背景技术    目前方面上销售的各种调味料、香料,大多是单一品种,用户必须购买多种的单一品种调料,在烹饪时进行随机调配,由于原料主次不分,调料配比或多或少,造成食品色、香、味相差甚大,造成没有各自的特色,调味功能不够理想的问题。
发明内容    本发明提供一种煲汤调料,以解决调料组合不好控制和特色不鲜明的问题。本发明采取的技术方案是:茴香2~5份,干姜1~3份,白胡椒0.5~0.8份,草蔻1~3份,三奈1~3份,白蔻1~3份,花椒1~3份,八角0.5~0.8份,丁香0.5~0.8份。
本发明的优点在于配方新颖,选料容易,能去除汤中的各种肉类原料的腥味、膻味;能使汤中的原料提香;增进食用者的食欲,开胃提神,增进新陈代谢,消除疲劳。
