技术领域
本发明涉及机动工具,尤其是涉及对机动工具的一部分相对该机动工具的另一部分的运动进行锁定和解锁的机动工具。
背景技术
机动工具的一个例子示于图1。该机动工具是钻孔-改锥两用机,包含具有钻机头和大约成直角地连接在钻机头上的手柄的机身。钻机头内封装有电动机和变速箱,并且手柄和钻机头的结合形成常规的让使用者用手握持的手枪式握把。所述的手柄含有可变速的触发开关,用于螺丝驱动模式的低速旋转输出和钻孔模式的高速旋转输出。只要工件易于接近,该钻孔-改锥两用机的构造很适于钻孔和螺丝驱动。但是,如果要在死角或者棘手的位置钻孔或者紧固螺丝,该钻孔-改锥两用机的构造就不能够得到着手处。在此情况下,使用者将需要求助于较小的手工操作的钻机或者手工工具改锥完成手头任务。
通过使钻孔-改锥两用机的构形适应手头任务变化的可枢转的钻机头扩大了钻孔-改锥两用机的使用范围。这方面的一个例子见于德国实用新型8505814.9,该实用新型揭示了一种具有钻机头和手柄的电钻机。钻机头含有连接到变速箱上的电动机。变速箱包括从钻机头前端伸出的旋转出力轴。手柄含有开/关触发开关和电池组。附着在钻机头后端的凸缘延伸部枢转地连接到手柄的顶端。可以相对于手柄经90°的弧,把钻机头枢转地调节使其处于钻机头垂直于手柄的位置和钻机头与手柄在一条直线上的位置之间。然而德国实用新型8505814.9所揭示的钻孔-改锥两用机的缺点之一是它没有在需要时锁定钻机头相对手柄的枢转运动的锁定机构。

发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供上述部分所述类型的机动工具,其中避免了,或者至少降低了锁定机构具有的,即使充分地接合也总是让一个机身部分能够相对另一个机身部分作一定程度的运动的缺点。
因此提供了一种机动工具,所述机动工具含有:第一机身、连接第一机身的第二机身,和能够锁定一个机身相对另一个机身运动的锁定机构,该锁定机构含有一个两部分构成的系统,该两部分构成的系统具有含有锁定构件的第一部分和含有承接构件的第二部分,第一部分和第二部分之间的接合锁定第一机身和第二机身彼此之间的相对运动,并且其中一个部分可以对另一个部分在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,从而当前述一个部分在第一位置时第一部分与第二部分接合,而当前述部分在第二位置时第一部分与第二部分脱开接合,其特征在于,所述部分的至少之一的形状被制成为当前述一个部分移动进第一位置中时,造成锁定机构的两个部分之间的余隙被占据。第一机身可直接地连接到第二机身上,另外,第一机身也可通过一或多个中间构件连接到第二机身上。

优选地,锁定构件含有带有左斜面的左销杆用于与承接构件接合,并且锁定机构还含带有右斜面的右销杆用于与承接构件接合,并且其中所述斜面对承接构件倾斜,从而使前述一个部分进入第一位置的移动占据左斜面与承接构件之间的余隙,并且前述一个部分进入第一位置的运动占据右斜面与承接构件之间的余隙。
优选地把左销杆安排左凹槽中并且把右销杆安排右凹槽中,从而使前述一个部分进入第一位置的移动把左销杆楔紧在承接构件与左凹槽的壁之间,并且前述一个部分进入第一位置的移动把右销杆楔紧在承接构件与右凹槽的壁之间。左和右销杆的楔紧作用降低,或者说实际上消除,凹槽的壁、销杆以及承接构件之间的余隙。还有,在左销杆和承接构件之间的界面上的楔紧作用产生的力与右销杆和承接构件之间的界面上的楔紧作用产生的力大小相等且方向相反。因此左和右销杆的楔紧作用提供把第一机身牢固地对第二机身锁定的优点,从而降低,或者说实际上消除第一机身相对第二机身的运动。
优选地左和右凹槽固定在第一机身上,而承接构件固定在第二机身上。第一和第二凹槽可以是第一机身的部分,或者,第一和第二凹槽还可以是固定在第一机身的构件的部分。
优选地,左销杆在左凹槽内于第一位置与第二位置之间移动,而右销杆在右凹槽内于第一位置与第二位置之间移动。
优选地左和右销杆由各自的弹性构件偏压向第一位置。这提供锁定机构常锁定第一机身相对于第二机身的运动的优点,不需要为保持此状态使用栓销或者锁闩。
优选地承接构件是具有枢转轴的轮。因此,左销杆的斜面可以与轮的左侧接合以防止第二机身相对于第一机身的顺时针转动,而右销杆的斜面可以与轮的右侧接合以防止第二机身的逆时针转动。
更优选地,所述轮是带齿的轮,带有多个绕带齿的轮的周边安排的齿用于与斜面接合。带齿的轮上的多个齿提供锁定机构可以在相对第二机身的多个档位的方位角上牢固地锁定第一机身。

具体实施方式
参见图2和3,一般地用标号2示出机动工具是钻孔-改锥两用机,含有纵轴线X的实质上圆柱形的钻机头4,和绕纵轴线Y安排的细长的手柄6。钻机头4可枢转地安排在手柄6上并且绕轴线Z相对于手柄6转动。手柄8由第一半壳8和第二半壳10形成,第一半壳8和第二半壳10由图中未示的多个螺丝结合在一起。钻机头4由第三半壳12和第四半壳14形成,第三半壳12和第四半壳14由图中未示的多个螺丝结合在一起。
参见图4和6,钻机头4含有电动机16和带有出力轴20的图中未示的传动变速箱。电动机16和变速箱居于钻机头4之内。钻机头4的前端含有包绕变速箱和出力轴20的圆柱形传动装置壳22。电动机16旋转地连接变速箱,从而电动机16的旋转运动通过变速箱传动到出力轴20上。出力轴20的端部具有连接于其上的六角驱动联轴器24。出力轴20和六角驱动联轴器24通过传动装置壳22中的孔26伸出。出力轴20和六角驱动联轴器24绕轴线X旋转。联轴器24可松开地把出力轴20连接到具有常规的六角螺栓杆安排的工具28。相同地,另一种联轴器,例如常规的卡头可以连接在出力轴20的端部用于连接工具28。

参见图6和7,手柄6具有方向选择器40用于选择电动机16和出力轴20的旋转方向。方向选择器40大致是T字形的并且在一侧含有正向按钮42,在另一侧含有反向按钮44,并且在中部含有突出部46。为了支承方向选择器40,正向按钮42和反向按钮44分别通过在每个第一半壳8和第二半壳10中的孔隙部分突出。手柄还含有带有上突出部50、下突出部52和位于上和下突出部50、52之间的中心圆柱54的鼓轮48。鼓轮的突出部50、52各有一个大体上圆形的周边部分,所述大体上圆形的周边部分被凸突部分中断从而成形为泪滴样形状。上和下突出部50、52的圆形部分具有大于中心圆柱54的直径。上突出部50的凸突部分有上插头56。下突出部54的凸突部分有下插头58。上和下插头56、58相对于圆柱54偏心,并且轴向地从中心圆柱向外指。鼓轮48由模制在手柄半壳8、10内部的一对支架60、62枢转地支承。支架60、62包围中心圆柱54以支承鼓轮阻止横向移动。支架60、62紧贴上和下突出部50、52的内表面支承鼓轮48阻止轴向移动。手柄6还含有一端带有空心的圆柱形柱筒66另一端带有销杆68的臂64。臂64在柱筒66与销杆68的中途处枢转地连接到开关32内部的部件上。臂64可以在正向位置、中心位置和反向位置之间枢转。臂64从其正向位置向其反向位置的枢转运动,以及相反的运动,造成开关32改变电线36、38的极性,如下文更加详细地说明。
方向选择器40经鼓轮48和臂64以下述的方式机械地连接至开关32。鼓轮的上插头56通过经突出部46中的孔突出接合方向选择器40。鼓轮48的下插头58以轴颈结构的方式放置在所述臂的空心圆柱柱筒66中。如此,按压正向按钮42沿一个方向滑动方向选择器40和上插头56从而绕其轴线转动鼓轮48。鼓轮48的转动沿相反的方向移动下插头58,从而把臂64枢转进入正向位置。按压反向按钮44反转此顺序并且引起臂64从正向位置枢转到其反向位置。
当臂64在其正向位置时,引起电动机16在开关31在ON位置时沿顺时针方向转动出力轴20。当臂64在其反向位置时,引起电动机16在开关31在ON位置时沿逆时针方向转动出力轴20。当臂64在其中心位置时臂的销杆68与按钮30内部的中心止档70对齐并且贴靠在其上,从而防止按压按钮30,从而把开关32锁定在OFF位置。
方向选择器按钮42、44做成箭头形的。正向按钮42的顶端向前指给使用者视觉和可触觉的指示中心说明在开关32在ON位置时按压正向按钮42造成出力轴20沿顺时针方向旋转,即旋转方向引起螺丝或者钻头被“正向”地驱动进工件。相反地,反向按钮44的顶端向后指给使用者视觉和可触觉的指示中心说明在ON位置时按压反向按钮44在开关32造成出力轴20沿逆时针方向旋转。
电源是容纳在手柄6的底部内部的可充电的电池组。为了改善电池组34的充电量,从而提高工作寿命,电池组34相对地粗大引起手柄突起在开关按钮30的侧面。电池组34电连接在位于手柄6的下端的电池充电器插座72上。电池充电器72的插座经在手柄6中的小孔隙74突出以提供电池组34与图中未示的电池充电电源之间的电路连接。或者,电源可以是可取下地固定在手柄6上的可充电电池,也可以是市电电源。
参见图4和5,钻机头4具有第一圆柱形柱筒76和第二圆柱形柱筒78,两者都沿钻机头的长度间隔开定位,远离出力轴20。第一和第二柱筒76、78位于钻机头4的对置侧。第一和第二柱筒76、78基本上是相同直径的,并且两者都绕轴线Z安排。第一和第二柱筒76、78从钻机头4在直径上相反的方向上沿轴线Z沿伸。轴线Z垂直于轴X和Y。

如上所述,使用者可以操作按钮116以对抗三个弹簧114a、114b和114c的偏压向下滑动三个销杆112a、112b、112c。左销杆112a和右销杆112c的下向移动把左斜面123a和右斜面123c与对应的齿90a-90f脱开接合。进一步的下向移动销杆渐进地增加左斜面123a与右斜面123c之间的间隙,或者说余隙,直到三个销杆112a、112b、112c与对应的齿90a-90f完全脱开接合,从而解除对机头4的锁定,并且机头可以相对手柄6自由枢转。
现在参见图12至14,轴线Z是机头4绕之相对手柄6枢转的轴。轴线Y代表手柄6的方位而轴线X代表钻机头4的方位。不论钻机头4相对手柄6的取向如何,两个轴线X和Y都保持垂直于轴线Z。轴线X和Y所夹的角称为角α。在钻机头4由于绕轴线Z枢转而改变相对手柄6的取向时只有角α变化。角α取决于五个齿90b-90f中的一个接合左销杆112a的左斜面123a。在齿90f接合左斜面123a时角α是90°,如图12所示。齿90e位于齿90f的逆时针方向45°处,所以当凹陷90e接收左斜面123a时角α是135°,如图13所示。分别地,当三个顺序的齿90d、90e、90b之一接合左斜面123a时,角α是180°、225°和270°。
在所示的本发明的实施中,根据五个齿90b-90f中的一个接合左斜面123a可以把角α设定到在180°范围内的五个角位置之一。然而通过减少凸起86的尺寸和增加六个齿90a-90f之间的角间隔可以把角α的范围从180°增加。还有,通过改变齿90的数量可以改变角α的范围内的锁定位置数。

1.一种机动工具(2)含有:
第一机身(6);
连接第一机身(6)的第二机身(4);和
锁定机构;
其中一个机身可以相对于另一个机身运动,而所述锁定机构能够锁定一个机身相对于另一个机身的运动,该锁定机构含有一个两部分构成的系统,该两部分构成的系统具有含有锁定构件的第一部分和含有承接构件的第二部分,其中,第一部分和第二部分之间的接合锁定第一机身和第二机身彼此之间的相对运动,并且其中一个部分可以对另一个部分在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,从而当前述一个部分在第一位置时第一部分与第二部分接合,而当前述部分在第二位置时第一部分与第二部分脱开接合,
其特征在于,所述部分的至少之一的形状被制成为当前述一个部分移动进第一位置中时,造成锁定机构的两个部分之间的余隙被占据。

5.如权利要求4所述的机动工具(2),其中,左(110a)和右凹槽(110c)固定在第一机身(6)上,而承接构件(82)固定在第二机身上(4)。
6.如权利要求4或5之一所述的机动工具(2),其中,左销杆(112a)在左凹槽(110a)内于第一位置与第二位置之间移动,而右销杆(112c)在右凹槽(110c)内于第一位置与第二位置之间移动。
7.如权利要求6所述的机动工具(2),其中,左(112a)和右销杆(112c)由各自的弹性构件(114a;114c)偏压向第一位置。

10.如权利要求3~9之任一项所述的机动工具(2),其中,锁定机构还含有连接左销杆(112a)和右销杆(112c)的按钮(116)。
