Description

用于待装配基板的带有数个运输段的装配设备
本发明涉及一种用于以电气元件装配基板的装配设备,其中,该基板在上平面的至少一个运输段上可输往一个装配位置并可从该处输出,并且其中,在该运输段的下方设有用于基板的附加传送段的安装位置。
例如通过WO99/59389 A已公开一种这类装配设备。根据该文献,附加的传送段将长的装配线分成数个段,在每个段中都可完整地进行印刷电路板的装配。此处规定,在一个装配段之下引入一个附加的装配面,两个并列于该装配面上的传送段用于将基板输往这些分段中,或者用于将装配完成的基板从这些分段中输出。在这些分段的前面和后面都设有转移机构,通过该转移机构可在不同的段之间传送基板。这意味着该转移机构不但必须能沿高度运动,而且也必须能侧向运动,这便与相对较高的驱动和输送费用相关联。
尤其是在宽印刷电路板的情况下,必须提供用于两个传送段的安装宽度,该宽度将导致装配设备结构宽度的增加,并由此增加占用面积。从而也增加了安装区和外周准备的电气元件供给装置之间的距离。装配头的运动路径相应变大,导致装配效率下降。
本发明的任务是减小所需的空间及设备成本。通过将两个传送段设置在两个垂直叠置的面上,转移机构只须沿一个方向移动,从而降低结构成本。由于作为平的印刷电路板的基板通常具有低的结构高度,故传送段之间的间距可保持得较小,从而该运动路径比在横向运动的情况短得多。用于该转移段的安装宽度几乎可减半,由此装配设备的结构可设计得相应紧凑。
本发明的优选的改进形式从从属权利要求中得出:
不同段之间的短高度间隔导致短的运动路径,从而按权利要求2的转移机构可在不同的面之间快速运动。
通过按权利要求3的改进形式可使翻转的基板在装配设备内以节省空间的方式送回到装配线的始端,并且再次经过该装配线而装配第二基板面。
通过按权利要求4的改进形式可使包括回运段在内的所有传送段以一种一致的紧凑结构组合起来,并被转移机构操纵。此处对于回运段而言只需一个附加的传送段,并只需将该转移机构的升程增加一点点。
通过按权利要求5所述的横向连接件可将该装配设备的机架稳定在装配面旁边,从而即使在运输段有相对较大的自由空间的情况也不会给装配精度带来影响。同时,该横向连接件可作为用于该运输段的支承机构。
按权利要求6所述的机架形式可产生一种简单的、可通过铸造技术容易制造的、具有高刚性和抗振强度的结构。
按权利要求7所述的检查孔允许在故障情况下接触传送段。
按权利要求8和9所述的支架允许从外部安装该传送段,包括所有的驱动机构、调整机构和控制机构。这实现了一种完全预制的传送模式,这种模式可以以简单的方式推入自由空间中。此处有利的是,支承轴承设置在该装配设备的两端侧,从而该支架可固定在易于接触的位置上。
按权利要求10的支架的通道状横截面在低生产成本的情况下实现了一种形状稳定的支承结构。
下面将根据附图所示的一个实施例对本发明进行更为详细的说明。
图1示意地表示了两个具有转移装置的、直接彼此跟随的装配设备的纵剖视图;
图2为通过根据图1的装配设备的横剖视图。
根据图1和2,在两个彼此跟随的装配设备1的两侧均设有转移装置2,转移装置2具有可沿其高度移动的、用于基板4的转移机构3。该装配设备1在一个上装配平面上具有一个运输段5,在该运输段的中间区域处设有一个装配位置6,在该装配位置上方,一个装配头7可沿两个坐标方向运动。该装配头7用于从供给装置9处取得电气元件8并将其置于基板4上。
该装配设备1具有一个机架10,其位于运输段5的下方,为矩形管状横截面结构的机架件11。这个在两端开口的机架件11构成一个具有用于传送段13的安装位置的自由空间12,这些传送段13垂直位于运输段5的下方并与之平行伸展。转移机构3可沿垂直方向在运输段5和传送段13之间运动,并能将基板4输入各种段中或将其从中输出。
设定有三个上下叠置的传送段,其中最上面的一个用于未经装配的基板的输入段,中间的一个作为完成装配的基板4的输出段,而最下面的一个作为一面完成装配的基板4的回运段,该回运段可将该基板翻转地运入运输段5中以装配第二基板面。
机架件11具有一个侧面检查孔14,在故障情况下通过该孔可以接触到传送段13的内段部。传送段13保持在一个弯曲成U形的支架14中,该支架与预安装好的传送段13一起可被纵向推入自由空间12中。该支架14固定在位于机架10的两个端侧上的支承轴承15上。运输段5设在管状机架件11的上侧上,从而该上管壁位于该运输段5和处于其下的传送段13之间。

Claims (10)

1.用于以电气元件(8)装配基板(4)的装配设备(1),其中,基板(4)在一个上平面的至少一个运输段(5)上可输往一个装配位置(6)并可从该处输出,并且其中,在运输段(5)的下方设定有用于基板的附加传送段(13)的安装位置,其特征在于,该用于传送段(13)的安装位置设置在至少两个上下叠置的传送面上。
2.按权利要求1所述的装配设备,其特征在于,一条带有数个用于基板(4)的装配设备(1)的装配线分成数个分段,在每个分段中都可全面地装配基板(4),并且具有转移机构(3)的转移装置(2)设置在至少每个分段的两侧上,该用于基板的转移机构(3)可在不同的段之间垂直运动。
3.特别按权利要求1或2所述的带有一个用于一面完成装配的基板的回运段的装配设备,其特征在于,在该运输段的下方设定有一个用于一个用作该回运段的传送段的安装位置。
4.按权利要求1、2或3所述的装配设备,其特征在于,设定有至少两个用于上下叠置的安装位置的传送平面,其中一个平面用于容纳向前运输的传送段,另一平面用于容纳用作回运段的传送段(13)。
5.特别如上述权利要求中任一项所述的装配设备,其中,至少一个用于基板的一个传送段的安装位置设置于在装配位置上方伸展的运输段的下方,其特征在于,在运输段(5)和传送段(13)之间设置该装配设备(1)的一个机架(10)的横向连接件,并且在该横向连接件的下方形成至少一个用于该传送段的纵向贯通的自由空间(12)。
6.按权利要求5所述的装配设备,其特征在于,该装配设备(1)具有一个沿传送方向伸展的管状机架件(11),其空腔构成该自由空间(12);该机架件(11)的一个上管壁构成该横向连接件;该运输段(5)设置在该上管壁上。
7.按权利要求6所述的装配设备,其特征在于,该机架件(11)具有至少一个位于纵向侧的检查孔(16)。
8.按权利要求6或7所述的装配设备,其特征在于,该机架件(11)具有用于一个支架(14)的支承轴承(15),该传送段(13)可固定在该支架(14)上。
9.按权利要求8所述的装配设备,其特征在于,支架(14)连同固定在其上的传送段(13)可沿运输方向推入该自由空间(12)中。
10.按权利要求8或9所述的装配设备,其特征在于,该支架(14)包括一个通道状的、弯成U形的支承板。
