反射板振动衰减
技术领域
本发明涉及反射板振动衰减,且尤其涉及用于减小传导到附着于扩音器驱动器的构件上的振动的新颖装置和技术。
背景技术
当诸如扩音器驱动器的电声转换器安装到如行李架、车门、机壳侧壁、其它侧壁或其他发射板的构件上时,在转换器框架的周边上通常附着的地方,响应激励电信号,被激励的转换器马达会产生力。由马达产生的力导致转换器的膜片相对于转换器框架移动。这些力还通过框架传播,而经框架的附着点传导到构件上。车辆的行李架和门板通常由薄材料如薄片金属制成。这样的结构通常具有不足以抵抗振动的硬度而通常衰减很弱。因此,在构件的模态共振频率(modal resonance frequency)周围作用在构件上的力会引起构件过度振动,听觉上感觉到不希望有的嗡嗡声和卡嗒声,或被辐射的声音的频率响应恶化。
本发明的一个重要的目的在于从结构上减小这些所传导的振动。
发明内容
根据本发明,包含有可移动膜片的第一电声转换器落座于面板上并结构上与之相耦合。转换器机械地连接到一装置上,该装置包含一个补偿可移动质量,该质量与第一电声转换器的膜片运动异相地被驱动,以便显著地减小作用在面板上的合力。通常,带有补偿质量的装置是与第一电声转换器相同的第二电声转换器。根据本发明的另一特点,从第一转换器的第一侧输出的声音与收听环境如汽车乘客舱或起居室直接耦合。从背对着第一转换器的第二转换器的侧边输出的声音也通过声音元件或多个声音元件与收听环境相耦合,该声音元件如适宜的空间和/或出口,以便在一个希望的频率范围内,从第二转换器的背对侧输入车厢的声音有效地与从第一转换器的第一侧输出到车厢中的声音同相。声音元件设置成使得从第二转换器的背离侧的输出听觉上不与第一转换器的第二侧的输出或第二转换器的第一侧的输出相耦合。因此,本发明既实现了显著减小支承构件的不希望的机械振动,并提高了自第二转换器的声音输出。

优选实施方式
现在参照附图,尤其是图1,图1示出了本发明实施例的示意图,该实施例带有由无限反射板11承载的构件,该无限反射板通常为承载第一转换器的车辆后行李架(shelf)或门板,该第一转换器如扩音器驱动器12,它通过机械连接14机械地与第二转换器相连,该第二转换器诸如是优选地与扩音器驱动器12相同的扩音器驱动器13。两个转换器理想地安装在基本平行的平面内以便膜片在相同的轴向上运动。转换器12的前侧直接与收听区18耦合。如果无限反射板11是车辆的后行李架,收听区18将是车辆的乘客舱。转换器12的第二侧耦合到空间30,如果无限反射极板11是后行李架,空间30将是行李箱。驱动器13的膜片22的第二侧通过适当的空间15和通道管(port tube)16与收听区18耦合。转换器13的膜片22的前面与空间30耦合。功率放大器17用相同信号激励第一扩音器12和第二扩音器13但以相反的极性驱动它们。这个系统设置成当第一驱动器12的膜片21向上移动时,第二驱动器13的膜片22向下移动,这样显著地减小了施加到反射板11上的力和不希望产生的反射板11的合成振动。同时,来自第二驱动器13后面的输出通过适当的空间15和通道管16与来自第一驱动器12前面的输出耦合,用于基本上同相发射。来自第二驱动器13的后面的输出也通过横截面大致恒定或平顺变化的导管连接到收听区18,而大部分不会损失。
第二转换器不必是相同的转换器。显著减小振动全部需要的是,使第二转换器的移动质量和产生的马达力大致等于第一转换器的移动质量和产生的马达力。这样的元件可以以比与第一转换器相同的转换器更低的成本制成。并希望两个转换器的框架类似,以便第二转换器可以在与第一转换器附着到反射板上的连接点相同的连接点处连接到第一转换器。组件的另一种措施是将第一驱动器的马达结构的顶部例如一个诸如螺纹金属杆的刚性连接件刚性地固定到第二驱动器的马达结构的后部。
图3表示一个变化的结构。驱动器13相对于驱动器12物理上倒置。图3示出了驱动器12马达结构的后部,其通过垫片20刚性地连接到驱动器13的马达结构的后部,不过垫片20不是必须的。两个转换器的结构耦合也可通过如图1中系统所示的围绕转换器框架进行连接来实现。如果每个转换器12和13相对于图中所示的颠倒,则图3所示的装置也同样良好地工作。在此情况下,结构连接通过围绕转换器框架进行连接将更容易实现。
由于驱动器12和13彼此倒置,当相同的相对极性的信号作用于每个转换器时将抵消振动。每一驱动器与放大器17的输出相连,以便在提供给驱动器12的信号引起驱动器12的膜片21向下移动时,从与驱动器13相连的放大器17输出的信号引起驱动器13的膜片22向上移动,与膜片21的运动方向相反。
在一定频率以上,自第二转换器的输出将与第一转换器的输出不同相。组合系统的频率响应呈现出一种梳状滤波器的特性,并当在第一转换器的前部和收听位置之间以及在第二转换器的后部与收听位置之间的路程差是半个波长时发生第一个听觉零点(null)。
用于减小梳状滤波器特性的方法是通过使用一个低通滤波器以将传送到两个驱动器的频谱分量限制到第一零点之下的频率分量并用其它的转换器再现更高的频率。所使用的低通滤波器对于两个驱动器可以是一样的,或它们可以具有不同的阶数(order)和/或角频率(corner frequency)。来自驱动器之一的输出可以限制在预定的截至频率之下,同时其他的则允许在一个较宽的频率范围下工作。优选的是,第一转换器比第二转换器在一个更宽的频率范围内工作。这个结果可以只需将低通滤波器放置在第二转换器的信号通路中,或者使第一转换器的信号通路中的低通滤波器具有比在第二转换器信号通路中的低通滤波器更高的角频率和/或更低的结束来实现。该结果还可以通过与适当设计将第二驱动器连接到收听区的各声音元件以使声音元件结合起来形成低通滤波器相结合,或者单独由后者来实现。
在第二转换器的信号通路中包含一个低通滤波器并在第一转换器的信号通路中包含一个辅助的全通滤波器是有利的。辅助的全通滤波器具有与相应的低通滤波器相同的作为频率函数的相位响应。这个特点可以例如通过在第二转换器信号通路中使用第二阶临界阻尼的(critically damped)低通滤波器,并在第一转换器信号通路中使用第一阶全通滤波器来实现,低通和全通滤波器的角频率基本相同。
根据另一实施例,可以在第二转换器信号通路中使用第四阶低通滤波器并在第一转换器信号通路中使用第二阶全通滤波器。辅助的全通滤波器/低通滤波器结合的其它示例对本领域技术人员来讲是显而易见的。
如上所述的辅助全通滤波器和低通滤波器的使用可以与如美国专利第5023914号中所公开其它信号处理相结合,以同时获得改善的系统频率响应以及减小振动,该专利在此引入作为参考。
参照图2,图2示出了对于各种结构的作为频率函数的作用于反射板上的力的曲线。曲线21表示在具有低通滤波器的声音系统中使用两个Bose 8英寸Nd驱动器所合成的响应。曲线22表示只使用单独一个带有低通滤波器的8英寸Nd驱动器时所施加的力。曲线23表示根据本发明的正好使用两个不与低通滤波器相连的8英寸Nd扩音器驱动器时所施加的力。曲线24表示只使用单独一个8英寸Nd扩音器驱动器时所施加的力。这些曲线表明通过本发明以及将低通滤波器合并到系统中带来的益处,施加到反射板上的力显著降低。
如图1和3所示的实施例表示了与无限反射板11一同使用,虽然此结构被描述为具有作为收听区的区域18,但这不是必须的。在没有大量损失的情况下,具有作为收听区工作的空间30或区域18的本发明能同样良好地工作。
图4示出本发明与另一结构转换器一同使用。转换器32和33具有相对于转换器12和13的马达结构倒置的马达结构。图4表示转换器32和33彼此倒置。使用倒置的马达结构转换器不限于所示的取向。为非倒置马达转换器描述的先前布置中的任何一种也可适用于带有倒置马达结构的转换器。使用本发明中的倒置马达结构转换器可以大大地减小多个转换器组件的整体厚度,减小侵入行李厢或允许系统安装在用传统转换器的装置不能装入的侧壁空间内。也要指出的是机械连接14可以比在不具有倒置马达结构的转换器的实施例中的如图1所示的连接14薄。
在不偏离本发明的精神的情况下,本领域技术人员可以显而易见地做出各种改变和应用并偏离在此公开的具体装置和方法。因此,本发明应解释为包括在此公开的装置和技术所呈现或具有的每一个新特征和特征的新组合,本发明仅由附加的权利要求的精神和范围来限定。

Claims (1)

1.减振装置,包括:
承受振动的反射板,
落座所述反射板之内的以第一质量为特征的第一电声转换器;
第二电声转换器,其在所述第一转换器的周边附近机械地与第一转换器相连,或与所述反射板相连,
其中,所述第一和第二转换器的膜片的后侧不连接到收听区,
所述第一转换器和第二转换器构成并设置成接收共同的电信号,以便所述第一转换器的可移动元件和第二转换器上的可移动元件响应于共同的电信号反相移动,来显著地减小施加于反射板上的振动力。
