线圈架12被一个阀套43穿过,该阀套呈管状构造并且包围一个涨紧在其内或者焊接在其内的支撑管44,该支撑管起到电磁线圈10的内极的作用。可以例如用阀壳体40作为电磁线圈10的外极。在支撑管44的出流侧安置了一个衔铁20,该衔铁与一个阀针3一体式构成。在阀针3内设置了多个通流孔45,这些通流孔将流过燃料喷射阀1的燃料引导向一个密封座。
在通流孔45的区域内安置了一个用于过滤燃料的环形过滤器46。阀针3最好通过焊接与一个在本实施例中呈球状的阀关闭体4处于作用连接中,该阀关闭体与一个阀座体5构成一个密封座。在密封座下游,在一个喷射孔板47中构成至少一个喷射孔7,燃料从该喷射孔被喷入未继续示出的进气管内。
在燃料喷射阀1处于静止状态中时,衔铁20被一个复位弹簧23这样加载,使得燃料喷射阀1由于阀关闭体4被压紧到阀座体5上而保持关闭。复位弹簧23安置在衔铁20或者支撑管44的一个凹部48内,并且通过一个调整套筒24被预紧。在调整套筒24的入流侧,一个钵状的过滤元件25被压入阀套43内。通过中心燃料输入口16输入的燃料经过凹部48和通流孔45流向密封座和喷射孔7,流过燃料喷射阀1。
一个管状的金属空心体50插入阀套43的入流侧端部49内并且例如在过滤元件25的区域内与阀套43焊接。为了安装到未示出的燃料分配管道上,燃料喷射阀1在金属空心体50的入流侧端部51上设置有一个密封件28。另一个密封件52密封燃料喷射阀1与进气管之间的未继续示出的连接。电磁线圈10通过导线19被一个可通过电插接接头17输入的电流激励。插接接头17被一个塑料外罩18包围,该塑料外罩可以被注塑到阀套43上或者空心体50上。
如果电磁线圈10通过一个未继续示出的电线输入电流,则建立一个磁场,在强度足够时,该磁场克服复位弹簧23的力逆着燃料流动方向将衔铁20吸入电磁线圈10中。由此使衔铁20与支撑管44之间构成的工作间隙27闭合。通过衔铁20的运动,与衔铁20一体式构成的阀针3也被沿行程方向一起带动,使得阀关闭体4从阀座体5上抬起并且燃料被引导向喷射孔7。
一旦激励电磁线圈10的电流被切断并且磁场衰减这样多,使得复位弹簧23将衔铁20压离支撑管44,阀针3向出流方向运动并且阀关闭体4落到阀座体5上,则燃料喷射阀1关闭。
按照本发明,在金属空心体50内安置至少一个减振元件37。在本实施例中,为了提高减振特性设置了两个减振元件37a和37b。减振元件37a和37b与在图1所示第一实施例中介绍的隔板34履行一样的功能,它们衰减主要由燃料喷射阀1的打开和关闭以及随后产生的燃料分配系统不同件内的共振的引起的压力脉动。
由于燃料喷射阀1具有较大的结构长度因而可以提供位置,减振元件37a和37b具有较大的轴向结构长度,由此,减振元件37a和37b的一个凹部38的尺寸可以确定得大于图1中所示的孔35,减振作用不会被削弱。
为了避免在燃料流中产生旋流,减振元件37a和37b的形状可以变化。例如凹部38可以具有在减振元件37a和37b轴向长度上变化的直径,该凹部可以在入流区域中倒角或者在内壁上具有用于改善流动的结构。减振元件37a和37b的轴向间距X同样可以可变化地构成。
图3以一个局部剖视图示出本发明减振元件37的一个第三实施例,该减振元件例如可以插入燃料喷射阀1的金属空心体50内,该金属空心体在对图2的说明中已经详细说明过。
在这里,减振元件37在其凹部38内具有至少一个、最好多个弹性元件56,它们与减振元件37的一个入流侧端部55连接。这些弹性元件沿燃料流动方向延伸到凹部38内直至进入一个钵状的嵌件57内,该嵌件在减振元件37的出流侧端部58上安置在凹部38内并且在至少一个位置上与减振元件37连接。
钵状嵌件57朝向减振元件37的入流侧端部55敞开并且在嵌件57的壁60上具有至少一个、最好多个通流孔59。
流过燃料喷射阀1的燃料通过入流侧端部55进入减振元件37并且通过凹部38的一个由弹性元件56构成的收缩部被稍微节流。在这里,弹性元件56被燃料径向向外压。燃料继续流入钵状的嵌件57内,该嵌件向入流方向敞开。然后,燃料首先通过嵌件57的壁60中的通流孔59离开嵌件57,最后离开减振元件37。在这里,用箭头表示出燃料通过减振元件37的可能路径。
通过在图3中描述的减振元件37达到的减振是很有效的,因为通过嵌件57在减振元件37内和弹性元件56在嵌件57内的相互嵌套使得振动不会向燃料输入口16的方向蔓延,通过此,可以特别强地降低噪声。
本发明不局限于所示出的实施例,例如也可用于混合气压缩、自点火的内燃机中用的燃料喷射阀1。

Claims (13)

1.燃料喷射阀(1),具有一个电磁线圈(10),该电磁线圈与一个被复位弹簧(23)加载的衔铁(20)配合作用,该衔铁与一个阀针(3)一起构成一个可轴向运动的阀件,其中,在阀针(3)上设置一个阀关闭体(4),该阀关闭体与一个阀座体(5)形成一个密封座,其特征为,在燃料喷射阀(1)的一个被燃料流过的凹部(36)内安置至少一个减振元件(37)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,该至少一个减振元件(37)以一个隔板(34)的形式构成,该隔板具有一个孔(35)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,该至少一个减振元件(37)安置在一个过滤元件(25)与一个用于预紧复位弹簧(23)的调整套筒(24)之间。
4.按照权利要求2所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,隔板(34)的孔(35)这样确定尺寸,使得流过燃料喷射阀(1)的燃料流不被节流。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,该至少一个减振元件(37)安置一个在入流侧将燃料喷射阀(1)加长的金属空心体(50)内。
6.按照权利要求5所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,设置两个减振元件(37a,37b)。
7.按照权利要求6所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,这些减振元件(37a,37b)安置在一个过滤元件(25)的入流侧。
8.按照权利要求6或7所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,这些减振元件(37a,37b)的轴向长度不相同。
9.按照权利要求6至8之一所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,这些减振元件(37a,37b)之间的轴向间距(x)是可变化的。
10.按照权利要求1所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,该至少一个减振元件(37)在一个入流侧端部(55)上具有至少一个弹性元件(56),该弹性元件沿燃料流动方向延伸到减振元件(37)的一个凹部(38)内。
11.按照权利要求10所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,该至少一个弹性元件(56)延伸到一个钵状的嵌件(57)内,该嵌件安置在减振元件(37)的出流侧端部(58)上,其中,嵌件(57)朝向减振元件(37)的入流侧端部(55)敞开。
12.按照权利要求11所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,该钵状嵌件(57)在嵌件(57)的壁(60)内具有至少一个通流孔(59)。
13.按照权利要求11或12所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征为,钵状嵌件(57)与减振元件(37)连接。
