一种一体成型双层眼镜的制作方法,其步骤如下:设计模具—制作模具—调试模具—参数调整—注塑—折弯—手工表面处理—打标识—割镜片—上镜片—校架—清洗—检验—包装入库,所述步骤1中的一体框双注塑模具为一体成型眼镜脚未折弯的模具;所述步骤5中的两种材料分别为:硬性材料和软性材料;所述步骤6中的折弯是先通过热风100~150°吹风10~20s,通过气压0.4~0.6mPa,通过气缸往下压形成推动,通过在空气中吹气冷却成型;通过新的制作工艺的导入,模具变简单了,大大的减少了模具的成本,可以达到双注塑要求,制作出来的成品可以符合儿童的佩戴要求,同时可以提高注塑效率,加快生产速度,降低人工成本。

Description

一种一体成型双层眼镜的制作方法 技术领域
本发明属于眼镜制造领域,涉及一种一体成型双层眼镜的制作方法。
背景技术
眼镜通常由眼镜框、眼镜脚和眼镜片组成,具有矫正视力或保护眼睛的作用,随着近视、远视人数不断的上升、各种装饰眼镜的流行,眼镜越来越成为人们生活的必需品,人们对眼镜的美观性、方便性和佩戴的舒适性等要求也越来越高。
现有市场上的眼镜,眼镜框和眼镜脚之间一般采用铰链螺钉相连接。眼镜脚一般呈杆状,眼镜脚的作用一般也仅仅局限在与鼻托相配合固定眼镜框用,而现有技术如果要制作眼镜脚和眼镜框为一体成型的,需要先设计制作出一体成型的眼镜模具(如图1所示),而这种模具非常大,又复杂,制作一体成型的眼镜模具成本支出需要在5万元一副,成本高,而且在眼镜注塑时只能一种材料注塑,而不能采用两种材料在双色注塑机上同时注塑,眼镜一种材料的注塑只能是注塑一般普通的框架硬质材料,注塑出来的眼镜为刚性较硬,这种注塑出来的眼镜不能满足儿童佩戴要求。
发明内容
根据现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种一体成型双层眼镜的制作方法,通过本发明的技术方案,可以有效的节约生产时间、提高生产效率,降低生产成本,同时,还可以达到双注塑要求,以符合儿童眼镜的佩戴要求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种一体成型双层眼镜的制作方法,其步骤如下:
(1)设计模具:设计出一体框双注塑模具;
(2)制作模具:将设置好一体框双注塑模具制作出来;
(3)调试模具:将制作好的模具进行反复的调模与试模,达到标准后再进行下一步的安装;
(4)参数调整:将调试好的模具安装在注塑机台上进行参数调整,调整到一体框双注塑模具注塑时所需要的参数大小即可;
(5)注塑:将调整好参数的一体框双注塑模具放在双色注塑机上进行两种材料注塑;
(6)折弯:将注塑好的眼镜框架固定在打弯设备上的夹具上进行折弯;
(7)手工表面处理:将折弯好的眼镜半成品进行胶口打磨、合磨线打磨;
(8)打标识:将装配好的半成品印上型号、规格的标识;
(9)割镜片:根据眼镜框的规格大小进行镜片割切;
(10)上镜片:将割切好与眼镜框相对应的镜片安装在眼框上;
(11)校架:将上好镜片的眼镜框进行调整校架;
(12)清洗:对校架好镜片的成品进行表面污染物进行清洗;
(13)检验:查看清洗完成的成品是否合格;
(14)包装入库:将检验合格的成品进行包装入库。
所述步骤(1)中的一体框双注塑模具为一体成型眼镜脚未折弯的模具;
所述步骤(5)中的两种材料分别为:硬性材料和软性材料。
所述步骤(6)中的折弯是先通过热风100~150°吹风10~20s,通过气压0.4~0.6mPa,通过气缸往下压形成推动,通过在空气中吹气冷却成型。
本发明的有益效果:通过新的制作工艺的导入,模具变简单了,制作模具成本在1.5万左右,大大的减少了模具的成本,可以达到双注塑要求,制作出来的成品可以符合儿童的佩戴要求,同时可以提高注塑效率,加快生产速度,降低人工成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
一种一体成型双层眼镜的制作方法,其步骤如下:
(1)设计模具:设计出一体框双注塑模具;
(2)制作模具:将设置好一体框双注塑模具制作出来;
(3)调试模具:将制作好的模具进行反复的调模与试模,达到标准后再进行下一步的安装;
(4)参数调整:将调试好的模具安装在注塑机台上进行参数调整,调整到一体框双注塑模具注塑时所需要的参数大小即可;
(5)注塑:将调整好参数的一体框双注塑模具放在双色注塑机上进行两种材料注塑;
(6)折弯:将注塑好的眼镜框架固定在打弯设备上的夹具上进行折弯;
(7)手工表面处理:将折弯好的眼镜半成品进行胶口打磨、合磨线打磨;
(8)打标识:将装配好的半成品印上型号、规格的标识;
(9)割镜片:根据眼镜框的规格大小进行镜片割切;
(10)上镜片:将割切好与眼镜框相对应的镜片安装在眼框上;
(11)校架:将上好镜片的眼镜框进行调整校架;

  1. 一种一体成型双层眼镜的制作方法,其步骤如下:
    (1)设计模具:设计出一体框双注塑模具;
    (2)制作模具:将设置好一体框双注塑模具制作出来;
    (3)调试模具:将制作好的模具进行反复的调模与试模,达到标准后再进行下一步的安装;
    (4)参数调整:将调试好的模具安装在注塑机台上进行参数调整,调整到一体框双注塑模具注塑时所需要的参数大小即可;
    (5)注塑:将调整好参数的一体框双注塑模具放在双色注塑机上进行两种材料注塑;
    (6)折弯:将注塑好的眼镜框架固定在打弯设备上的夹具上进行折弯;
    (7)手工表面处理:将折弯好的眼镜半成品进行胶口打磨、合磨线打磨;
    (8)打标识:将装配好的半成品印上型号、规格的标识;
    (9)割镜片:根据眼镜框的规格大小进行镜片割切;
