Abstract

本发明涉及游泳、潜水和冲浪镜及其制作工艺,镜主体由镜框、镜片及连接带构成,其特征在于:所说的镜片与镜框是采用高强度聚碳酸酯与硅胶材料混合一次共注成型构成主体。镜主体的制作工艺是:将聚碳酸酯与硅胶材料混合镜片放在软面罩型腔内,注入软性面罩硅胶材料,注射温度控制在250摄氏度,射胶压力控制在50T/cm2。上述的镜主体为一次共注产品,从而不仅简化了生产工艺,而且还有效增加了密封防漏强度,使本发明在简化生产工艺的同时,达到了百分之百防漏气,防漏水效果。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及体育用具,尤其一种游泳、潜水和冲浪镜及其制作工艺。
背景技术
现有的潜水镜和冲浪镜、游泳镜,其主体一般由外框、软面罩、镜片、压片框四部分构成。软面罩多采用PVC、TPR或硅胶原料组成,镜片多采用聚碳酸脂与硅胶材料混合或钢化玻璃组成。生产时需经过复杂、繁锁的多部件,必须用工作熟练技巧装配工艺完成,并且产品在生产完成之后不能保证绝对百分之百不漏水不漏气,产品出厂时还需要进行较长时间的密封性压力检验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克脑以上不足,提供一种产品一次共注成型,简化生产工艺,增加密封防漏强度,达到百分之百不漏气、不漏水的游泳、潜水和冲浪镜及其制作工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是:镜主体由镜框、镜片及连接带构成,其特征是:所说的镜主体的镜片与镜框是采用高强度聚碳酸脂与硅胶材料混合一次共注成型构成主体。
镜主体的制作工艺是:将聚碳酸脂与硅胶材料混合镜片放在软面罩模具型腔内,注入软性面罩硅胶材料,注射温度控制在200-250度,射胶压力控制在40-50T/cm2
本发明的优点如下:
(1)牢固性:由于镜主体是经注射、加温、保压、开模一次成型制造,镜片和软面罩接合非常牢固,在使用和碰撞时绝不会脱落;
(2)密封性:由于本发明的镜片,硅胶是一次共注接合,在游泳、潜水、冲浪时,保证眼镜百分之百不漏水、不漏气;
(3)简单性:由于镜主体采用一次成型的制作工艺,简化了以往复杂的生产工艺及出厂时长时间的防漏试验。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:由镜框1、镜片2、调节扣3、连接带4构成。本发明的镜主休由镜框1、镜片2组合构成,其中镜片2与镜框1是采用高强度聚碳酸脂与硅胶材料混合一次共注成型构成主体。
本发明的制作工艺是:将聚碳酸脂与硅胶材料混合镜片放在软面罩模具型腔内,放入软性面罩硅胶材料(高强度接合共注材料)。注射温度控制在250度。射胶压力控制在50T/cm2。本发明经过注射、加温、保压、开模连续的工艺流程,使产品的整个镜体接合牢固而且不变形。

Claims (3)

1、一种游泳、潜水和冲浪镜,镜主体由镜框(1)、镜片(2)及连接带(4)构成,其特征在于:所说的镜片(2)与镜框(1)是采用高强度聚碳酸脂与硅胶材料混合一次共注成型构成主体。
2、一种如权利要求1的镜的制作工艺,其特征在于:将聚碳酸脂与硅胶材料混合镜片放在软面罩模具型腔内,注入软性面罩硅胶材料,注射温度控制在200至250度,射胶压力控制在40至50T/cm2
3、根据权利要求2所述的镜的制作工艺,其特征在于:所说的注射温度是250度,射胶压力是50T/cm2
