Description
技术领域
本发明涉及驱虫和防晒组合物,特别涉及既有有效的驱虫作用又有防晒作用的驱虫防晒联合组合物。
背景技术
现有技术中有许多驱虫组合物和防晒组合物。虽然这些组合物单独使用均有效,还是希望提供一种有效联合驱虫和防晒作用的组合物。
令人惊异的是,现发现要生产稳定、有效的驱虫防晒联合组合物需要仔细选择使用乳化剂。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供含有一种或多种驱虫剂和一种或多种抗紫外防晒剂的防晒组合物,其特征在于该组合物包含基于组合物总重共3-9%重量的至少两种乳化剂。本发明人发现,使用适当的乳化剂时,防晒剂和驱虫剂联合可以得到对SPP而言稳定、有效的组合物。
在本发明的组合物中加入一种或多种无机化合物作为防晒剂。优选的无机化合物是氧化钛或氧化锌。可以选择这些化合物的粒度以散射紫外区的光线而允许透过可见光区的光线,从而在皮肤上保持透明。这是化妆品方面特别期望的效果。微粉化颗粒、即小于100nm的颗粒可以产生最佳效果。微粉化氧化钛对于本发明的组合物是最优选的。无机化合物的浓度可以是基于组合物总重1-5%(重量),优选2-4%(重量),更优选3%(重量)。
本发明组合物中包含一种或多种驱虫剂。根据对飞虫或咬虫的驱排特性和低皮肤刺激性来选择驱虫剂。适合的驱虫剂包括N,N-二乙基-间甲苯甲酰胺(DEET)、吡啶-2,5-二甲酸二丙酯、除虫菊酯、苯二甲酸二甲酯、2,3:4,5-二(亚丁-2-烯基)四氢糠醛、香茅、香叶醇、柠檬草油、丁子香酚、对烷-3,8-二醇、乙酰氨基丙酸乙基丁基酯、2-(2-羟乙基)-哌啶-1-甲酸1-甲基丙基酯。
这些化合物可以与协同增效剂联合使用,如胡椒基丁醚和N-(2-乙基己基)-8,9,10-三降冰片-5-烯-2,3-二甲酰亚胺。
DEET和吡啶-2,5-二甲酸二丙酯是优选的驱虫剂。
组合物中驱虫剂的总量可以是组合物总重的4-20%(重量),优选4-15(重量),更优选5-10%(重量)。
该组合物可以含有一种或多种其他抗紫外防晒剂。它们一般是吸收特定范围紫外射线的有机化合物。适合的防晒剂包括甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、羟苯甲酮、氨基苯甲酸、西诺沙酯、DEA-甲氧基肉桂酸酯、Digalloyl、二羟苯、帕地马酯0、二-羟丙基对氨基苯甲酸乙酯、水杨酸辛酯、氨基苯甲酸甘油酯、胡莫柳酯、咪唑丙烯酸、水杨酸异丙基苄基酯、氨基苯甲酸酯、奥克立林、Sulisbenzone和其钠盐以及水杨酸三乙醇胺盐。
甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯和羟苯甲酮的组合是最优选的。每种防晒剂在组合物中的加入量优选为组合物总重的3-10%(重量)。
将所述组合物制成乳液形式。因此本发明的第二方面是一种防晒组合物,以组合物总重计,其还含有如下重量百分比的各成分:
共7%的乳化剂,
最多5%,优选1-5%,更优选3%的成膜剂,
最多0.25%,优选0.05-0.25%,更优选0.15%的增稠剂,
最多0.3%,优选0.1-0.3%,更优选0.15%的中和剂,
最多0.3%,优选0.1-0.3%,更优选0.2%的螯合剂,和
最多2.5%的防腐剂、香精和润湿剂中的至少一种。
乳化剂的选择取决于所选择的驱虫剂和防晒剂。可以包含两种以上的乳化剂。乳液的最确切定义是小液滴在另一种不相混溶的液体中的分散体。可以通过搅拌两种不混溶的液体暂时形成分散体,但这种乳液的分层常常计既快速又完全,除非使用稳定添加剂或乳化剂。
乳液通常由作为一个不混溶相的水或水溶液和作为另一相的一些有机液体或“油”组成。当油分散在水相中时,该乳液被称为水包油(o/w),或者如果水相分散在油相中时,该乳液被称为油包水(w/o)。通常需要乳化剂来稳定乳液。这种乳化剂一般是大分子化合物,分子的大部分是非极性的(以便在油相中溶解),其小部分是极性的(以便定向于并溶解于水相)。
水包油乳液的典型特征包括:奶质感、易与水混合和高SPF效力。本发明组合物优选为水包油乳液形式。
适当乳化系统的一个实例包括脂肪酸乙氧基化物如甘油单硬脂酸酯、脂肪醇乙氧基化物如乙氧基(20)硬脂醇、脂肪醇如C16-18脂肪醇、和脂肪醇乙氧基化物与烷基苯酚乙氧基化物的混合物如十六醇十八醇混合物与PEG硬脂酸酯的混合物。许多其他乳化剂也可用于该目的。
本发明组合物可以选择含有成膜剂。优选的成膜剂是三十碳烷基PVP。
该组合物根据需要可以含有增稠剂、螯合剂和pH调节剂。这些物质是本领域技术人员熟知的。适合的增稠剂包括酸性丙烯酸酯如羧基聚亚甲基,和基于纤维素的增稠剂如甲基纤维素、瓜尔胶、藻酸钠和羧甲基纤维素钠。适合的螯合剂是EDTA二钠盐。如果需要,三乙醇胺可以用作中和剂。
本领域技术人员将会意识到,可以包含香精、润肤剂和润湿剂,以满足器官感觉要求。
根据需要,还可以使用防腐剂。它们是本领域技术人员熟知的。
本发明人发现,在乳液的制备过程中,各成分的添加顺序影响最终组合物的SPF。
因此,本发明的第三方面是制备含一种或多种驱虫剂和一种或多种抗紫外防晒剂的防晒组合物的方法,该组合物为具有水相和油相的乳液形式,其特征在于制备水相和油相并合并形成乳液,然后加入用作防晒剂的至少一种无机化合物。
本发明的第四方面是一种制备防晒组合物的方法,其包括以下步骤:
(a)制备含水和增稠剂的水相,
(b)制备含至少两种乳化剂、至少一种驱虫剂、至少一种有机防晒剂和任选的成膜剂的油相,
(c)合并所述水相和油相形成乳液,和
(d)加入作为防晒剂的至少一种无机化合物。
本发明的第五方面是按上述方法制备的防晒组合物。

制备
制备水相:向洁净干燥的混合容器中加入水并搅拌造成涡流,向该涡流中淋洒Carbopol粉末,并加热混合物至75-80℃。
在另一容器中制备油相,加入乳化剂、成膜剂、蚊蝇驱散剂,即Cithrol GMSA/S、Volpo S20、Crodacol CS70、Polawax GP200、Antaron WP-660、DEET和MGK-326。搅拌并加热该混合物。当所有的成分熔化后,加入羟苯甲酮。继续加热到75-80℃直到羟苯甲酮熔化,然后加入甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯。保持搅拌直到混合物均匀清亮。
水相和油相均在75-80℃下,搅拌下将油相引入到水相中。当油相全部加完时,停止搅拌并将混合物匀化5分钟。重新开始搅拌并加入螯合剂和一半中和剂,然后加入二氧化钛。然后加入剩余的中和剂。停止搅拌并将混合物匀化5分钟。重新开始搅拌并加入润湿剂、润肤剂和防腐剂。
如果使用氧化锌无机防晒剂,另一种增稠系统适用。可以使用诸如甲基纤维素、瓜尔胶、藻酸钠和羧甲基纤维素钠等增稠剂,此时不需要中和剂。
试验
按两种方法测试了配方1和3:
A.测定防晒指数(SPP)和
B.宽谱试验。
A.测定防晒指数(SPF)
产品的防晒指数是单次测定防晒指数的算术平均值。MED定义为产生最小可见皮肤发红反应所需的任何来源之能量的量。
试验步骤:
首先用一种太阳模拟器测定(未处理)受试者试验部位的MED。有经验的试验师通常能预测特定灯强度和受试者的MED,但如果需要,要在16-24小时后读取一组或多组照射结果,以确定大致的MED而不对受试者过多照射。以测定的照射次数对一个或多个小分区进行照射。
在此预测或大致的数值基础上,通过剂量范围大约为0.6-1.5MED的一组照射更精确地测定MED。一般,在测试产品的前一天施加这些剂量的照射,但可以同时施加。当在前一天施加照射时,读取的结果不仅提供了计算防晒指数的一个数据,而且乘以预测的或大致的产品防晒指数数值时,还提供了大致的评价产品所需的更长时间照射。
在施用产品后,通过照射邻近未处理区的一组小位点来评价产品。选择照射次数以涵盖上述估测值。当在16-24小时后读取时,经处理皮肤的MED除以未处理皮肤的MED给出防晒指数。
配方1和3的试验结果示于下表2中。

B.宽谱试验
对宽谱防晒产品有三种制备样品和测定320-360nm区中透光率的方法是本领域技术人员熟知的。本发明人所用的方法是薄膜方法。
材料和设备:
需要下列材料和设备:能够测定320-360nm光线的百分透射率的分光光度计。一个石英槽,带有合适的盖,组合后提供8微米厚的一层防晒产品供测试。
步骤:
槽中装满防晒产品并测定该产品在320-360nm(包括端值)间的透光率。在320-360nm(包括端值)间读取试验产品的百分透光率。
结果:
配方1和3的组合物在320-360nm(包括端值)间任何波长处的紫外射线透光率不大于10%。

Claims (23)
1.一种包含一种或多种驱虫剂、一种或多种抗紫外有机防晒剂和一种或多种无机防晒剂的防晒组合物,其特征在于该组合物含有按组合物总重计共3-9%重量的至少两种乳化剂。
2.权利要求1的防晒组合物,其含有两种或多种选自脂肪酸乙氧基化物、脂肪醇乙氧基化物、脂肪醇、和脂肪醇乙氧基化物与烷基苯酚乙氧基化物的混合物的乳化剂。
3.权利要求1的防晒组合物,其含有两种或多种选自甘油单硬脂酸酯、乙氧基硬脂醇、C16-18脂肪醇、和十六醇十八醇混合物与PEG硬脂酸酯的混合物的乳化剂。
4.权利要求1-3任一项的防晒组合物,其中无机化合物是氧化锌或二氧化钛,优选微粉化的氧化锌或二氧化钛,最优选微粉化的二氧化钛。
5.权利要求1-3任一项的防晒组合物,其含有N,N-二乙基-间甲苯甲酰胺和/或吡啶-2,5-二甲酸二丙酯作为驱虫剂。
6.权利要求1的防晒组合物,其含有以组合物总重计如下重量百分数的成分:
(a)1-5%,优选2-4%,最优选3%的作为防晒剂的无机化合物,
(b)4-20%,优选4-15%,最优选5-10%的驱虫剂,和
(c)各3-10%的一种或多种抗紫外有机防晒剂。
7.权利要求6的防晒组合物,其中无机化合物是是氧化锌或二氧化钛,优选微粉化的氧化锌或二氧化钛,最优选微粉化的二氧化钛。
8.权利要求6的防晒组合物,其中驱虫剂是N,N-二乙基-间甲苯甲酰胺和/或吡啶-2,5-二甲酸二丙酯。
9.权利要求1-8任一项的防晒组合物,其还含有
(d)共7%的乳化剂,
(e)最多5%,优选1-5%,更优选3%的成膜剂,
(f)最多0.25%,优选0.05-0.25%,更优选0.15%的增稠剂,
(g)最多0.3%,优选0.1-0.3%,更优选0.15%的中和剂,
(h)最多0.3%,优选0.1-0.3%,更优选0.2%的螯合剂
(i)最多2.5%的防腐剂、香精和润湿剂中的至少一种。
10.以组合物总重计共3-9%重量的至少两种乳化剂在防晒组合物中的应用,所述组合物含有一种或多种抗紫外有机防晒剂、一种或多种无机防晒剂和一种或多种驱虫剂。
11.一种驱虫防晒联合组合物,其含有一种或多种驱虫剂、一种或多种抗紫外有机防晒剂和一种或多种无机防晒剂,其特征在于该组合物含有以组合物总重计共3-9%重量的至少两种乳化剂。
12.制备一种含一种或多种驱虫剂、一种或多种抗紫外有机防晒剂和一种或多种无机防晒剂的防晒组合物的方法,该组合物是含有油相和水相的乳液形式,其特征在于制备水相和油相并混合以形成乳液,然后加入用作防晒剂的至少一种无机化合物。
13.一种制备防晒组合物的方法,其包括下列步骤:
(a)制备含水和增稠剂的水相,
(b)制备含至少两种乳化剂、至少一种驱虫剂和至少一种抗紫外有机防
晒剂的油相,
(c)合并所述水相和油相形成乳液,和
(d)加入用作防晒剂的至少一种无机化合物。
14.制备水包油乳液形式的防晒组合物的方法,其包括如下步骤:
(a)搅拌和加热条件下混合水和增稠剂制备水相,
(b)搅拌和加热条件下混合至少两种乳化剂、至少一种驱虫剂、任选的
成膜剂和至少一种抗紫外有机防晒剂制备油相,
(c)搅拌下将油相加入水相,
(d)任选地向合并的水和油相中加入螯合剂和中和剂,和
(e)搅拌下向合并的水和油相中加入用作防晒剂的至少一种无机化合
物。
15.权利要求14的方法,其中将(a)步的水相和(b)步的油相分别加热到75-80℃,然后在(c)步中混合。
16.权利要求13-15任一项的方法,其中至少两种乳化剂选自脂肪酸乙氧基化物、脂肪醇乙氧基化物、脂肪醇、和脂肪醇乙氧基化物与烷基苯酚乙氧基化物的混合物。
17.权利要求13-15任一项的方法,其中至少两种乳化剂选自甘油单硬脂酸酯、乙氧基硬脂醇、C16-18脂肪醇、和十六醇十八醇混合物与PEG硬脂酸酯的混合物。
18.权利要求12-15任一项的方法,其中无机化合物是是氧化锌或二氧化钛,优选微粉化的氧化锌或二氧化钛,最优选微粉化的二氧化钛。
19.权利要求12-15任一项的方法,其中驱虫剂是N,N-二乙基-间甲苯甲酰胺、吡啶-2,5-二甲酸二丙酯或其混合物。
