Abstract

Description

电池容器
本申请要求享有在2002年9月18日向韩国知识产权局提交的第2002-56814号韩国专利申请的优先权,该在先申请所公开的内容被结合到本文中作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池容器,更具体来讲,本发明涉及一种适用于不同尺寸电池的电池容器。
背景技术
第1994-13688号韩国实用新型中公开了一种电池盒结构,其可用于两种不同类型的电池。该电池盒结构只能容纳两节直径不同的圆柱形电池,而并不带有任何能防止电池被错误插入的装置。
在第1990-8324号韩国申请中公开了一种用于照相机的电池容器。该电池容器专用于两种不同类型的电池:一种薄而长、另一种厚而短。但该电池容器也不带有任何能防止电池被错误插入的装置。
图1表示了一种用于照相机的普通电池容器10。这种电池容器10可装入四节AA型电池或两节CRV3型电池。该电池容器10包括:一个带有开孔的前部件11,电池沿纵向方向经该开孔插入到容器中、或从容器中拉出;一后部件12,在该部件上连接了后电极14,后电极与电池的负极或正极相接触;以及一个带有凸起11a的下侧部件13,其中的凸起11a用于防止CRV3型电池以错误的方式插入。尽管该电池容器10既可与AA型电池相适配,也兼容CRV3电池,且具有防止CRV3电池被错误插入的装置,但其不能容纳可充电的高性能电池,而这样的电池是专为照相机等特定设备而制造的。另外,该电池容器10也不带有能防止AA型电池被错误插入的装置。
本申请人已经研制了一种专用在某种电池容器中的、可充电的高性能电池(下文中将其称为专用电池),其中的电池容器被连接到一种由SAMSUNG出品的新型较小照相机上。但是,在可充电的专用电池被完全放电之后,希望该电池容器也可兼容市场上存在的其它AA型电池或CRV3电池。
为此目的,可充电的该专用电池最好被设计成与AA型电池或CRV3型电池具有相对应的形状。但是,在此情况下,将很难提高专用电池的性能,且电池的制造成本也可能会增大。从制造成本的角度考虑,利用市场上标准的电极组件来制造该专用电池将更为经济,其中的标准电极组件是由一正极板、一负极板、以及一位于正极板与负极板之间的隔离体组成的。但是,利用市场上标准的电极组件制得的专用电池在尺寸方面不同于AA型电池或CRV3型电池。因而,需要将电池容器设计成可容纳专用电池、AA型电池和CRV3电池。
AA型电池的尺寸尽管是标准值,但随着制造厂商的不同,尺寸还是略有差异的。相应地,为了将AA型电池可靠地容纳到一个容器中,电池容器还需要另外的元件,用于与尺寸略大于、或略小于标准尺寸的AA型电池相适应。如果在无该适配元件的情况下将某个直径小于标准值的AA型电池放入到电池容器中,则AA型电池就会在电池容器中移动,这将导致AA型电池与电池容器的电极出现瞬间的断路,从而产生噪音信号。
当电池被错误地插入到电池容器中时,会使得其正极与负极分别与容器的负极和正极相配对,并与照相机的驱动电路保持电路连接,这样就会造成驱动电路不正确地工作,甚至可能会被损坏。因而,希望电池容器具有能防止AA型电池、CRV3型电池以及专用电池被错误装入到容器中的结构、或者具有能防止电池错误插入后电路被接通的结构。
在电池容器中装入专用电池的情况下,如果电池电极之间的电压差在3-3.7伏之间,照相机可正常工作。与此同时,当在电池容器中装入两节串联的AA型电池或CRV3电池时,照相机可在2-3伏电压差下正常工作。这就反映出可充电的专用电池具有较大的容量。
由于电池电极之间的电压差会影响到驱动电路的正常工作,所以需要能检测是否在电池容器中插入专用电池的装置。但是,在3伏附近,很难通过检测电压差来确定出电池的类型。因而,需要能有这样一种装置:不论电压差为何值,其都能判断出是否插入了专用电池。
另外,由于可充电的专用电池要比AA型电池或CRV3型电池重,所以要为可充电的专用电池设置更为牢固的支撑装置,以防止装备有该电池的照相机被操作时,连接端盖和电池容器壳体的部分会发生破裂。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种电池容器,其既可容纳AA型电池、CRV3型电池,也可容纳专为与某种特定设备配套使用而制造的专用电池。
本发明还提供了一种可牢固地容纳任何AA型电池的电池容器。
本发明还提供了这样一种电池容器:其带有一个元件,该元件可防止电池被错误地装入,或者阻止在错误插入电池之后将电路接通。
本发明还提供了一种电池容器,其带有专用电池识别元件。
本发明还提供了一种电池容器,其带有一个元件,用于防止在较重的电池被插入后,电池容器的壳体和端盖发生破裂。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种电池容器,其包括:一主体,其可容纳两节AA型电池、一节CRV3型电池、或一节宽度大于CRV3电池的专用电池,专用电池的侧向延伸部分还具有一第一防错装元件;以及一顶盖,其可被开启或闭合,以允许电池被插入到主体中、或被从主体中拉出,且在使用过程中,其可将电池保持在主体内,其中,主体包括:一个上部;一个下部,在该下部中,制有为CRV3型电池设置的防错装凸起和一第二防错装元件,其中的第二防错装元件与专用电池上的第一防错装元件相对应;一个前部,其具有一前开孔,电池经此开孔被插入或拉出;一个后部,在该后部上固定了两个与所插入电池的电极相接触的后电极;一第一侧部以及与第一侧部相对的一第二侧部。在顶盖的内壁上连接了一前电极板,其可与AA型电池的正极和负极进行电路连接,并支撑着AA型电池、CRV3型电池、以及专用电池。
根据本发明的具体实施例,所述上部包括一个上凸起,其支撑着AA型电池。电池容器还可包括一顶盖环绕构件,其环绕着主体的前部安装着,其中,前电极板被铰接到主体的前部上。前电极板可被滑动地连接到顶盖的内壁上。电池容器还可包括一保持构件,其位于第一侧部的前边缘上,可保持着专用电池,以防止专用电池从主体中脱落出。电池容器还可在第一侧部中设置一专用电池检测构件,其可检测是否插入了专用电池。
在根据本发明的电池容器中,前电极板可包括:一正极部分,其与一节AA型电池的正极相接触;一负极部分,其与另一节AA型电池的负极相接触;一第一通孔,其与正极部分邻近;以及一第二通孔,其邻近于正极部分,且该通孔足够大,以允许AA型电池的正极穿过。在此情况下,顶盖的内壁上包括一负极阻卡部分和一正极阻卡部分,负极阻卡部分从第一通孔中突出,并比正极部分高出预定的高度,正极阻卡部分向第二通孔突伸,并位于负极阻卡部分下方的预定高度处。

具体实施方式
在对本发明的实施例作详细描述之前,先参照图2A到图2C对可装入到本发明电池容器中的电池进行介绍。
图2A所示的电池是一节AA型电池1,其两端带有一个正极1a和一个负极1b。通常,AA型电池1的直径h1为14.4毫米,其符合14.5mm的标准值,或比该标准值小,其长度l1为50.5mm。两节AA型电池被插入到根据本发明的电池容器中,且两AA电池的外露端为相反的极性。
图2B中的电池是一节CRV3电池2,其正极2a和负极2b位于电池的同一端。CRV3电池2的形状对应于两节AA型电池合并到一起时的形状。通常,CRV3电池的高度h2为14.4mm、宽度w2为28.8mm、长度l2为52mm,其比AA型电池略长。CRV3电池2的一个特性在于其具有一凹陷部分2c,在宽度一侧的区域内,该凹陷部分可与一防错装凸起相接合,电池2还具有一平面部分2d,其在纵向上与凹陷部分2c相邻。CRV3型电池2的该特性可防止其正极与负极为同一形状的CRV3电池2被错误地插入到电池容器中。下文将对此作详细描述,CRV3电池的正极和负极都被制成凹陷的。
图2C中的电池是一种专用电池,其专门与根据本发明的电池容器相配套,该电池的正极3a和负极3b位于同一端。图2C中的电池包括一电路部分3e,其在侧向上略微延宽,且该部分中带有电路。电路部分3e的高度h4为 3.4mm、宽度为6mm。非电路部分的高度h3为12.4mm。图2C中电池的宽度w3为31.8mm,该宽度大于CRV3电池的宽度,其长度l3为52mm,该长度与CRV3电池的长度相等。图2C中电池的尺寸受用在该电池中的、批量制造的电极组件的尺寸限制。该专用电池包括一侧向延伸部分3d,该部分在CRV3电池的宽度方向上延伸。与CRV3电池类似,该专用电池的两电极都被制成凹陷的。为防止专用电池被错误地插入到电池容器中,在侧向延伸部分3d的一侧面上制有一个第一防错装元件3c。尽管第一防错装元件在图2C中被表示为沿电池纵向的一条凹槽,但该第一防错装元件3c也可被制成凸起的形式。在与第一防错装元件3c相对的一侧,专用电池上还对应地设置有一个上凸起接纳部分3f。两串联AA型电池和CRV3电池两电极之间的电压差在2V到3V之间,而专用电池两电极之间的电压差则在3-3.7伏之间。这样的电压差将会影响到照相机驱动电路的工作。因而,优选地是:电池容器还应当包括一个能检测是否插入了专用电池的装置。
下面将参照附图对根据本发明的电池容器的实施例进行描述。
图3中的分解轴测图表示了根据本发明一实施例的电池容器。图3所示的电池容器包括一主体100和一顶盖180。主体100可容纳两节AA型电池1、一节CRV3电池2、或一专用电池3。顶盖180可被打开,以允许电池能被插入到电池容器中,或从电池容器中取出,并在使用过程中将电池保持在电池容器中。根据本发明的电池容器的内部容积约为图1所示普通电池容器内部容积的一半。原因在于:图3所示电池容器的结构可与某种专用电池相适应。但是,图3所示的电池容器也兼容AA型电池和CRV3型电池,以便于用户可用两节AA型电池或一节CRV3型电池替换完全放电的专用电池。
沿专用电池3侧向延伸部分3d的纵向方向制有一条沟槽,其作为第一防错装元件3c。与第一防错装元件3c相对应,在下部160中制有一第二防错装元件162,下文将对此进行描述。第一、第二防错装元件3c、162之间的结构对应性可防止专用电池被错误地插入。尽管在该实施例中,第一防错装元件3c被制成了凹槽,第二防错装元件162则被制成了凸起,但也可将第一防错装元件2c制成凸起,将第二防错装元件162制成凹槽。但是,最好是将第二防错装元件162制成凸起的形式,原因在于:这样的话,其可以和上凸起151一起将插入电池容器右侧的AA型电池支撑向第二侧部140。
主体100包括一前上部分150A、一后上部分150B、一下部160、一前部110、一后部120、一第一侧部130、以及一第二侧部140。
尽管在该实施例中,主体100的上部150被描述为带有前上部150A和后上部150B,但也可将前上部150A和后上部150B制成一个整体。作为备选方案,主体100的上部150也可被制成左、右两个上部。在此情况下,左、右上部分别与第一侧部130和第二侧部140制成一体。尽管在该实施例中主体100的上部150被表示成平面形状,但该上部的形状并不局限于此。前上部150A和后上部150B的右侧底面上都具有一上凸起151,其靠近第二侧部140,用于将插入到电池容器右部中的AA型电池1支撑向第二侧部140。上部151使得由不同制造商出品的、略大于或略小于标准尺寸的AA型电池能可靠而紧固地插入到电池容器中。
上凸起151所处的位置是:从插入到电池容器右侧部分中的AA型电池的中央略向外侧偏移。上凸起151的凸起高度是这样来确定的:直径较大的AA型电池能被插入,而直径较小的AA型电池则能被稳定地支撑着。尽管在该实施例中,上凸起151被制成沿电池插入的方向延伸,但也可将上凸起151制成点阵的形式。上凸起151的位置和尺寸(例如高度)取决于市场上销售的AA型电池的尺寸。
上部150的前边缘上具有一前凸起155。前凸起155具有一顶盖扣钩接纳部分155a,如下文所描述的那样,该部分可与顶盖180上的扣钩181相接合。
在电池容器的下部160中为CRV3型电池制有一防错装凸起161,并与图2C所示专用电池上的第一防错装元件3c相对应而制有一第二防错装元件162。为CRV3电池所设置的防错装凸起161具有与标准CRV3电池上制出的凹陷部分2c相对应的形状。作为备选方案,可将防错装凸起161制得小一些,以便于使CRV3电池能被容易地插入,同时也能防止将CRV3电池错误地装入。如上文所述的那样,第二防错装元件162的形状与制在专用电池侧向延伸部分3d上的第一防错装元件3c相对应。如下文将要描述的那样,下部160可与第一、第二侧部130、140制成一体,从而可牢固地支撑着电池。
主体100具有一前开孔111,AA型电池、CRV3型电池、以及专用电池可经此开孔111沿纵向插入或取出。前开孔111的尺寸足以容纳两节AA电池、一节CRV3电池或专用电池。
围绕着主体100的前开孔111连接有一顶盖环绕构件170。在主体下部160的前边缘上制有一铰链构件175。铰链构件175可与下述前电极板190上的铰链195相接合。
如图4所示,与电池的电极相接触的两后电极被固定到后部120上。优选地是,后电极125是用导电的弹性构件制成的,以便于能紧固地接触着电池。尽管后电极125在图4中被表示为螺旋弹簧的形式,但也可将后电极125制成簧片的形式。可在螺旋弹簧形式的后电极125上直接连接一根导线(图中未示出),用于向照相机的驱动电路输送电能。但是,更为常见的情况是:用于供电的导线通过一导电板126与驱动电路相连接,导电板被固定到后部120上,后电极125被焊接到该导电板上。
第一侧部130是指主体100上这一侧部:其邻近插入到主体100中的专用电池3的侧向延伸部分3d。在第一侧部130的前边缘处为专用电池制有一保持构件131,用于防止专用电池从电池容器中脱落出去。如图3所示,保持构件131具有一突伸的前斜面部以及较薄的中部和后部。当专用电池3被插入到主体100中时,保持构件131上斜面的前突伸部被向外推(即推向图4中的右侧),从而使专用电池3能经过前开孔111而插入到主体100中。在专用电池3被完全插入到主体100中之后,保持构件131上斜面的前突伸部分就会返回到其受推压之前的初始状态,从而可支撑着专用电池3的前端部。当要将专用电池3从主体100中取出时,用户可将保持构件131向外推。专用电池3要比AA型电池或CRV3型电池重,因而,当装有专用电池3的电池容器被猛烈地摇晃时,顶盖180就易于发生破裂。但是,根据本发明,由于保持构件131能支撑着专用电池3,所以顶盖180不会发生破裂。
在第一侧部130的后部上制有一专用电池检测构件132。该专用电池检测构件132被制造、安装成向外突出,且只有宽度较大的专用电池才能接触到该构件,而AA电池1和CRV3电池2则不会碰到该构件。专用电池检测构件132可利用机械方法、电学方法、或这两种方法的组合来对专用电池3的插入进行检测。专用电池检测构件132与照相机的驱动电路相连接。根据主体100中所插入电池的类型不同,驱动电路的工作也是不同的。其中的原因在于:专用电池正负极之间的电压差不同于其它电池的电压差。
第二侧部140被设置成与第一侧部130相对。与第一侧部130类似,第二侧部140也与前部110、前上部150A、后上部150B、下部160、以及后部120相连接。优选地是:第二侧部140与第一侧部130、前部110、前上部150A、后上部150B、下部160、以及后部120都为一体的结构。
盖180可敞开和遮盖住前开孔111,在使用过程中,基本上是由该顶盖将电池1、2、3保持在电池容器中。顶盖180的边沿上具有一个顶盖扣钩181。顶盖扣钩181的形状与制在前凸起155上的顶盖扣钩接纳部分155a的形状相对应。
在顶盖180的内侧可滑动地连接了一前电极板190,其可与其中一节AA电池的正极、以及另一AA电池的负极进行电路连接。前电极板190的铰链195与铰链构件175铰接到一起。前电极板190是用金属板制成的。通常,是通过对金属板的底部进行滚卷而形成铰链195的。由于前电极板190被可滑动地连接到顶盖180的内侧上,所以,当顶盖180被打开或闭合时,前电极板190会滑动到顶盖180中。
铰链195、铰链构件175、穿过铰链195和铰链构件175的铰链杆178、以及弹簧177一起协作而向顶盖180提供了一个自开启力,其中,弹簧177的一端由前部110支撑着,而另一端则由顶盖180支撑着。由于存在自动开启力,一旦顶盖扣钩181被从顶盖扣钩接纳部分155a中释放出来,则顶盖180就会自动打开。
前电极板190包括:与一AA型电池的正极相接触的正极部分191;与另一AA型电池的负极相接触的负极部分192;一第一通孔193,其靠近正极部分191;一第二通孔194,其对应着AA型电池负极的中央部分,该通孔足够大,以允许AA型电池的正极穿过;以及一片簧196。
优选地是:正极部分191和负极部分192被制成略微突出于前电极板190的表面。
片簧196向顶盖180倾斜。片簧196的自由端沿制在顶盖180内壁上的一个顶盖凸起182移动。顶盖凸起182的中间部分高于其两端部分。当顶盖180相对于前电极板190移动时,片簧196沿顶盖凸起182的移动能形成顺滑的操作感。但是,片簧196和顶盖凸起182是可选的,而非必要的。
顶盖180的内壁上还包括一负极阻卡部分183和一正极阻卡部分184。负极阻卡部分183从第一通孔193中穿过,并突出于正极部分191一定高度。正极阻卡部分183的高度低于AA型电池上正极的高度。正极阻卡部分184突伸向第二通孔194,并低于负极部分192预定的高度。在正极部分191附近突伸的负极阻卡部分183、以及制在负极部分192附近的正极阻卡部分184可防止AA型电池在被错误插入时电路被接通。
图4中的轴测图表示了根据本发明的电池容器被组装后的状态,图中顶盖处于开启状态。下面将对用顶盖180敞开和遮盖主体100上前开孔111的过程进行描述。当要盖住前开孔111时,带有前电极板190的铰接顶盖180被推向前部110,从而将顶盖扣钩181向下压,使其与前凸起155上的顶盖扣钩接纳部分155a相接合。一旦顶盖扣钩181被从顶盖扣钩接纳部分155a中释放出来,则在弹簧177的作用下,顶盖180会自动打开。
图5中的轴测图表示了根据本发明的电池容器在其中正确地插入了AA型电池时的情形,图中,位于电池容器左侧的AA型电池的负极、以及位于电池容器右侧的AA号电池的正极分别与前电极板190上的负极部分192和正极部分191相配对。两AA型电池被前电极板190串联到一起。两AA电池上远离前电极板190的另一电极与后电极125进行电路连接。上凸起151将靠近第一侧部130的AA电池1向左顶支。
图6A中的俯视图表示了被正确地插入到电池容器中的AA型电池,图6B中的俯视图表示了当AA型电池被错误地插入到电池容器中时的情形。在图6A所示的状态中,位于电池容器中右侧的电池的正极经过前电极板190上的正极部分191和负极部分192与位于电池容器左侧电池的负极相连接。但在图6B所示的状态中,尽管位于电池容器右侧的AA型电池的负极、以及位于电池容器左侧的AA型电池的正极分别与正极部分191和负极部分192相对应。但位于右侧的AA电池的负极则由于受到顶盖180上负极阻卡部分183的阻挡而不能与正极部分191进行电路连接,位于左侧的AA型电池的正极也受到顶盖180上正极阻卡部分184的阻挡而不能与负极部分192相接触。这样,只要负极阻卡部分183和正极阻卡部分184至少之一能正常地发挥作用,就可以防止错误装入的两节AA型电池相互连接起来。
图7中的轴测图表示了根据本发明的电池容器在正确地装入了CRV3电池时的情形。在图7所示的状态中,CRV3电池的电极与电池容器后电极125进行连接,且主体100下部160上为CRV3型电池所制的防错装凸起161被装配到CRV3电池的凹陷部分2c中。CRV3电池的正极与位于左侧的那一后电极125进行连接,而CRV3电池的负极则与位于右侧的另一后电极125相连接。CRV3电池上与正极和负极相反的那侧端部被前电极板190支撑着。
图8中的轴测图表示了根据本发明的电池容器在正确地装入了专用电池时的情形。在图8所示的状态中,专用电池的电极与电池容器的后电极相连接,且主体100的下部160上制出的第二防错装元件162配合到专用电池上的第一防错装元件3c中。另外,主体100前上部150A和后上部150B上的前凸起151配合到专用电池的上凸起接纳部分3f中。专用电池的正极与位于左侧的那一后电极125相连接,而专用电池的负极则与位于右侧的另一后电极125相连接。专用电池上与正极和负极相对的那一端被前电极板190支撑着。专用电池检测构件132可检测是否插入了专用电池,且保持构件131从后方保持着专用电池。
如上所述,根据本发明的电池容器可容纳AA型电池、CRV3电池、以及专为某种特定设备而制的专用电池。电池容器可稳固地容纳着AA型电池,并能防止错误装入的电池被接通。根据本发明的电池容器具有一专用电池检测构件,从而使特定设备的驱动电路能根据电池的电压差优化地工作。另外,根据本发明的电池容器具有一保持构件,其可防止在剧烈摇晃或受到外界冲击时壳体破裂。
尽管上文是针对照相机电池容器对本发明的上述实施例进行描述,但本发明并不仅限于照相机用的电池容器,本发明的特征可适用于任何能容纳AA电池、CRV3电池、以及专用电池的电池容器,并可与任何供电装置配套使用。
尽管上文已参照示例性的实施方式对本发明作了具体的表示和描述,但本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不偏离本发明设计思想和保护范围的前提下,可对具体形式和细节特征作出多种改动,本发明的范围应当由权利要求书限定。

Claims (11)

1.一种电池容器,其包括:
一主体,其可容纳两节AA型电池、一节CRV3型电池、或一节宽度大于CRV3电池的专用电池;
一顶盖,其可被开启或闭合,以允许一个所述电池被插入到主体中,或被从主体中拉出,且在使用过程中,其可将其中一种所述电池保持在主体内;
其中,主体包括:一个上部;一个下部,该下部具有CRV3型电池的防错装凸起;一个前部,其具有一个前开孔,其中一种所述电池经此开孔被插入或拉出;一个后部,在该后部上固定了两个与某种所述电池的电极相接触的后电极;一第一侧部;以及与第一侧部相对的一第二侧部;以及
在顶盖的内壁上连接了一前电极板,其可与AA型电池的正极和负极进行电路连接,并支撑着AA型电池、CRV3型电池、以及专用电池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池容器,其特征在于:专用电池在侧向延伸部分具有一第一防错装元件,其所述下部还具有一第二防错装元件,其与专用电池上的第一防错装元件相对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电池容器,其特征在于:所述上部包括一个上凸起,其将AA型电池支撑向第二侧部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电池容器,其特征在于:位于所述下部的第二防错装元件被制成一凸起,其将AA型电池支撑向第二侧部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电池容器,还包括:一顶盖环绕构件,其围绕着主体的前部进行安装;前电极板被铰接到主体的前部上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电池容器,其特征在于:前电极板被可滑动地连接到顶盖的内壁上。
7.根据权利要求1到6其中之一所述的电池容器,还包括:一保持构件,其位于第一侧部的前边缘上,可保持着专用电池,以防止专用电池从主体中脱落出。
8.根据权利要求1到6其中之一所述的电池容器,还包括:一位于第一侧部的专用电池检测构件,其可检测是否插入了专用电池。
9.根据权利要求1到6其中之一所述的电池容器,其特征在于:所述前电极板包括:一正极部分,其与一节AA型电池的正极相接触;一负极部分,其与另一节AA型电池的负极相接触;一第一通孔,其与正极部分邻近;以及一第二通孔,其邻近于负极部分,且该通孔足够大,以允许AA型电池的正极穿过;顶盖的内壁上包括一负极阻卡部分和一正极阻卡部分,负极阻卡部分从第一通孔中突出,并比正极部分高出预定的高度,正极阻卡部分向第二通孔突伸,并位于负极阻卡部分下方的预定高度处。
10.一种电池容器,其包括:
一主体,其可容纳两节AA型电池、一节CRV3型电池、或一节宽度大于CRV3电池的专用电池,专用电池在侧向延伸部分具有一第一防错装元件;
一顶盖,其可被开启或闭合,以允许一个所述电池被插入到主体中,或被从主体中拉出,且在使用过程中,其可将一种所述电池保持在主体内;
其中,主体包括:一个上部;一个下部,该下部具有CRV3型电池的防错装凸起和一第二防错装元件,第二防错装元件与专用电池上的第一防错装元件相对应;一个前部,其具有一个前开孔,一种所述电池经此开孔被插入或拉出;一个后部,在该后部上固定了两个与某种所述电池的电极相接触的后电极;一第一侧部;以及与第一侧部相对的一第二侧部;以及
在顶盖的内壁上连接了一前电极板,其可与AA型电池的正极和负极进行电路连接,并支撑着AA型电池、CRV3型电池、以及专用电池。
11.一种电池容器,其包括:
一主体,其可容纳两节AA型电池、一节CRV3型电池、或一节宽度大于CRV3电池的专用电池,专用电池的侧向延伸部分具有一第一防错装元件;
一顶盖,其可被开启或闭合,以允许一个所述电池被插入到主体中,或被从主体中拉出,且在使用过程中,其可将一种所述电池保持在主体内;
其中,主体包括:一个上部;一个下部,该下部具有CRV3型电池的防错装凸起和一第二防错装元件,第二防错装元件与专用电池上的第一防错装元件相对应;一个前部,其具有一个前开孔,一种所述电池经此开孔被插入或拉出;一个后部,在该后部上固定了两个与某种所述电池的电极相接触的后电极;一第一侧部;以及与第一侧部相对的一第二侧部;
在顶盖的内壁上连接了一前电极板,其可与AA型电池的正极和负极进行电路连接,并支撑着AA型电池、CRV3型电池、以及专用电池;以及
位于所述下部上的第二防错装元件被制成一凸起,其将AA型电池支撑向第二侧部。
