背景技术
不仅高的洗净能力而且丰富的泡沫都依赖于洗涤剂,如香波,漂洗液,固体皂,浴液,厨房用洗涤剂,衣服用洗涤剂和住所用洗涤剂。在许多产品中用作主要基料的物质是阴离子表面活性剂,如烷基苯磺酸盐,烷基硫酸盐和聚氧乙烯烷基硫酸盐等。然而,虽然其中任何一种都显示出它的优异洗净能力和起泡能力,问题是,当存在固体物、来自硅氧烷等的油污时,洗净能力和起泡性显著降低。

为了不降低发泡性,R2是具有1-3个碳原子的线性或支链烷基,优选甲基或乙基。甲基是特别优选的。为了不致于降低表面活性性能,R3是具有1-6个碳原子的线性或支化亚烷基或具有2-6个碳原子的线性或支化亚链烯基。它优选是具有2或3个碳原子的线性或支化亚烷基。
该组分(a)的例子包括,例如,N-(2-羟乙基)-N-甲基辛酰胺,N-(2-羟乙基)-N-甲基癸酰胺,N-(2-羟乙基)-N-甲基十二酰胺,N-(2-羟乙基)-N-甲基十四酰胺,N-(2-羟乙基)-N-甲基十六酰胺,N-(2-羟乙基)-N-甲基硬脂酰胺,N-(2-羟乙基)-N-甲基-椰油-脂肪羧酰胺,N-(2-羟乙基)-N-甲基-棕榈仁油-脂肪酰胺,N-(2-羟丙基)-N-乙基十二酰胺,N-乙基-N-(2-羟丙基)油酰胺和N-乙基-N-(2-羟丙基)异硬脂酰胺。
生产组分(a)的方法不是特别限制的。例如,它能够通过脂肪酸或脂肪酸的低级醇酯与链烷醇胺的缩合反应或脱醇反应,脂肪酸卤化物与链烷醇胺在碱性催化剂存在下的反应,以及在脂肪和油和链烷醇胺或其它类似物之间的酯-酰胺交换反应(氨解)来生产。由这类方法获得的产品常常含有少量的脂肪酸、无机盐、甘油等,但是它们基本上不影响产物的性能。
该组分(b)选自分别由以上所述通式(II)和(III)表示的化合物。没有必要是单种,多种物质可以混合使用。
通式(II)和(III)的R1CO-、R2和R3具有与通式(I)的所有那些相同的意义。在各化合物中,R1、R2和R3相互之间可相同或不同。
由通式(II)表示的化合物的例子包括,例如,辛酸N-辛酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,癸酸N-辛酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,十二烷酸N-辛酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,十四烷酸N-辛酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,十六烷酸N-辛酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,十八烷酸N-辛酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,辛酸N-十二烷酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,癸酸N-十二烷酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,十二烷酸N-十二烷酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,十四烷酸N-十二烷酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,十六烷酸N-十二烷酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,十八烷酸N-十二烷酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基酯,辛酸N-十二烷酰基-N-乙基氨基己基酯,癸酸N-十二烷酰基-N-乙基氨基己基酯,十二烷酸N-十二烷酰基-N-乙基氨基己基酯,十四烷酸N-十二烷酰基-N-乙基氨基已基酯,十六烷酸N-十二烷酰基-N-乙基氨基己基酯,十八烷酸N-十二烷酰基-N-乙基氨基己基酯,椰油-脂肪酸(N-椰油基-N-甲基氨基乙基)酯和棕榈仁油脂肪酸(N-棕榈仁油酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基)酯。
由通式(III)表示的化合物的实例,例如,包括辛酸2-(甲基氨基)乙酯,癸酸2-(甲基氨基)乙酯,十二烷酸2-(甲基氨基)乙酯,十四烷酸2-(甲基氨基)乙酯,十六烷酸2-(甲基氨基)乙基酯,十八烷酸2-(甲基氨基)乙基酯,油酸2-(甲基氨基)乙酯,辛酸2-(乙氨基)乙酯,十二烷酸2-(乙氨基)乙酯,豆蔻酸2-(乙氨基)乙酯,十六烷酸2-(乙氨基)乙基酯,十八烷酸2-(乙氨基)乙基酯,油酸2-(乙氨基)乙酯,辛酸2-(甲基氨基)丙基酯,癸酸2-(甲基氨基)丙基酯,十二烷酸2-(甲基氨基)丙基酯,十四烷酸2-(甲基氨基)丙基酯,十六烷酸2-(甲基氨基)丙基酯,十八烷酸2-(甲基氨基)丙基酯,油酸2-(甲基氨基)丙基酯,椰油-脂肪酸(2-乙基氨基乙基)酯和棕榈仁油脂肪酸(2-乙基氨基乙基)酯。
此外,组分(a)与组分(b)的混合比例,(a)/(b)的重量比,是99.99/0.01至80/20或99.9/0.1至70/30,优选98/2至90/10,考虑到发泡性,增稠和稳定性。
对于本发明的组合物的化合物(I)、(II)和(III)为获得良好的表面活性性能所需要的混合比例,化合物(I)优选是它们总重量的80-99.99wt%,更优选90-98wt%。化合物(II)优选是0.01-20wt%,更优选2-10wt%。化合物(III)优选是0-5wt%。
通过将不同于(a)和(b)的其它表面活性剂(下面称作“其它表面活性剂”)与(a)和(b)结合使用,本发明能够显示出很高的发泡性和增稠性能。本发明的组合物的组分(a)和(b)的总量能够任意地根据所述其它表面活性剂的特性来选择。考虑到水溶性、稳定性、发泡性和增稠性能,组分(a)和(b)两者之和与所述其它表面活性剂的混合比例优选是0.5/99.5至50/50(按重量计)。
用于本发明中的所述其它表面活性剂可以是选自以下这些中的至少一种:硫酸盐型或磺酸盐型的表面活性剂如烷基硫酸盐,聚氧乙烯烷基硫酸盐和烷基苯磺酸盐等,胺氧化物如烷基二甲基胺氧化物和酰氨基丙基二甲基氨氧化物和含酰氨基的甜菜碱如酰氨基丙基二甲基羰基甜菜碱。可使用其中的一种、两种或多种。优选的是,共存一种或多种硫酸盐型表面活性剂。
本发明的表面活性剂组合物通过进一步含有甘油而能够改进粘度。甘油相对于组分(a)和(b)的总量与不同于组分(a)和(b)的表面活性剂的量的总和而言的量优选是20wt%以下,更优选0.01-15wt%。另外,组分(a)、组分(b)和甘油的总量相对于所述其它表面活性剂的混合量的比例优选是0.5/99.5至50/50,更优选1/99至25/75(按重量计)。甘油可单独添加。它可以含有在组分(a)的合成中产生的甘油。
本发明的表面活性剂组合物在pH 4.0-11.0下能够显示出所需性能如发泡性和增稠性能。它可用作洗涤剂的基料。
实施例
实施例1-7和对比实施例1-5
通过使用下面所示的组分,制备了具有表1中所示配方的表面活性剂组合物并在下面所述方法中测试发泡性。结果示于表1中。

化合物6:棕榈仁油-脂肪羧酸(N-棕榈仁油酰基-N-甲基氨基乙基)酯(N-palm kerneloyl-N-methylaminoethyl palm kernel-fattycarboxylate)
化合物7:月桂酸2-(甲基氨基)乙基酯
化合物8:椰油脂肪羧酸(2-乙基氨基乙基)酯
化合物9:棕榈仁油-脂肪羧酸(2-乙基氨基乙基)酯
其它表面活性剂
AES:聚氧乙烯(3)月桂基硫酸钠
LAPB:月桂酰酰氨基丙基二甲基羰基甜菜碱
LDMAO:长链烷基(C12)二甲基胺氧化物
MEA:月桂酰单乙醇胺
DEA:月桂酰二乙醇胺
EAA:聚氧乙烯(2)椰油-脂肪单乙醇胺
<评价发泡性的方法>
制备了表面活性剂组合物在去离子水中稀释至20倍的30mL水溶液,并用柠檬酸调节到给定的pH值。将该水溶液置于内径3cm、装有停止旋塞的300mL餐用圆筒中并在25℃下以10cm的振幅振荡10秒共20次。立即测定泡沫体的体积(mL)。

Claims (5)
1.一种表面活性剂组合物,它含有以下所示的组分(a)、以下所示的组分(b)和不同于(a)和(b)的其它表面活性剂,组分(a)/组分(b)的重量比(a)/(b)为99.99/0.01至80/20:
(a)由通式(I)表示的化合物(下面称作化合物(I)):其中R1CO-是具有6-24个碳原子和还可具有羟基的饱和或不饱和酰基;R2是具有1-3个碳原子的线性或支链烷基;和R3是具有1-6个碳原子的线性或支化亚烷基或具有2-6个碳原子的线性或支化亚链烯基;
2.根据权利要求1所要求的表面活性剂组合物,其中化合物(I)、(II)和(III)各自相对于它们的总量而言的混合比例是化合物(I)80-99.99wt%,化合物(II)0.01-20wt%和化合物(III)0-5wt%。
3.权利要求2所要求的表面活性剂组合物,其中组分(a)和(b)两者的配合总量相对于不同于组分(a)和(b)的其它表面活性剂的配合量的重量比是0.5/99.5到50/50。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任何一项所要求的表面活性剂组合物,它包括相对于组分(a)和(b)和不同于组分(a)和(b)的其它表面活性剂的总量而言的20wt%或20wt%以下的甘油。
5.权利要求4所要求的表面活性剂组合物,其中组分(a)、(b)和甘油的总配合量相对于不同于组分(a)和(b)的其它表面活性剂的配合量的重量比例是0.5/99.5至50/50。
