Abstract

提升阀
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的提升阀。
这样的提升阀用于许多应用领域。相对于例如闸门(klappe)其具有众多的优点,特别是在密封性、可调性和耐用度方面。
这样,例如在较频繁使用时,亦即在反复的关闭时,对于闸门来说在闭锁件与阀座之间的密封表面遭受磨损,其导致功能能力的降低,并且按其结构型式,只有通过更换密封元件来克服。
相反,对于提升阀来说,对阀座或闭锁件的密封性产生不利影响的磨损则大部分地可以这样来抵消,即,借助于阀杆对闭锁件施加提高的压力,借此实现在阀座上的较好的压紧。
提升阀的可调性特别是通过闭锁件的形式比闸门时更好。这主要是因为闸门的闸板绕垂直轴转动并且在不大的转动时就已开放大的通流横截面。由此还可能在设备管路中产生压力冲击(水击)。
当然闸门如同节流板或类似的配件一样,优点是结构长度很短,这对许多应用领域是合乎人们要求的。
本发明的目的在于,构成这种型式的提升阀,改进其应用能力。
该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的提升阀来达到。
通过提升阀的这样的结构设计,现在有可能使其也使用在至今只采用闸门、节流板或球阀的地方。这自然使提升阀可以具有比至今大得多的应用范围。
此外,已安装的闸门均可以由一按照本发明构成的提升阀无困难地代替。
特别是与公称直径相比很小的结构长度可使提升阀得到最优化的使用。
这里,阀座的和在关闭位置贴紧于其上的闭锁件的结构是决定性的。其中特别取决于阀座即座面的倾斜位置,闭锁件以覆盖的弹性密封件反复地环形贴紧该座面。
按照本发明的一个有利的进一步改进规定:使阀座的阀面成环形地倾斜,使得各个径向对置的外形轮廓线(母线)的交点包含在一个平面内,由这些外形轮廓线限定阀座。
意外地发现,该实施形式是以特有的方式适于实现权利要求1的特征,同时在一方面优化密封性而另一方面优化流动阻力。
此外,按这种方式构成的提升阀可特别廉价地制造并且在这方面相对于价廉的闸门没有显示出缺点,从而这种新型提升阀完全可以认为是在闸门的广泛范围内的等价代用品。
此外,可以规定,阀杆按照阀座的倾斜位置偏心地铰接,这又有助于该新型提升阀的优化。
本发明的其他一些有利的结构设计记述于从属权利要求中。
以下借助于附图描述本发明的一个实施例。
唯一的图以剖分的侧视图示出本发明的提升阀。
图1示出一提升阀,其具有阀壳体1,该阀壳体上连接壳体颈部2,一丝杠螺母3可转动地但轴向固定地支承于壳体颈部2中。
手轮5与丝杠螺母3固定连接,借助该手轮可使丝杠螺母3转动。
可轴向调节的阀杆4在丝杠螺母3中导向,其外螺纹啮合丝杠螺母3的内螺纹,因此在转动手轮5时实现阀杆4的轴向移动。
阀壳体1具有两个对置的相互平行延伸的端面11,其可以夹紧在两个未示出的管道端部之间,其中各端面11贴紧管道端部的凸缘。各管道端部的凸缘通过螺栓相互连接在一起。其中这些螺栓由孔12导向,这些孔设置于阀壳体1的壳体侧的凸缘10中。该凸缘10相对于阀壳体1的结构长度大致居中地设置。
借助于螺栓,这些螺栓如上所述由孔12导向,将提升阀定心和夹紧在各管道端部之间。
代替形成直通孔的孔12,也可以设置螺纹孔,螺钉可拧紧于其中,这些螺钉可由管道凸缘的直通孔导向并且提升阀借助于它们与管道牢固地相连接。
此外,阀壳体1具有一通流道8,借其可引导流过所述管道的介质。
为了隔断通流,阀壳体1中设有一倾斜配置的阀座9,其具有环形的座面,一闭锁件6可紧密地贴紧该座面,其中闭锁件6覆盖有弹性密封件7。
阀杆4防扭转地连接到闭锁件6上,从而在转动手轮5并因此转动丝杠螺母3时,阀杆4轴向移动并调正闭锁件6。
按照本发明,阀壳体1就其公称内径来说,亦即通流道8在结构长度即两平行的端面11之间的距离的入口和出口处的直径上,符合于由配件、特别是闸门或球阀的标准在夹紧型式上所限定的尺寸。例如,可参阅欧洲标准EN558-1,基本系列16,其中在公称直径DN=100mm时规定结构长度为64mm。对于相同的公称直径,在所述标准的基本系列20中结构长度为52mm。可见,在任何情况下结构长度明显地短于公称直径。

Claims (6)

1.提升阀,包括一阀壳体(1),所述阀壳体具有一通流道(8),通过一借助于可调节的阀杆(4)操作的闭锁件(6)可关闭该通流道(8),其中所述闭锁件(6)在关闭位置处紧密地贴紧倾斜于通流方向设置的阀座(9),其特征在于,所述阀壳体(1)在其公称内径和其结构长度上符合于由配件的标准在夹紧型式上所限定的尺寸。
2.按照权利要求1所述的提升阀,其特征在于,所述阀壳体的公称内径和结构长度符合于由闸门、节流板或球阀的标准在夹紧型式上所限定的尺寸。
3.按照权利要求1所述的提升阀,其中阀壳体具有一凸缘(10),其特征在于,所述凸缘(10)设有螺纹孔,通过管道凸缘引导的螺钉可拧紧于该螺纹孔中。
4.按照权利要求1所述的提升阀,其中阀壳体具有可引导螺栓的一个凸缘(10),借助这些螺栓可将各管道凸缘相互连接在一起,其特征在于,所述凸缘(10)相对于结构长度大致居中地设置。
5.按照权利要求1所述的提升阀,其特征在于,所述阀座(9)的座面成环形地倾斜,使得各个径向对置的外形轮廓线的交点包含在一个平面内。
6.按照权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆(4)按照阀座(9)的倾斜位置偏心地铰接在闭锁件(6)上。
