Abstract

Description

泵送装置和具有该泵送 装置的化妆品喷头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵送装置和使用该泵送装置的化妆瓶。更具体地说，本发明涉及在喷咀中形成一个插入杆、和喷咀根据泵送工作前后运动，以使喷咀的孔不会被凝胶式内容物硬化而堵塞的泵送装置。
背景技术
一般，安装在化妆品瓶上的泵送装置用于小量地将装在化妆品瓶中的凝胶式内容物泵送至外面。图1表示根据先前技术的泵送装置和使用它的化妆品瓶。
如图1所示，凝胶式内容物2装在化妆品瓶的主体1中，泵送装置与瓶的主体1的上部连接。泵送装置由支承体3与瓶的主体1连接。缸筒4与支承件3连接。吸入管5与缸筒4的底部连接，并延伸至主体1的内部。在缸筒4上装有一个开闭杆6。活塞7放在缸筒4和开闭杆6之间，并由弹簧8支承。输送管9与活塞7的上部和盖10连接。吸入阀11与开闭杆6的底部连接，使缸筒4和吸入管5之间的连接通道被封闭。另外，泵送阀12与输送管9的上部连接，使在盖10上作出的喷咀13和输送管9之间的连接通道被封闭。
上述结构的泵送装置是如下这样工作的。首先，当压下盖10时，输送管10和活塞7下降，在活塞7和开闭杆6之间形成间隙。这样，缸筒4中的凝胶式内容物可通过该间隙运动。即：根据活塞7的下降在缸筒4内部产生的压力，使装在缸筒4中的内容物推动泵送阀12，将内容物通过在盖10中形成的喷咀13泵送至外面。
当在内容物泵出后，不压紧盖10时，弹簧8的弹性力使活塞7上升。因此，缸筒4中的压力降低，这样，装在瓶主体1中的内容物2在吸入阀11的边缘升起时，遵循吸入管5，进入缸筒4中。
上述先前技术的泵送装置有下列问题。如图1所示，凝胶式内容物充满吸入管5，缸筒4的内部，输送管9的内部和喷咀13以及瓶主体1的内部。然而，在许多情况下，在喷咀13前端的内容物14，由于总是与外界空气接触而变硬或质量变差。因而，喷咀13可以被硬化的内容物堵塞，或者产生的可靠性由于质量恶化的内容物14而降低。
发明内容
因此，本发明的目的是要提供一种新结构的泵装置，该结构可以解决因与空气的反应使化妆品瓶顶部的内容物硬化或质量恶化的问题。另外，本发明的目的还要提供一种使用该泵送装置的化妆品瓶。
为了达到上述目的，本发明提供了一种喷咀孔可通过在喷咀中形成一个插入杆而堵住，而且根据泵送工作喷咀可前后运动，以防止在喷咀孔上的内容物硬化或质量恶化的化妆品瓶。

具体实施方式
下面，根据附图来说明本发明的优选实施例。
图2为表示根据本发明的凝胶式化妆品瓶的泵送装置的截面图。如图所示，在化妆品瓶100的主体102中装着凝胶式内容物104，而泵送装置110与主体102的上部连接。
泵送装置110通过支承体112与主体102连接，而缸筒114与支承件112连接。吸入管116与缸筒114的底部连接，并伸入主体102中。在缸筒114中设有一个开闭杆118。活塞120放置在缸筒114和开闭杆118之间，活塞120向上方向延伸，并与中盖140连接(以后说明)。吸入阀122与开闭杆118的底部连接使缸筒114和吸入管116之间的连接通道封闭。
根据本发明的泵送装置100的特征为，它被分成三部分。以后，将这三部分称为上盖130，中盖140和底盖150。每一个盖的主要零件在图3的分解图中示出，特别是图4a的底视图和图4b的截面图表示上盖130，图5a的平面图和图5b的截面图表示中盖140、和图6a的平面图与图6b的截面图表示底盖150。
如图2、图3、图4a和图4b所示，上盖130包括一个喷咀槽131、一个插入杆132、插入杆的紧固件133、弹簧固定杆134、第一个弹簧135、喷咀136、上部滑动件137和入口138。又如图2、图3、图5a和图5b所示，中盖140包括肋141，活塞紧固管142，上紧固爪143、下掣爪144、活塞固定爪145、弹簧支承槽146、泵送管147、流入槽148和出口149。另外，如图2、图3、图6a和图6b所示，底盖150包括一个活塞插入孔151、第二个弹簧152、上端掣爪154、弹簧支承爪156和底部滑动件157。
下面来说明在泵送装置110中的每一个盖130，140，150的结构。在底盖150和中盖140中，作在底盖150的上端外侧上的上掣爪154和作在中盖140的底端内部的底部掣爪144，互相接合，并由第二个弹簧152连接。该第二个弹簧放在底盖150的弹簧支承爪156和弹簧支承槽146之间。在中盖上端形成的上部掣爪143，将中盖140与上盖130接合在一起。
通过在底盖150的下表面的中间作出的活塞插入孔151，放入在中盖140中间作出的活塞紧固管142，将泵送装置110的活塞120与活塞固定爪145连接。活塞紧固爪142由肋141在中盖140的中间形成。泵送管147在活塞紧固管142的上面，该泵送管放置在活塞紧固管142和活塞120的内部之间。输送孔149作在泵送管147的中间，并在泵送管的上端形成一个直的流入槽148，泵送孔位于流入槽148的中间。
插入杆掣止件133作在上盖130的底部的一个边缘上；并且在与插入杆掣止件133接合后，该插入杆掣止件133延伸至作在上盖130的相对一个边缘上形成的喷咀槽131。插入杆132插入喷咀136中，将喷咀孔封闭。喷咀136的一部分，通过喷咀槽131突出至外面。二个弹簧固定件134作在上盖130的底部，封闭流入槽131；并且第一个弹簧135的一端与弹簧固定件134连接。第一个弹簧135的第一端与放置在上盖130的中间的上部滑动件137连接。上部滑动件137和喷咀136作成一个整体。上部滑动件137与在底盖150的边缘上形成的底部滑动件157接触。在喷咀136的底部上作出入口138，并且，该入口位于在泵送管147上形成的流入槽148中，但也可以位于与泵送孔149交叉的位置。
上述的泵送装置110是如下这样工作的。从下面所述的泵送装置的工作，可以了解泵送装置110的结构。图7a和图7b表示泵送装置工作的纵截面图；图8a和图8b表示泵送装置工作的横截面图。另外，图7a和图8a表示不压紧上盖130的状态(即不使用上盖)；而图7b和图8b表示压紧上盖130(即使用上盖)的状态。
当不压下上盖130时，上部滑动件137和底部滑动件157的末端互相不接触，喷咀136的孔由插入杆132封闭。因此，当不使用瓶100时，化妆品瓶100的喷咀136总是被封闭，这样，装在喷咀136中的凝胶式内容物104不与外界空气接触。
当压紧上盖130时，上部滑动件137压紧第一个弹簧135，同时滑动，与固定在底盖150上的底部滑动件157接触。另外，在上部滑动件137上作出的喷咀36整体地向前运动。然而，插入杆132仍与上盖130的插入杆掣止件133固定。这样，当喷咀136的孔打开时，装在其中的凝胶式内容物104向外泵出。
当压紧上盖130时，与上盖130接合的中盖140被压向底部。然后，中盖140同时压紧第二个弹簧152和与活塞紧固管142接合的活塞120。缸筒114中的空间减小，并且根据活塞120的下降，在活塞120和开闭杆118之间形成间隙。结果，缸筒114中的液体压力较高，缸筒114中的内容物送至在活塞120上部形成的泵送管147中。接着，泵送管中的内容物，通过泵送孔147和流入槽148，进入喷咀136底部的入口138中。如上所述，虽然喷咀136前后运动，但因为喷咀136的入口138，只在泵送管147的流入槽148中运动，因此内容物流动不受影响。
当压紧上盖130的力消失时，第二个弹簧152的弹性力，使中盖140上升至原来位置。这样，与中盖140接合的上盖130上升，并且第一个弹簧135的弹力，使上部滑动件137缩回至原来位置。在上部滑动件137上整体作出的喷咀136向后缩回，然后喷咀136的孔被插入杆132封闭。另外，根据中盖140的上升，活塞120同时上升，这样，在活塞120和开闭杆118之间的间隙被堵塞。因此，当缸筒114中的液体压力降低时，吸入阀122打开，主体102中的内容物104通过吸入管116送至缸筒114。
如上所述，当化妆品瓶用根据本发明的凝胶式化妆品泵送装置时，因为喷咀的孔被插入杆封闭，因此喷咀中的凝胶式内容物与外界空气隔绝。因而，本发明可防止出现先前技术中的内容物硬化或质量恶化的问题，并改善产品的可靠性。

Claims (7)

1.一种化妆品瓶(100)的凝胶式化妆品泵送装置，该装置与装入凝胶式内容物(104)的主体(102)的上部连接；该泵送装置包括：在所述泵送装置(110)中作出的一个缸筒(114)；与所述缸筒(114)的底部连接，并伸入所述主体(102)中的吸入管(116)；在所述缸筒(114)中的一个开闭杆(118)；放置在所述缸筒(114)和所述开闭杆(118)之间的活塞(120)；和与所述开闭杆(118)的底部连接的吸入阀(122)。
其特征为，所述泵送装置(110)还包括上盖(130)、中盖(140)和底盖(150)；一第二个弹簧(152)放在所述底盖(150)和所述中盖(140)之间，所述中盖(140)与所述上盖(130)接合，所述活塞(120)放在所述中盖(140)中，并通过所述底盖(150)与所述中盖(140)连接；插入喷咀(136)中的插入杆(132)与所述上盖(130)连接，将所述喷咀(136)的孔封闭；第一个弹簧(135)与所述上盖(130)连接，第一个弹簧又与和所述喷咀(136)整体作出的上部滑动件(137)连接；所述上部滑动件(137)与在所述底盖(150)上作出的底部滑动件(157)接触；当所述上盖(130)下降时，所述上部滑动件(137)和所述喷咀(136)向前运动，然后，所述喷咀(136)的孔打开，将凝胶式内容物(104)向外泵出。
2.如权利要求1所述的凝胶式化妆品泵送装置，其特征为，通过将在所述底盖(150)的上端外侧上作出的上掣爪(154)，和在所述中盖(140)的底部内侧上作出的底部掣爪(144)接合；和通过将所述第二个弹簧(152)放在所述底盖(150)的弹簧支承爪(156)和所述中盖(140)的弹簧支承槽(146)之间，可使所述底盖(150)和所述中盖(140)互相连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的凝胶式化妆品泵送装置，其特征为，通过在所述底盖(150)的底面的中间作出的活塞插入孔(151)，将在所述中盖(140)的中间作出的活塞紧固管(142)放入，可使所述活塞(120)与活塞固定爪(145)连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的凝胶式化妆品泵送装置，其特征为，在所述中盖(140)的上端配置泵送管(147)，并在所述泵送管(147)的中间作出泵送孔(149)。
5.如权利要求4所述的凝胶式化妆品泵送装置，其特征为，在所述泵送管(147)的上端，作出直的流入槽(148)，而所述泵送孔(149)位于所述流入槽(148)的中间。
6.如权利要求1所述的凝胶式化妆品泵送装置，其特征为，在所述喷咀(136)的底部作出一个流入孔(138)，所述流入孔(138)位于所述流入槽(148)中。
7.如权利要求1所述的凝胶式化妆品泵送装置，其特征为，在所述上盖(130)的底部的一个边缘上，作出插入杆掣止件(133)，并在所述上盖(130)的所述底部的相对边缘上，作出喷咀槽(131)；在所述插入杆(132)与所述插入杆掣止件(133)接合后，所述上盖(130)伸向所述喷咀槽(131)。
