Abstract
本发明涉及一种枸杞叶茶,该茶是由枸杞叶和可食用的辅料和/或载体按常规茶的制备工艺制成茶,本发明可补虚益精、清热、止渴、祛风明目、可治虚劳发热、烦渴、目赤昏痛、崩漏带下、热毒疮肿,本发明的原料来源丰富、价格低廉。
Description
本发明涉及一种茶,尤其是一种枸杞叶茶。
茶饮料上市品种可分为三类:(1)纯茶饮料;(2)调味茶饮料;(3)含汽茶饮料。由于茶的保健功能日益深入人心,无任何添加剂的纯天然茶饮料将成为21世纪软饮料市场的主力,并与矿泉水、纯净水和果汁饮料展开激烈竞争。因此加速新香型、新口味茶及茶饮料的开发,将是茶饮料工业未来十年技术创新的主要任务和攻关重点。适应我国广大消费者的新香味纯茶饮料的主要特色是:色泽明亮、香高味醇、茶韵十足、包装素雅,地道的无污染无添加剂。
枸杞叶性味甘平,有清热解毒、明目清肝、抗衰老的作用。枸杞嫩叶自古就被视为保健佳蔬,蔬菜市场上常有枸杞的嫩叶出售,炒熬炝拌均可。如以其喂鸡、兔,可育成药用蛋、兔;《食疗本草》等医书记载:鲜叶可治牙痛、妇女白带、急性结膜炎、痔疮炎肿、腰酸阳萎,以沸水冲泡鲜叶代茶饮,清热除烦解渴。近代医学研究发现:枸杞叶含甜菜碱、芸香甙、Nα-肉桂酰组胺、莨菪亭、香草酸、水杨酸、硫胺素、尼克酸。枸杞叶中含有人体必须的8种氨基酸,在所含的20种氨基酸中均以天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸和脯氨酸的含量较高。枸杞叶中的氨基酸总量比枸杞子中高,各种人体必须氨基酸的含量也较为丰富。由此可见,在氨基酸含量方面枸杞叶有很好的利用价值。近年来国内关于用枸杞叶制作饮品的报道很多,而用枸杞叶作为原料制成枸杞饮料和茶,至今仍未见有文献报道。
本发明的目的是为了提供一种可补虚益精、清热、止渴、祛风明目、可治虚劳发热、烦渴、目赤昏痛、崩漏带下、热毒疮肿、资源丰富、价格低廉的枸杞叶茶。
本发明的目的可通过下述措施来实现:
一种枸杞叶茶是由下述重量百分含量的原料按常规茶饮料的制备工艺制成:枸杞叶1-100%、可食用的辅料和/或载体0-99%。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1、本发明利用枸杞叶直接作茶的原料,充分发挥枸杞叶的药效作用,使本发明具有补虚益精、清热止渴、祛风明目,可防治虚劳发热、烦渴、目赤昏痛、崩漏带下、热毒疮肿之功效。
2、本发明的枸杞叶含有多种氨基酸和维生素及丁二酸、苹果酸等多种有机酸,因而本发明具有调节人体代谢平衡,增强人体免疫功能和抗衰老的保健作用。
3、本发明采用纯天然成份作茶,因而安全可靠,无毒副作用,原料来源丰富,价格低廉,具有很好推广价值。
本发明还将结合实施例作进一步详述:
实施例一:
一种枸杞叶茶是由枸杞叶100%制成绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶、花茶、速溶茶。
其制备工艺是将枸杞鲜叶杀青、揉捻、干燥制成枸杞叶绿茶。
其制备工艺是将枸杞鲜叶萎凋、揉捻、发酵、干燥制成枸杞叶红茶。
其制备工艺是将枸杞鲜叶晾青、晒青、做青、杀青、揉捻、包揉、干燥制成枸杞叶乌龙茶。
其制备工艺是将枸杞鲜叶龙制茶坯、吸香、窨花拌和制成枸杞叶花茶。
其制备工艺是将枸杞鲜叶轧碎、浸提、净化、浓缩、干燥制成枸杞叶速溶茶。
实施例二:
一种枸杞叶茶由枸杞叶50%、金银花30%、大枣20%。其制备工艺将构杞鲜叶、金银花、大枣轧汁后混合制成饮料。
实施例三:
一种枸杞叶茶由枸杞叶90%、当归10%。其制备工艺将枸杞鲜叶、当归提取后、往提取液中加入淀粉和甜味剂制成颗粒冲剂。
实施例四:
一种枸杞叶茶由枸杞叶95%、酒5%。其制备工艺将枸杞鲜叶轧汁后与酒混合制成保健酒。
实施例五:
一种枸杞叶茶由枸杞叶20%、碳酸饮料80%。其制备工艺将枸杞鲜叶轧汁后与碳酸饮料混合后制成碳酸饮料。
Claims (2)
1、一种枸杞叶茶,其特征在于它由下述重量百分含量的原料按常规茶的制备工艺制成:枸杞叶1-10%、可食用的辅料和/或载体0-99%。
2、如权利要求1所述的枸杞叶茶,其特征在于所述的辅料至少为一种保健类中草药。
