一种即食腐竹,成品为淡黄色软化条状物。它选用无虫蛀、无霉变的干腐竹浸入洁净水与二氧化氯杀菌剂配成的浓度为200ppm的溶液中,在密封条件下,常温浸泡15小时左右,进行软化处理。捞出控干,在无菌条件下,进行真空塑料袋包装即成。食用时即开即食。常温下可贮存45天左右,冷贮90天左右。无虫蛀霉变现象。包装运输不怕挤压碰撞。

即食腐竹
本发明专利涉及一种即食腐竹,尤其是食用时不用浸泡,即开即食,是适合饭店及家庭食用快捷食品。成品为淡黄色软化条状物。
通常的食用腐竹都是干品,食用时需要一定时间的浸泡,在急用时甚是不便。并且运输时易碎,贮存时易受潮、易虫蛀、易霉变,给商家及用户带来诸多不便。
本发明专利的目的就是提供一种方便易用的即食腐竹,食用前不用浸泡,即开即食,省时便当。而且运输方便,免去易碎之忧。
本发明专利的目的是这样实现的,选用无虫蛀、无霉变的优质干腐竹,将其浸入洁净水与二氧化氯杀菌剂配成的浓度为200ppm的溶液中,在密封条件下,常温浸泡15小时左右,进行软化外理。然后捞出控干,在无菌环境下,用真空包装机进行分量包装。包装前,包装塑料袋内加入适量浓度为50ppm的二氧化氯杀菌剂溶液。这样制作出的成品在冷藏(0-10℃)条件下,放置48小时即可。这样制出的即食腐竹在常温条件下可贮存45天,在冷藏条件下可达90天。决无虫蛀、霉变之忧。

1、一种即食腐竹,其特征是:采用真空塑料袋包装的淡黄色软化条状物。
2、根据权利要求1所述即食腐竹,其特征是:其包装采用专用塑料袋,在无菌环境下,进行真空包装。
3、根据权利要求1所述即食腐竹,其特征是:将无虫蛀、无霉变的干腐竹浸入洁净水与二氧化氯杀菌剂配成的浓度为200ppm的溶液中在密封条件下,常温浸泡15小时左右,进行软化。
