Abstract
本发明主要涉及一种磨削、车削加工棒形工件用的机床的工作台,其包括:一长形壳体(16),一主轴(19)被旋转的支撑在壳体(16)内,一直接驱动主轴的电力装置(17,18),其转子(18)位于主轴(19)上,定子(17)位于壳体(16)内,一夹紧装置,位于主轴内的工作端,用来固定主轴内的条形工件,一连接元件,位于壳体的后端,用来供应能量,一固定装置,用来固定壳体(16)中的主轴(19)。为了减少装置尺寸并结构简单,在加工粗的棒形工件以及在长度尺寸限定地简单结构下,也能得到高的夹紧力,获得高的加工精度,固定装置(32,33)作为一紧凑的部件安装在壳体(16)的工作端(22)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及磨削、车削加工条形工件用的工作台,其包括一长条状壳体、一被旋转支撑在壳体内的主轴、一直接驱动主轴的电力装置,该装置的转子装在主轴箱上,定子装在壳体内,一个位于主轴工作端用于牢固夹紧条形工件的工件夹紧装置、一在壳体尾部用于供应能量的连接元件以及一个在壳体内可松开地固定主轴的装置。
背景技术
近年来已经发展了多种类型的机床,使得通过钻削、磨削以及车削等手段来加工夹具内的工件成为可能。因此也带来了有关这些加工的诸多优点,例如较高的加工精度,较高的生产量,因不必要调整加工而减少了停机次数。现在基本上有两种类型的加工:第一种类型的加工主要是通过车削加工工件,而另一方面,另一种是接近磨削加工的类型——更倾向通过磨削加工工件。
图1中所示的机床属于后一种类型,它包括:在底座2内相对宽的可移动立柱1,该立柱上面设有水平导轨3,滑板4可在导轨3上滑动,滑板4上有相对于导轨3横向延伸的轨道5,轨道5上有一垂直的主轴支架6可在电动机带动下在第二水平坐标轴内移动。主轴支架6的前端支撑有加工头7,其可绕平行于第二坐标轴的轴线转动,电机以传统方式驱动加工头7的工作轴8,用手工方式或通过工具交换机方式夹紧进行磨削、钻削或者车削的刀具。
在位于立柱1前侧的垂直导轨9上,一控制台10可作垂直运动,除了夹持面11,其还带动条形工件用的工作台12在偏离工作空间的位置内运动。
上述如图1所示的工件工作台是公知的并且例如借助于一个未示出的棒件加载器主要采用自动方式将工件插入尾部开口13,并通过适当的夹紧手段固定来保持条形工件。
图2示出工件工作台的基本结构的轴向截面,下面作出说明。一被体积一定的承重盖15围绕的中空圆柱形的、长条壳体16内同轴设有一电力直接驱动装置,该装置的定子17位于壳体16的内侧,转子18位于长条形中空圆柱形主轴19的外圆周。主轴19的径向扩大的前端20支撑在壳体前端22内的前端球轴承21内,主轴19的后端由壳体部分24内的轴承23支撑,在主轴的连续的圆柱形空间内,设有一套筒25,它作为棒形工件夹紧装置的一部分插入内部空间。图2左端的夹具26连接夹紧装置,它的夹具楔27通过轴向运动固定或松开工件前端。通过示于图2右端的连接元件27来为直接驱动装置提供驱动电流和为液压启动夹具提供油压。
对于位于主轴后端的传统的工件工作台来说,例如,为完成特定的钻削、磨削加工,一个固定装置将主轴固定在壳体内。此固定装置包括多个固定在主轴上的卡盘,它们径向伸出或者固定在相应壳体的槽中,若有必要,也可以彼此压紧,例如通过液压活塞。这种已知的固定装置结构复杂,需要一定空间,以致于加长了工件工作台的尺寸。这种固定装置的另一个严重的技术缺陷是主轴固定在壳体的后端。如果有一个相对大的直径如100mm或更大的棒形工件在相当高的切削性能下被磨削或钻削,主轴在一定程度下就会弹性扭曲,因在加工中引起的力,从工件的伸出端经由夹具进入主轴,并经主轴末端的固定装置进入壳体,主轴的这种扭曲将导致工件在加工中有位置误差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为磨削或车削加工的棒形工件提供一工作台,使相对粗的棒形工件在大切削力下,也能提高加工精度,并使得结构的纵向尺寸降低、结构简单成为可能。
为了实现本发明这个目的,在壳体的工作一端紧凑地设计和设置上述固定装置。
紧凑的固定装置使得无需加长工作台地将其设在壳体的工作端成为可能,在棒形工件的夹紧位置和固定装置之间只有一小的轴向距离,当加工棒形工件的突出端部时作用在主轴上的扭矩经固定装置通过小的距离传给壳体。因此避免了发生在主轴上的、就象发生在一般地设置在主轴尾部的固定装置上的扭曲现象。
通过在主轴前端轴承装置之前安装固定装置,前端主轴轴承上可以获得较小的应力。
固定装置包括至少一个至少部分围绕主轴的固定元件,该元件直接靠在主轴的圆周表面上。这样用简单结构的中空圆柱形主轴而无需在主轴上形成固定装置的夹紧部分是可能的。固定元件应装在壳体内,其能在适当的驱动力作用下移动或在主轴的圆周方向变形。
本发明结构简单、经济、有发展前景,根据本发明,夹紧元件包括一在壳体内的、环形长条状的同轴压力腔,该腔至少连有一个压力油通道,可变形壁面限定其朝着径向内表面。如果向压力腔供应压力油,内表面膨胀,该腔紧紧地压靠在主轴的圆周表面。可变形的内壁也可以作为壳体的一组成部分或设计成所谓的弹性套筒。

具体实施方式
图1示出已在上面介绍过的机床也即工件工作台的的基本结构。如图2、3所示,在壳体16的左端22,螺栓31固定一挡圈30。形成壳体16一部分的挡圈30包括长条形的窄的环形腔32,其与主轴的轴线同轴,并由一薄的在径向向内方向的弹性可变形壁面33界定。压力腔32端部由密封圈34密封,该腔经由通道35连接一压力油供给装置。薄壁33在压力腔32的作用下,在径向向内方向弹性膨胀,这样就紧紧靠在主轴19的外圆周表面上,从而主轴19紧密、牢固的固定在主轴壳体16中。
本发明并不局限在目前的实施例中。例如,压力腔32可以不由在作为挡圈30一部分的壁33界定,也可由所谓的可变形的、位于压力腔中的弹性套筒界定,以使它是流体密封的。而且,压力腔32也可以设计成不是与主轴轴线同轴,而是斜的或径向地位于在壳体部分和相应的主轴表面之间。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于磨削、车削加工棒形工件用的机床的工作台包括:
一长形壳体(16),
一主轴(19),被旋转的支撑在壳体(16)内,
一直接驱动主轴的电力装置(17,18),其转子(18)位于主轴(19)上,定子(17)位于壳体(16)内,
一夹紧装置,位于主轴内的工作端,用来固定主轴内的棒形工件,
一连接元件,位于壳体的后端,用来提供动力,
一固定装置,用来固定壳体(16)中的主轴(19),
其特征在于:
固定装置(32,33)作为一个紧凑的部件形成且设置在壳体(16)的工作端(22)。
2.如权利要求1所述的工作台,其特征在于:固定装置(32,33)在前端主轴轴承(21)之前安装。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的工作台,其特征在于:固定装置(32,33)包括至少一个至少部分地围绕主轴(19)的固定元件(33),其直接接触主轴(19)的圆周表面。
4.如权利要求3所述的工作台,其特征在于:所述固定元件(33)在壳体元件(30)内,能在驱动力作用下移动或变形。
5.如前面任一项权利要求之一所述的工作台,其特征在于:固定装置包括一在壳体部件(30)内的环形条状压力腔(32),该腔至少连接一压力油通道(35),并被可变形壁(33)限定在径向向内的方向。
6.如权利要求5所述的工作台,其特征在于:压力腔(32)的径向内壁(33)是壳体部件(30)的一部分。
7.如权利要求5所述的工作台,其特征在于:压力腔(32)的径向内壁是一弹性套筒。
