在于:所述连续柔软工件至少包括一可以被熔接的片材。
3.如权利要求2所述密封装置,其特征在于:所述连续柔软工件还包括在输送方向彼此间隔分布并被所述片材支承的吸液体,当每个吸液体位于毗邻的密封机构之间同时所述片材被折回的条件下,进行密封。
4.如权利要求1~3之一所述密封装置,其特征在于:所述转动部分包括一转动鼓,所述第一夹持元件被设置在所述转动鼓的内部,从而该第一夹持元件的密封相对表面位于从所述转动鼓外圆周面突出的位置。
5.如权利要求1~4之一所述密封装置,其特征在于:随着转动到缩回位置,所述第二夹持元件的密封相对表面相对于所述转动部分的转动中心轴线转动大约90°。
6.如权利要求1~5之一所述密封装置,其特征在于:所述摆动驱动装置由被固定在与所述转动部分相对位置的凸轮轮廓以及从动件组成,随着所述转动部分转动,所述从动件沿所述凸轮轮廓运动,使所述第二夹持元件在夹持位置和缩回位置之间转动。
7.如权利要求6所述密封装置,其特征在于:所述凸轮轮廓由围绕所述转动部分的转动中心延伸但是远离所述转动中心的连续凸轮槽限定。
8.如权利要求6或7所述密封装置,其特征在于:所述从动件被安装在用于支承所述第二夹持元件的摆动支撑元件上,从而通过所述从动件沿所述凸轮轮廓的运动,摆动支撑元件在所述夹持位置和所述缩回位置之间转动。
9.如权利要求6或7所述密封装置,其特征在于还包括支承所述第二夹持元件的摆动支撑元件以及被设置在所述摆动支撑元件和从动件之间的连杆结构,从而通过所述连杆结构,利用所述从动件沿所述凸轮轮廓的运动,所述摆动支撑元件在所述夹持位置和所述缩回位置之间转动。
10.如权利要求1所述密封装置,其特征在于:所述转动部分包括被摆动轴铰接地支承的摆动支撑元件,利用一弹性元件,所述第二夹持元件被支承在所述摆动支撑元件上,从而当所述第二夹持元件转动到所述夹持位置,所述第二夹持元件被所述弹性元件产生的弹力向第一夹持元件偏压。
11.一种密封装置,包括:具有第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件的密封机构,用于将可熔接的柔软工件夹持在其间,以便在所述柔软工件上形成密封部分;用于驱动所述第二夹持元件以便将柔软工件夹持在第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件之间以及使所述第二夹持元件远离第一夹持元件的驱动装置,
利用弹性元件,所述第二夹持元件被支承在支承元件上,和所述支承元件被所述驱动装置驱动,从而所述第二夹持元件在所述弹性元件产生的弹力作用下被偏压向第一夹持元件,所述弹性元件具有流体可以被引入其中的可变形壳体。
12.如权利要求11所述密封装置,其特征在于:所述柔软工件被连续地输送到所述密封装置,沿连续柔软工件的进给方向按照一定间隔设置多个密封机构,从而利用所述密封机构,沿所述进给方向按照一定间隔,密封部位被形成在所述连续柔软工件上。
13.如权利要求11或12所述密封装置,其特征在于还包括转动部分,沿所述转动部分的转动方向,按照一定间隔设置多个密封机构,所述柔软工件被连续地输送到所述转动部分,从而随着所述转动部分的转动,利用所述密封机构,按顺序形成所述密封部分。
14.如权利要求12或13所述密封装置,其特征在于:所述连续柔软工件包括可以被熔接的片材以及沿进给方向彼此间隔分布并被所述片材支承的吸液体,当每个吸液体位于毗邻密封机构之间同时所述片材对折的条件下,进行密封。
15.如权利要求11~14之一所述密封装置,其特征在于还包括用于改变所述壳体内的压力的压力设定装置。
16.如权利要求11~14之一所述密封装置,其特征在于:在所述支承元件上设置多个用于支承所述第二夹持元件的弹性元件。
17.如权利要求16所述密封装置,其特征在于还包括用于分别设定所述多个弹性元件的不同壳体内的流体压力的压力设定装置。
18.如权利要求11~17之一所述密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封机构是超声波密封设备,所述第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件中的一个是角状物,另一个是砧座。
19.一种制造分别具有密封部位的柔软物品的方法,包括:
通过将柔软工件夹持在第一和第二夹持元件之间,在连续柔软工件上形成密封部位,所述第一和第二夹持元件形成密封机构;
在所述形成步骤之前、同时或之后,对所述柔软工件进行切割;
利用弹性元件将第二夹持元件偏压向第一夹持元件,所述弹性元件具有流体可被引入其中的可变形壳体。
20.如权利要求19所述方法,其特征在于:沿所述连续柔软工件的进给方向,按照一定间隔,设置多个密封机构,从而利用所述密封机构,沿所述进给方向,按照一定间隔,在所述连续柔软工件上形成密封部分。
21.如权利要求20所述方法,其特征在于:沿转动部分的转动方向,按照一定间隔,设置多个密封机构,所述连续柔软工件被输送到所述转动部分,从而随着所述转动部分的转动,利用所述密封机构,按顺序形成所述密封部位。
22.如权利要求19~2 1之一所述方法,其特征在于:壳体内的流体压力被设定为预定值。
23.如权利要求19~22之一所述方法,其特征在于:设置多个弹性元件,不同弹性元件偏压所述第二夹持元件。
24.如权利要求23所述方法,其特征在于:多个弹性元件的内压被分别设定。
25.如权利要求19~24之一所述方法,其特征在于:在要形成密封部位的区域内,所述连续柔软工件具有有不同厚度的部分。
26.如权利要求24所述方法,其特征在于:在要形成密封部位的区域内,所述连续柔软工件具有拥有不同厚度的部分,向所述柔软工件上具有较大厚度的部位偏压第二夹持元件的弹性元件的内流体压力以及向所述柔软工件上具有较小厚度的部位偏压第二夹持元件的弹性元件的内流体压力被分别设定。
27.如权利要求19~26之一所述方法,其特征在于:所述连续柔软工件包括可以被熔接的片材以及在进给方向上彼此间隔分布并被所述片材支承的吸液体,当所述片材被折回时,在毗邻吸液体之间的位置进行密封。
28.如权利要求19~27之一所述方法,其特征在于:所述密封机构是超声波密封设备,所述第一夹持元件和第二夹持元件中的一个是角状物,另一个是砧座。
