Abstract

本发明涉及游泳、潜水和冲浪镜及其制作工艺，镜主体由镜框、镜片及连接带构成，其特征在于：所说的镜片与镜框是采用高强度PC+硅胶材料一次共注成型构成主体。镜主体的制作工艺是：将PC镜片放在软面罩型腔内，注入软性面罩硅胶材料，注射温度控制在250度以下，射胶压力控制在50T/cm2。上述的镜主体为一次共注产品，从而不仅简化了生产工艺，而且还有效增加了密封防漏强度，使本发明在简化生产工艺的同时，达到了百分之百防漏气，防漏水效果。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及体育用具，尤其一种游泳、潜水和冲浪镜及其制作工艺。
背景技术
现有的潜水镜和冲浪镜、游泳镜，其主体一般由外框、软面罩镜片、压片框四部分构成。软面罩多采用PVC、TPR或硅胶原料组成，镜片多采用PC或钢化玻璃组成。生产时需经过复杂、繁锁的多部件，必须用工作熟练技巧装配工艺完成，并且产品在生产完成之后不能保证绝对百分之百不漏水不漏气，产品出厂时还需要进行较长时间的密封性压力检验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服以上不足，提供一种产品一次共注成型，简化生产工艺，增加密封防漏强度，达到百分之百不漏气、不漏水的游泳、潜水和冲浪镜及其制作工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是：镜主体由镜框、镜片及连接带构成，其特征是：所说的镜主体的镜片与镜框是采用高强度PC+硅胶材料一次共注成型构成主体。
镜主体的制作工艺是：将PC镜片放在软面罩模具型腔内，注入软性面罩硅胶材料(高强度接合共注材料)，注射温度控制在200-250度以上，射胶压力控制在40-50T/cm2。
本发明的优点如下：
(1)牢固性：由于镜主体是经注射、加温、保压、开模一次成型制造，镜片和软面罩接合非常牢固，在使用和碰撞时绝不会脱落；
(2)密封性：由于本发明的镜片，硅胶是一次共注接合，在游泳、潜水、冲浪时，保证眼镜百分之百不漏水、不漏气；
(3)简单性：由于镜主体采用一次成型的制作工艺，简化了以往复杂的生产工艺及出厂时长时间的防漏试验。

具体实施方式
如图1所示：由镜框1、镜片2、调节扣3、连接带4构成。本发明的镜主体由镜框1、镜片2组合构成，其中镜片2与镜框1是采用高强度PC+硅胶材料一次共注成型构成主体。
本发明的制作工艺是：将PC镜片放在软面罩模具型腔内，放入软性面罩硅胶材料(高强度接合共注材料)。注射温度控制在250度以下，射胶压力控制在50T/cm2。本发明经过注射、加温、保压、开模连续的工艺流程，使产品的整个镜体接合牢固而且不变形。

Claims (3)

1、一种游泳、潜水和冲浪镜及其制作工艺，镜主体由镜框(1)、镜片(2)及连接带(4)构成，其特征在于：所说的镜片(2)与镜框(1)是采用高强度PC+硅胶材料一次共注成型构成主体。
2、一种如权利要求1的制作工艺，其特征在于：将PC镜片放在软面罩模具型腔内，注入软性面罩硅胶材料(高强度接合共注材料)，注射温度控制在200至250度以下，射胶压力控制在40至50T/cm2。
3、根据权利要求2所述的制作工艺，其特征在于：所说的注射温度是250度，射胶压力是50T/cm2。
