Abstract
一种在软基底上制造定向碳纳米管膜方法,先在硬基底上生长多层定向碳纳米管膜,然后在细金相砂纸上研磨平碳纳米管膜,在需要生成碳纳米管膜的软基底上涂覆一层胶粘剂,将软此基底粘在研磨好的碳纳米管膜的表面,再从碳纳米管膜上揭下软基底,即可形成软基底定向碳纳米管膜,本发明具有其工艺简单,制作成本低,生产效率高等特点,可方便地用于各种不同的、复杂的场合,并可低成本地制作大面积的定向排列的碳纳米管膜。
Description
技术领域 本发明属于碳纳米管膜的制造方法,特别是在软基底上制造定向碳纳米管膜的制造方法。
背景技术 现有的碳纳米管膜有两种形式。一种是在石英、硅基底(即所谓的硬基底)上直接沉积出具有定向排列的碳纳米管的膜。这些膜可以用来制造平板显示器、X光发生管、白织灯等电器元件的发射电子元件;也可以是直接沉积在宝石基底上,作为半导体元器件的散热膜。另一种是与聚合物复合成复合薄膜,这种复合薄膜中的碳纳米管的位向是随机分布,采用切片方式,可以使一部分碳纳米管从膜中露出。这种复合膜可以作为平板显示器,导热膜,吸收微波用薄膜。从利用碳纳米管的单向优秀性能方面,第一种膜好,但是第一种方法制造的碳纳米管膜是硬的衬底,从而限制了它的应用范围。第二种膜虽然应用方便,但是由于碳纳米管的位向是随机分布,同时在复合材料混制过程中,碳纳米管的均匀分散不均匀,将会大大地影响碳纳米管的使用性能。如现在的碳纳米管复合材料用作导热膜,效果就差。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种具有上述两种膜特点的碳纳米管膜的制造工艺,在各种条件下都能最大限度地利用碳纳米管的轴向优秀性能。
本发明的制造碳纳米管膜的技术路线描述如下:
1、利用现有的生长多层定向碳纳米管的工艺,在硬基底上沉积多层碳纳米管膜;2、在细的金相砂纸上研磨平碳纳米管膜;3、在需要生成碳纳米管膜的软基底上涂覆一层胶粘剂,然后将此基底粘在研磨好的碳纳米管膜的表面;4、直接从碳纳米管膜上揭下软基底。经过上述4个步骤,在硬基底上的定向碳纳米管膜就被转移到软基底上,从而制作成了软基底定向碳纳米管膜。重复上述第3和第4步骤,就可以把沉积在硬基底上的多层碳纳米管膜十分方便地逐层转移到软基底上,制作成多片软基底定向碳纳米管膜。
本发明所述的利用现有的工艺生长多层定向碳纳米管,仅是为了能一次生成多层定向碳纳米管,然后通过本发明获得多片软基底定向碳纳米管膜,事实上利用现有的工艺生长单层定向碳纳米管,也同样适应于本发明。
本发明所述的胶粘剂,可以是不干胶或其它胶粘剂。
本发明所述的软基底,可以是金属膜、塑料、纸等柔软的材料,也可以就是直接用不干胶带,这样就不需要另外再涂覆胶粘剂。
本发明所制作的软基底碳纳米管膜可以直接粘贴使用。例如可以粘贴在手机后盖上,起到吸波的作用;可以粘贴在电冰箱内,起到除臭作用等等。
在本发明制作成的软基底碳纳米管膜基础上,还可以根据碳纳米管膜的不同用途,采用电镀、化学镀、等离子溅射等制膜工艺,在软基底的碳纳米管膜的表面制成一层金属膜,从而制造出具有定向排列的碳纳米管或金属的复合膜。在这种情况下,可用相应的溶剂将胶粘剂和软基底去除。
本发明在制作单层碳纳米管膜方面,有其独特的优点,其工艺简单,制作成本低,生产效率高,可方便地用于各种不同的、复杂的场合,并可低成本地制作大面积的定向排列的碳纳米管膜。
具体实施方式 本发明将通过以下实施例作进一步的描述。
实施例1。
首先利用化学气相沉积法,在石英基底上沉积多层碳纳米管膜30分钟,获得三层定向生长的碳纳米管;在800号金相砂纸上研磨平碳纳米管膜;然后用不干胶带粘在研磨好的碳纳米管膜的表面;随后直接从碳纳米管膜上揭下不干胶带。这样,在不干胶带上就制作好了一单层碳纳米管膜。再在剩下的碳纳米管膜上贴上另一不干胶带,再揭下,就制作好了另一单层碳纳米管膜。用这种方法可以制成三片单层碳纳米管膜。
实施例2。
首先利用化学气相沉积法,在石英基底上沉积多层碳纳米管膜10分钟,获得单层碳纳米管;在800号金相砂纸上研磨平碳纳米管膜;在待需要碳纳米管膜的铝薄膜上涂敷一层环氧树脂,再把这片铝薄膜紧密粘贴到碳纳米管膜上,当环氧树脂硬化后,揭下这片铝膜,单层定向排列的碳纳米管膜转移到这片铝膜上。
Claims (3)
1、一种在软基底上制造碳纳米管膜的方法,利用现有的生长多层定向碳纳米管的工艺,在硬基底上沉积碳纳米管膜,其特征是首先在细金相砂纸上研磨平碳纳米管膜,在需要生成碳纳米管膜的软基底上涂覆一层胶粘剂,然后将软此基底粘在研磨好的碳纳米管膜的表面,再从碳纳米管膜上揭下软基底,形成软基底定向碳纳米管膜。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是软基底为不干胶带。
3、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是在软基底的碳纳米管膜的表面制成一层金属膜。
