Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗支气管疾病的药物，它是以枇杷叶、罂粟壳、百部、麻黄、桔梗、薄荷脑、蔗糖粉为原料，按照苗医药理论进行组方，利用各组分的综合作用治疗支气管疾病，本发明对人体无毒副作用，具有养阴润肺，止咳止痒化痰，定喘、提高人体免疫力、预防感冒等作用。对慢性支气管炎及支气管哮喘等有显著的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗支气管疾病的药物，具体来说涉及一种以中草药为原料制备的中成药。
背景技术
临床上气管炎、哮喘的病人很多，据统计我国气管炎哮喘的平均发病率超过10％。支气管哮喘的诱发因素很多，主要有特异性过敏原(如花粉类、尘土、牛奶、蛋等蛋白质及鱼、虾、蟹等海鲜等异性蛋白食物；青霉素、头孢霉素、螺旋霉素、阿斯匹林、酒精以及沥青涂料等职业性接触也可成为特异性过敏原)、非特异性因素(如：冷空气、工业气体、香料等)、呼吸道感染、气候、精神因素等。虽然气管炎、哮喘病形成的原因是多种多样的，但主要原因是感冒。随着时间的推移，感冒次数增加，抵抗力越来越差，反复感冒(感染)反复加重，形成恶性循环，使患者免疫防御机能减弱，不能抵御气温的改变与外界感染因素而使体质不断衰退，最后形成肺气肿、肺心病，使人的心、肝、脾、肺、肾的功能统遭破坏。目前西医是针对临床症状用药，只能缓解症状，不能根治，患者不得不长期服用，从而造成内分泌紊乱等副作用，同时也得承受经济上的压力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有止咳化痰、降气平喘、保护心脏、增强人体抵抗力、预防感冒的支气管疾病治疗剂。
本发明的解决方案是基于苗医药理论对支气管疾病机理的认识及治疗原则，参考现代医药药理研究成就，筛选出天然的可食用的植物药，按照苗医药理论进行组方制成。
本发明的药物是由下述重量配比的组分制成的：(用量为重量份)
枇杷叶 5～17 罂粟壳 4～12 百部 1～5
麻黄 1～5 桔梗 1～4 薄荷脑 0.01～0.05
蔗糖粉 70～120
制备本发明的药物配方优选重量(份)配比范围是：
枇杷叶 8～14 罂粟壳 6～10 百部 2～4
麻黄 2～4 桔梗 1～3 薄荷脑 0.01～0.04
蔗糖粉 80～110
制备本发明的药物配方的最佳重量(份)配比是：
枇杷叶 11 罂粟壳 8 百部 3
麻黄 3 桔梗 2 薄荷脑 0.03
蔗糖粉 95
将上述各组分制成本发明药物的生产方法是：
1、将枇杷叶、罂粟壳、百部、麻黄、桔梗加水5倍量煎煮2次，每次2小时，合并煎液，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至200C时相对密度为1.26～1.30的稠膏，加入蔗糖粉，混匀，制粒，干燥；
2、将薄荷脑用少许无水乙醇溶解，喷入上述上述颗粒中，混匀，装袋，即得本发明药物。
本发明可用一般常规制剂方法制成片剂、冲剂等剂型。
本发明的药物，选用天然植物药为原料，利用各组分的综合作用治疗支气管疾病，对人体无毒副作用，且价格低廉。具有养阴润肺，止咳止痒化痰，定喘、提高人体免疫力等作用。对慢性支气管炎及支气管哮喘，临床疗效显著，治愈率高，长期疗效好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按下述配比称取原料：
枇杷叶 110g 罂粟壳 80g 百部 30g
麻黄 30g 桔梗 20g 薄荷脑 0.3g
蔗糖粉 950g
生产方法如下：将枇杷叶、罂粟壳、百部、麻黄、桔梗加水5倍量煎煮2次，每次2小时，合并煎液，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至20℃时相对密度为1.26～1.30的稠膏，加入蔗糖粉，混匀，制粒，干燥；将薄荷脑用少许无水乙醇溶解，喷入上述颗粒中，混匀，装袋。每袋5g，用开水冲服，一次5g，一日3次。
实施例2
按下述配比称取原料：
枇杷叶 50g 罂粟壳 40g 百部 10g
麻黄 10g 桔梗 10g 薄荷脑 0.2g
蔗糖粉 700g
生产方法如下：将枇杷叶、罂粟壳、百部、麻黄、桔梗加水5倍量煎煮2次，每次2小时，合并煎液，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至20℃时相对密度为1.26～1.30的稠膏，加入蔗糖粉，混匀，制粒，干燥；将薄荷脑用少许无水乙醇溶解，喷入上述颗粒中，混匀，装袋。每袋5g，用开水冲服，一次5g，一日3次。
实施例3

枇杷叶 170g 罂粟壳 120g 百部 50g
麻黄 50g 桔梗 40g 薄荷脑 0.4
蔗糖粉 1100g
生产方法如下：将枇杷叶、罂粟壳、百部、麻黄、桔梗加水5倍量煎煮2次，每次2小时，合并煎液，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至20℃时相对密度为1.26～1.30的稠膏，加入蔗糖粉，混匀，制粒，干燥；将薄荷脑用少许无水乙醇溶解，喷入上述颗粒中，混匀，装袋。每袋5g，用开水冲服，一次5g，一日3次。

1、一种治疗支气管疾病的药物，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的组分制成的：
枇杷叶 5～17 罂粟壳 4～12 百部 1～5
麻黄 1～5 桔梗 1～4 薄荷脑 0.01～0.05
蔗糖粉 70～120
