Abstract
本发明公开了一种真空包装袋(100)。该真空包装袋(100)包括一个筒状的平的主体,以及一个或多个带压纹的插入层(103),主体由上部和下部(101和102)组成。当所述插入层(103)插入到所述上部和下部(101和102)之间时,该带压纹的插入层(103)在主体的两个开口端处连接到上部和下部(101和102)上。该带压纹的插入层(103)可以在其外端连接到所述主体上。该带压纹的插入层(103)的宽度可以是所述主体的宽度的一半或更小。

发明领域
本发明主要涉及一种应用于真空包装设备上的真空包装袋,尤其是,涉及一种真空包装袋。
背景技术
通常,真空包装方法是这样一种技术,将食物装在袋里,袋子抽成真空并密封,这样通过阻止食物氧化而使食物能储存一段较长的时间。对于长时间储存食物来说虽然也可以采用将食物储存在低温冰箱内的方法,但是将食物真空包装以避免食物与空气接触的方法更为有效。
附图1是一幅透视图,它表示了一种传统的真空包装设备和应用于该设备的真空包装袋。附图2所示是沿图1中A-A线的截面。
如附图1所示,传统的真空包装设备包括一个底座10,一个压盖20,分别固定到与底座10和压盖20上的下部和上部橡胶挤压件23和24,一个用来在真空包装袋30被插进底座10和压盖20之间的空间中后将真空包装袋30抽成真空的真空泵25,一个位于底座10通过加热的方法密封包装袋30的加热器21,以及一个加热器挤压件22。
根据传统的真空包装设备进行下述操作:将装有食物的真空包装袋30的开口端置于下部橡胶挤压件23上,向下旋转压盖20使上部橡胶挤压件23与下部橡胶挤压件24接触。在此状态下,真空泵工作,这样由下部和上部橡胶挤压件23和24形成的一个空间被抽成真空。如果使用的是典型的乙烯基袋,这时不能轻易地排放出袋中的空气。然而,在附图1和2中表示的真空包装袋30在其上部全部有压纹,则袋30中的空气可以被轻易地排放出来。在袋30被抽成真空后,加热器21启动,通过加热器21产生的热量将袋30的开口端密封。
然而,根据传统的真空包装袋,由于在整个上部有压纹,其制作成本高,在压纹部分破裂的情况下不可能抽成真空,并且当袋子里的东西是粉末状时,粉末会通过形成在袋子30上的压纹泄漏出来。
此外,由于压纹完全形成在袋子上部,因此袋子厚度增加了,从而给使用者带来不便。因为压纹部分是通过高温下辊子接合的方式制成的,在加工过程中压纹部分很容易被破坏。
更进一步地,由于压纹形成在整个上部,商标或图案就需要在袋子完成以前印在一个平坦的下部上,这样做很不方便。
发明概述
因此,本发明紧记现有技术发生的上述问题,本发明的目的之一是提供一种真空包装袋,它能减少制造成本,避免在抽真空时失败。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种真空包装袋,它可以避免粉末状的东西泄漏出来,并且它的厚度减小了,能够让使用者看见袋内的东西并且很容易在袋子上印上商标或图案。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种真空包装袋,它包括一个筒状的平的主体,以及一个或多个带压纹的插入层,主体由上部和下部组成,当所述插入层插入到所述上部和下部之间时,该每一个插入层在主体的两个开口端处连接到上部和下部上。

具体实施方式的描述
图3是一幅透视图,表示根据本发明的一个最佳实施方式的真空包装袋可以使用的一个真空包装设备。图4是一幅放大的透视图,表示图3中所示的一个扩张器。图5是一幅透视图,表示本发明的真空包装袋。图6是一幅平面图,表示本发明的真空包装袋。图7是沿图6中A-A线的一个横截面。
如图5至7所示,真空包装袋100包括一个筒状的平的主体和两个带压纹的插入层103。筒状的平的主体包括上下部101和102。每一个带压纹的插入层103上有压纹103a。上下部101和102在它们的开口端连接在一起,同时每一个带压纹的插入层103在连接区域104处插入到上下部101和102之间。
在这样的情形下,每一个带压纹的插入层103最好由容易连接到上下部101和102上的材料制成,比如聚乙烯(PE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或者聚丙烯。从而,带压纹的插入层103被有效地连接到上下部101和102上。
每一个带压纹的插入层103的宽度最好为平的主体宽度的一半或更小。
在主体的一个表面上以有规则的间隔印上日历以表明包装食物时的日期。也就是说,在主体的一个表面上印有表明月份的数字1到12和表明日期的数字1到31。
如图3和4所示,真空包装袋应用于其上的真空包装设备包括一个含有各种电力设备的电力设备盒70、一个连接到电力设备盒70上的底座50、一个可转动地连接到底座50上的压盖60、一个位于电力设备盒70中的真空泵(未示出)、一个真空包装袋的一端位于其上的下部橡胶挤压件52、一个可以和下部橡胶挤压件52接触的上部橡胶挤压件62、一个位于下部橡胶挤压件52前方的加热器,它加热袋子100的连接区域104、一个位于上部橡胶挤压件62前方的加热器挤压件61、用来移动加热器挤压件61的装置(未示出)、以及可以插入到下部和上部橡胶挤压件52和62之间的扩张器80。
如图4所示的情形,扩张器80大致呈Y形。扩张器80包括上部和下部插入板81和82、一个插入弹簧84、一个支撑板83、一个支撑弹簧85,以及上部和下部管子86和87。上部和下部插入板81和82在它们的第一端彼此间隔开,而在它们的第二端可折叠地连接起来。插入弹簧84插入到上部和下部插入板81和82之间。支撑板83的一端水平连接到上部和下部插入板81和82的第二端上,在它们的外表面上有压纹80a。支撑弹簧85弹性地支撑着支撑板83。上部管子86固定到支撑板83上,同时,其环绕着支撑弹簧85的上部和中部。下部管子87的上端绕上部管子86的下端可滑动地配合,其下端固定到底座50上,同时,其环绕着支撑弹簧85的下部。
虽然在图中加热器51位于下部橡胶挤压件52的前方,但是加热器51也可以位于下部橡胶挤压件52的后方。
根据该具体实施方式,进行下述操作。扩张器80的上部和下部插入板81和82插入装有食物的真空包装袋100的一个开口端。此后,压盖60向下旋转到底座50,这样上部橡胶挤压件52与下部橡胶挤压件62接触。在此状态,真空泵工作,当真空泵工作时,加热器挤压件移动装置将加热器挤压件61向上移动一定距离,同时,由上部和下部橡胶挤压件23和24密封的一个空间被抽成真空。这时,虽然扩张器80的上部和下部插入板81和82被插入弹簧84拓宽,但是,随着空气被排放出,由上部和下部插入板81和82形成的角度减小。进一步地,扩张器80上有压纹80a。因此,由于以前存在间隙,虽然下部和上部橡胶挤压件52和62挤压真空包装袋,但是空气很容易被排放出去。此外,当使用本发明的真空包装袋100时,因为带压纹的插入层103插入到下部和上部橡胶挤压件52和62之间,所以真空包装袋100里面的空气很容易被排放出去。当真空包装袋里的压力达到一定值时,挤压件移动装置将加热器挤压件61降低。在此状态,加热器51启动,从而密封真空包装袋。
对于一个完成的真空包装袋来说,使用者可以看见袋100中的东西,因为平的主体上没有压纹。
如上所述,本发明提供了一种真空包装袋,它能减少制造成本,通过采用带压纹的插入层防止在抽真空时失败。
此外,本发明提供了一种真空包装袋,它能避免粉末状的东西泄漏出来,并且它的厚度减小了,通过采用平的主体能够让使用者看见袋内的东西并且很容易在袋子上印上商标或图案。
虽然为了便于阐述公开了本发明的最佳实施方式,但本领域的技术人员将理解到,在不背离本发明的如附属权利要求所公开的实质精神和保护范围的情况下,本发明可以有不同的修改、增加和替换。
Claims (6)
1.一种真空包装袋,包括:
一个筒状的平的主体,所述主体由上部和下部组成;以及
一个或多个带压纹的插入层,当其插入到所述上部和下部之间时,该每一个插入层在所述主体的两个开口端处连接到所述上部和下部上。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空包装袋,其特征在于:所述每个带压纹的插入层在其外端连接到所述主体上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的真空包装袋,其特征在于:所述每个带压纹的插入层的宽度是所述主体的宽度的一半或更小。
4.如权利要求1所述的真空包装袋,其特征在于:所述每个带压纹的插入层由容易连接到所述主体上的材料制成。
5.如权利要求4所述的真空包装袋,其特征在于:所述的每个带压纹的插入层由聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯或者聚丙烯制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的真空包装袋,其特征在于:在所述主体的一个表面上印有日历以表明包装食物时的日期。
