Abstract

本发明提供的一次性内衣,其形状与平常穿着的一次性内衣相似,可减少手术前患者的不快感、不安感,并且护士或医生容易将其脱下。将前身和后身重合,在左右两侧缘部的至少一方设置接合部,形成腰围开口部和腿围开口部。另外,在腰围开口部附近备有系紧部件。在系紧部件与接合部之间,形成前后身的非接合区域。

一次性内衣
技术领域
本发明涉及在医院等做手术前患者穿的内衣，特别涉及下半身穿的内衣。
背景技术
已往，进行手术等医疗处置的患者穿的一次性内衣，有称为T字带的裤衩状内衣。该T字带，在两侧端有细绳，穿着时系结该细绳，在手术前，护士和医生解开结，进行手术。
但是，上述的T字带，从外观看，与其说是内衣，不如说更像束带或尿布的形状，使患者产生不快感或不安感。另外，在手术前，护士和医生要解开结，比较麻烦。
发明目的
本发明是鉴于上述问题而作出的，其目的在于提供一种一次性内衣，该一次性内衣，与平常使用的内衣形状相似，可减轻手术前患者的不快感、不安感，并且护士和医生可容易地脱下。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的，本发明的一次性内衣，其特征在于，将前身和后身重合，在左右两侧缘部的至少一方设置接合部，形成腰围开口部和腿围开口部。另外，在腰围开口部附近备有系紧部件。在上述系紧部件与接合部之间形成前后身的非接合区域。
上述构成的本发明一次性内衣，其整体形状与平常使用的内衣相似，所以，可减少手术前患者的不快感、不安感。另外，在手术前，由护士或医生脱下时，只要将手指插入非接合区域，就可简单地将其弄破，脱下非常方便。

实施例
下面，说明在医院等手术前患者穿的内衣的实施例。图1和图2是表示本发明第1实施例之一次性内裤构造的立体图，分别表示从前方和后方看的样子。图3是表示图1和图2所示一次性内裤的粘接线位置的平面图(正面图)。图4是表示该一次性内裤要部构造的说明图。
第1实施例之一次性内裤，备有由无纺布构成的前身和后身10、12以及配置在腰围的系紧用绳14。前身10和后身12，是同一形状的无纺布，重叠后由侧缘接合部26R、26L、裆中央接合部30相互接合。另外，也可由前身和后身相连的一片布(无纺布)构成，在中央弯折，将边缘部相互接合。这时，侧缘接合部是一个。
接合部30形成为倒U字形，在其内侧形成缺口24。侧缘接合部26R、26L只形成在前后身侧缘的中央附近。即，从接合部26R、26L的上方到前后身10、12的上端部之间形成不相互接合的非接合部22R、22L。在手术前要弄断(剥开)接合部26R、26L时，可将手指插入非接合部22R、22L。
前后身10、12的上端向外侧弯折而形成管(折返部)20。绳14穿在该管20中。管20的靠前身10侧的中央附近形成开口部21，绳14的左右两端从该开口部21伸出。另外，管20的靠后身12侧的中央附近形成开口部34，该开口部34用于把绳14接合在后身12上。横穿该开口部34的绳14被接合在后身上，形成接合部32。
前后身10、12的上端向外侧折返而形成管(折返部)20。绳14穿过该管20。在管20的靠前身10侧的中央附近形成开口部21，绳14的左右两端从该开口部21伸出。另外，在管20的靠后身12侧的中央附近形成开口部34，该开口部34用于把绳14接合在后身12上。横穿该开口部34的绳14被接合在后身上而形成接合部32。另外，也可以使后身12没有管20，绳14从后身12的上端侧缘伸出，将绳14穿过前身10的管20(图未示)。
接合部26R、26L、30也可将前身10和后身12上下重叠地接合、或者呈合掌型地重叠接合。形成这些接合部26R、26L、30时，例如可用热封、超声波密封等的溶融接合方式。另外，也可以采用热融性粘接剂接合。接合部26R、26L、30的接合形式可以是连续的，也可以是不连续的。
用溶融接合法形成接合部26R、26L、30时，接合线的宽度宜在0.1～15mm的范围，最好在0.5～10mm的范围。如果接合线的宽度在0.1mm以下，则在垂直于布延伸方向的方向上线压增高，溶融接合部分有时会断开。另一方面，如果接合线的宽度在15mm以上，则穿着者有不舒服的感觉。这时因为接合部比非接合部刚性高的原故。接合部的形状可采用线状、波状、锯齿状、格子状等。另外，为了调节垂直于布延伸方向的方向的线压，也可以组合点状图形使用。
采用粘接剂形成接合部26R、26L、30时，最好采用热融性粘接剂接合。涂敷热融性粘接剂的方式可用涂敷摸全面涂敷或条纹状涂敷。可采用凹版涂敷器涂敷成网状图案或点状图案。也可采用焊道涂敷涂敷成线状图案。或用空气调整的螺旋状、波浪状或锯齿状等。
用粘接剂接合时，接合部的宽度最好为1～15mm。如果接合部的宽度在1mm以下，则布(10、12)的接合强度低，使用中容易脱开。
接合部26R、26L、30的接合力，用内衣上下方向的剥开力表示时，最好在0.5N以上、30N以下。如果剥开力在0.5N以下，则在使用中容易剥开，如果在30N以上，则不容易剥开。本发明中设定为，在手术前的通常使用情况下不容易剥开，而在将要手术前护士将其脱下时，比较容易脱下的程度。
如图4(A)所示，接合部26R、26L的位置，从两侧端到横方向内侧的距离D是0.5～30mm左右，最好为1～20mm。如果距离D在0.5mm以下，则上下身10、12不容易剥开，前后身两侧端接触皮肤地有不舒服有感觉。如果距离D在30mm以上，则有损内衣的美观。为了使接合部26R、26L更加容易剥开，也可以如图4(B)所示那样，另外设置捏片38。
腰围部的系紧措施除了用绳14以外，也可以使用拉锁等。
前后身10、12所用的片材可采用由热可塑性纤维形成的纺粘型、射流喷网型、针刺型、融吹型、热粘型、化学粘接型等的无纺布。无纺布的构成纤维可使用聚烯烃类、聚酯类、聚酰胺类的各种纤维，聚乙烯/聚丙烯或聚酯构成的粗细节花色人造长丝型或并列型等的复合纤维。
另外，为了使无纺布具吸汗性，也可以与吸收性纤维混织。吸收性纤维例如有木浆、人造丝、棉、醋酸酯等。为了将接合部溶融接合，最好由10～70％的吸收性纤维和30～90％的热可塑性纤维构成。如果吸收性纤维在10％以下，则吸汗性低，如果在70％以上，则密封性低。
另外，为了防止在穿着该内衣时透出皮肤和阴部，无纺布最好着色成兰色或绿色等较暗的颜色。另外，无纺布的单位面积重量最好在40～100g/m2的范围。如果单位面积重量在40g/m2以下，则即使是着了色的无纺布，也能透过看见皮肤。如果单位面积重量在100g/m2以上，则手感降低，穿着感不好。因此，设定为全光线透过率为60％以下，最好为40％以下。
在穿着本实施例的一次性内衣时，将两脚从腰围开口18伸入，从腿部开口16伸出。接着，把伸出于前身19侧的绳14的端部结扣，将腰围系紧。上了手术台后，护士把手伸入非接合部22R、22L，将接合部26R、26L剥开。然后将接合部30剥开，解除了前身10和后身12的接合后，从非接合部22R、22L捏住绳14并拉到外面。这样，前身10被从手术台上的患者身上完全取下。另外，也可以将解开绳14的动作与剥开接合部26R、26L的动作顺序反过来进行。
图5是表示本发明第2实施例之一次性内裤构造的分解正面图。本实施例的一次性内裤，是把同一形状的前后身40、42重合而构成的。前后身40、42的材质(无纺布)可采用与上述第1实施例相同的材质，其重复说明从略。系紧腰围的绳状部44R、44L从后身40上端部的左右侧缘部延伸。同样地，系紧腰围的绳状部48R、48L从前身42上端部的左右侧缘部延伸。
把前身40、后身42重合后，由侧缘接合部56R、56L和裆中央接合部50相互接合。另外，也可以由前身和后身相连的一片布(无纺布)构成，在中央弯折，将边缘部相互接合。这时，侧缘接合部是一个。
接合部50形成为倒U字形，在其内侧形成缺口54。侧缘接合部56R、56L只形成在前后身侧缘的一部分(下方)上。即，从接合部56R、56L的上方到绳状部44R、44L(48R、48L)之间形成非接合部52R、52L。在手术前，要弄破(剥开)接合部56R、56L时，可将手指插入非接合部52R、52L。
在穿着本实施例的一次性内衣时，将两脚从腰围开口48伸入，从腿部开口46伸出。接着，把从前身40右缘部延伸的绳状部44R和从后身42右缘部延伸的绳状部48R结上。同样地，把从前身40右缘部延伸的绳状部44R和从后身42右缘部延伸的绳状部48R结上。上了手术台后，护士把手伸入非接合部52R、52L，将接合部56R、56L剥开。然后将接合部50剥开，解除了前身40和后身42的接合后，将绳状部44R与48R的结扣、以及绳状部44L与48L的结扣解开。这样，前身40被从手术台上的患者身上完全取下。另外，也可以将解开绳状部的动作与剥开接合部56R、56L的动作顺序反过来进行。
上面，说明了本发明的实施例，但本发明并不限于实施例。在权利要求所示的技术范围内，可作适当变更。
如上所述，根据本发明提供的一次性内衣，由于与平常穿着的内衣形状相似，可减少手术前患者的不快感、不安感。另外，在手术前，由护士或医生脱下该内衣时，只要把手指插入非接合区域，就可简单地弄破，所以，可减少脱下时的麻烦。

Claims (9)

1.一次性内衣，其特征在于，将前身和后身重合，在左右两侧缘部的至少一方设置接合部；由上述前身和后身形成腰围开口部和供穿着者腿部伸出的腿围开口部；在上述腰围开口部附近备有用于系紧穿着者腰围的系紧部件；在上述系紧部件与接合部之间形成前后身不接合的非接合区域。
2.如权利要求1所述的一次性内衣，其特征在于，在上述前后身的左右两侧缘形成上述的接合部。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一次性内衣，其特征在于，在上述腿围开口部的中央附近将上述前身后接合。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一次性内衣，其特征在于，上述接合部的接合力在0.5～30N的范围内。
5.如权利要求1所述的一次性内衣，其特征在于，上述系紧部件与前后身形成为一体，是分别从上述接合部侧的上侧缘部朝略水平方向延伸的绳状部件，通过把前后身的相向绳状部件结在一起可系紧腰围开口。
6.如权利要求1所述的一次性内衣，其特征在于，把上述前后身的腰围上缘折返并接合而成为管状，将绳穿过该管构成上述系紧部件。
7.如权利要求1所述的一次性内衣，其特征在于，上述前后身由单位面积重量为40～100g/m2的无纺布构成。
8.如权利要求1所述的一次性内衣，其特征在于，上述前后身由全光线透过率为60％以下的无纺布构成。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的一次性内衣，其特征在于，上述接合部形成在从前后身的侧缘朝着内侧5～30mm的位置。
