Abstract

本发明一种二次射出鼻托眼镜的生产方法及其结构公布了带有鼻托的眼镜的生产工艺方法及其利用该工艺方法制作而成的眼镜结构。1)在眼镜框架模内,将眼镜框架原料在高温液态下一次性注射带有鼻托固定凸块的眼镜框架,冷却成型并修整;2)将成型的眼镜框架的鼻托固定凸块放置在鼻托模对应位置处,进行二次的注射,将高温液态的鼻托原料注射入鼻托模内,使鼻托原料注射在眼镜框架的凸块上,冷却固定成型,形成固定在凸块上的鼻托;3)在镜腿模注射镜腿,冷却成型脱模;4)眼镜框与镜腿组装成品。本发明还公布其方法制作而成的眼睛结构。本发明采用二次注射,使鼻托与眼镜框架形成很好的固定效果,并且节省人工成本,提高效率。

Description

一种二次射出鼻托眼镜的生产方法及其结构
技术领域
本发明属于眼镜领域,主要涉及于带有鼻托眼镜的生产工艺方法及结构。
技术背景
现有技术中,塑料类眼镜框架的鼻托一般都是一体成型在镜框上,材料属性也和镜框是相同的,由于眼镜框对材料属性硬度要高一些,那鼻托的硬度也会高,即导致在佩戴时鼻梁会有压迫感,不舒适,长久佩戴会造成压痕。目前也有鼻托材料属性是软的,佩戴时也会缓解对鼻梁的压迫感,但是鼻托与镜框是分体成型,要通过粘胶水或锁螺丝等方法固定在镜架上,这些方法的弊病是安装复杂,并且非常容易脱落。
发明内容
为了解决现有的眼镜具有上述的不足之处,本发明提供了一种二次射出的鼻托的制作方法和眼镜结构。
一种二次射出鼻托眼镜的生产方法,其特征步骤是:
1)在眼镜框架模内,将眼镜框架原料在高温液态下一次性注射带有鼻托固定凸块的眼镜框架,冷却成型并修整;
2)将成型的眼镜框架的鼻托固定凸块放置在鼻托模对应位置处进行二次注射,将高温液态的鼻托原料注射入鼻托模内,使鼻托原料注射在眼镜框架的凸块上,冷却固定成型,形成固定在凸块上的鼻托;
3)在镜腿模注射镜腿,冷却成型脱模;
4)眼镜框与镜腿组装成品。
上述的眼镜框架原料和鼻托原料的液态温度为150℃-220℃。
上述的固定凸块上至少设置有一个固定孔,在鼻托模内注射鼻托时,鼻托原料注射在眼镜框架的凸块上,挤压进入固定孔内,并包裹着凸块,冷却后形成固定的鼻托,并在鼻托上设置一个或多个透气孔。
上述的固定孔为圆孔、方孔或槽孔。
上述的固定孔为盲孔或通孔。
上述的眼镜框架原料为聚十二内酰胺。
上述的鼻托原料为软质橡胶。
一种上述生产方法制作而成的眼镜结构,包括有眼镜框架和镜腿,所述的眼镜框架的鼻托处,设置有一凸块,该凸块上设有一个或多个固定孔,所述的鼻托包裹在凸块上,并与凸块的固定孔2进行固定,形成一体式结构。
上述的鼻托为软体物质,并在鼻托上设置一个或多个透气孔。
上述的固定孔为穿过凸块两侧的通孔,固定孔为圆孔、方孔或槽孔。
本发明的有益效果
1本发明由于采用二次注射,使鼻托与眼镜框架形成很好的固定效果,并且鼻托上专门设计有透气孔,同时大大的提高了眼镜的舒适度,不仅解决了眼镜鼻托材料硬,佩戴不舒适的问题,同时也解决镜框与鼻托分别用不同材料的粘合问题,并且节省人工成本,提高效率。
2、本发明的凸块上设有多个固定孔,多个固定孔将鼻托和眼睛框架的凸块形成良好的粘合,更有利于加工,避免出现真空,且稳定性能更佳。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例一
本发明的一种二次射出鼻托眼镜的生产方法,其步骤是:
1)在眼镜框架模内,将眼镜框架原料在高温液态下一次性注射带有鼻托固定凸块的眼镜框架,冷却成型并修整;
2)将成型的眼镜框架的鼻托固定凸块放置在鼻托模对应位置处,进行二次的注射,将高温液态的鼻托原料注射入鼻托模内,使鼻托原料注射在眼镜框架的凸块上,冷却固定成型,形成固定在凸块上的鼻托,成型修整;
3)在镜腿模注射镜腿,冷却成型脱模并修整,修整后进行涂装喷漆(或精油):
4)眼镜框与镜腿组装成品。
实施例中,所述的眼镜框架原料为聚十二内酰胺(简称PA12),鼻托原料为软质橡胶。该眼镜框架原料和鼻托原料的液态温度为150℃-220℃。所述的固定凸块1上设有三个固定孔2,在鼻托模内注射鼻托时,鼻托原料注射在眼镜框架的凸块1上,挤压进入固定孔2内,并包裹住凸块1,冷却后形成固定的鼻托3,所述的固定孔2为圆孔、方孔或槽孔,该固定孔2还可以为盲孔或通孔。
本发明的特点是眼镜框架4、鼻托3和镜腿5分开不同模具射出(即不同模具注塑成型),首先,在眼镜框架模先射出眼镜框架4,同时在眼镜框架4的鼻托3位置设有鼻托3的凸块1,该凸块1作为鼻托3的内芯,并在凸块1上设有三个固定孔2。其次,将眼镜框架4的凸块1放置在鼻托模相应位置,在鼻托模内射出液态鼻托原料,鼻托原料的软材料HA60橡胶在高温射出时会有很好的流动性,会穿过并融入眼镜框架凸块1的固定孔2进行粘合固定,具体的说,所述的鼻托原料在高温液态下会流入并穿过凸块1的固定孔2通孔,如图4中标记6所示,使鼻托原料在冷却后与凸块1形成一体式结构,同时鼻托的软材料HA60橡胶在凝固后具有良好的粘性,包住眼镜框架4的凸块1,同时与眼镜框架凸块1的外表面连接位置紧密粘合,达到美观的效果。
一种上述二次射出方法制作而成的眼镜结构,如图1至图4所示的眼镜结构,包括有眼镜框架4和镜腿5,所述的眼镜框架4的鼻托3处,设置有一凸块1,该凸块1上设有三个固定孔2,所述的鼻托3包裹在凸块1上,并与凸块1的固定孔2进行固定,形成一体式结构。所述的鼻托为软体物质;固定孔2为穿过凸块1两侧的通孔,该通孔可为圆孔、方孔或槽孔,为了使鼻托3更稳固的固定在凸块1上,该凸块1可设置成上端大,下端小的结构,即上部分大,下部(根部)小,使其固定性能更好,稳定性能更强,不易脱落。
实施例二
参照图5和图7所示的眼镜结构,本实施例的特点是:所述的固定凸块1上设有一个固定孔2,该固定孔2为设在眼镜框架凸块1上的槽孔,在鼻托3上设置有一个或多个透气孔7。其余同上实施例。
本发明揭示了一种二次射出鼻托的眼镜,首先射出眼镜框架,在射出时预留鼻托3的内芯(该内芯为凸块1)和内芯的槽孔2,再第二次射出鼻托3,鼻托3的材料在射出时会穿过固定孔2,达到不会脱落下来的目的,同时鼻托3的材料的粘性会包住鼻托的凸块1,使凸块1与眼镜框架4表面的连接位置具有良好的粘合,达到美观的效果,同时在鼻托3上设置有一个或多个透气孔7,以可增加佩戴的舒适性。

Claims (9)

1.一种二次射出鼻托眼镜的生产方法,其特征步骤是:
1)在眼镜框架模内,将眼镜框架原料在高温液态下一次性注射带有鼻托固定凸块的眼镜框架,冷却成型并修整;
2)将成型的眼镜框架的鼻托固定凸块放置在鼻托模对应位置处,进行二次的注射,将高温液态的鼻托原料注射入鼻托模内,使鼻托原料注射在眼镜框架的凸块上,冷却固定成型,形成固定在凸块上的鼻托,所述的鼻托原料为软质橡胶;
3)在镜腿模注射镜腿,冷却成型脱模;
4)眼镜框与镜腿组装成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种二次射出鼻托眼镜的生产方法,其特征是:所述的眼镜框架原料和鼻托原料的液态温度为150℃-220℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种二次射出鼻托眼镜的生产方法,其特征是:所述的固定凸块(1)上至少设置有一个固定孔(2),在鼻托模内注射鼻托时,鼻托原料注射在眼镜框架的凸块(1)上,挤压进入固定孔(2)内,并包裹着凸块(1),冷却后形成固定的鼻托(3),并在鼻托(3)上设有一个或多个透气孔(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种二次射出鼻托眼镜的生产方法,其特征是:所述的固定孔(2)为圆孔、方孔或槽孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种二次射出鼻托眼镜的生产方法,其特征是:所述的固定孔(2)为盲孔或通孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种二次射出鼻托眼镜的生产方法,其特征是:所述的眼镜框架原料为聚十二内酰胺。
7.一种以权利要求1至6任一的生产方法制作而成的眼镜结构,包括有眼镜框架(4)和镜腿(5),其特征是:所述的眼镜框架(4)的鼻托(3)处,设置有一凸块(1),该凸块(1)上设有一个或多个固定孔(2),所述的鼻托(3)包裹在凸块(1)上,并与凸块(1)的固定孔(2)进行固定,形成一体式结构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的眼镜结构, 其特征是:所述的鼻托(3)为软体物质,并在鼻托(3)上有一个或多个透气孔(7)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的眼镜结构, 其特征是:所述的固定孔(2)为穿过凸块(1)两侧的通孔,固定孔(2)为圆孔、方孔或槽孔。
