本发明涉公开了一种熟化液体乳猪饲料的生产工艺,其工艺过程是:配料→清杂→粉碎→加入清水搅拌→高压蒸煮→冷却→添加生物活性物质、维生素、抗菌素、微量元素→拌匀→灌装;用本发明生产的液体乳猪饲料具有如下优点:1.在母猪母乳不足的情况下可以替代母乳;2.可以使乳猪提早断乳;3.防病抗病效果好;4.可以使乳猪平安过渡到吃固体饲料,减少拉稀;5.促进消化,吸收快,加快乳猪生长速度,提高生产率。

技术领域。
本发明涉及一种猪饲料的生产工艺。
背景技术。
目前,在猪的饲养生产过程中,所用的配方饲料都是固体饮料,特别是乳猪从吃母乳,一下子转入吃固体饲料,由于不适应,往往造成断乳仔猪消化不良,拉稀,消瘦,抵抗力下降,给养猪生产造成损失。
发明内容。
本发明的目的在于提供一种乳猪饲料的生产工艺。
本发明的目的是通过如下途径实现的:一种熟化液体乳猪饲料的生产工艺,:
1):将配好的饲料清杂、磁选后,粉碎;
2):加入50%-90%的清水,搅拌,放入高压锅中,在温度100℃-183℃,压力0.1-1.0MPa下,蒸煮5-30分钟;
3):冷却,添加生物活性物质、维生素、抗菌素、微量元素,拌匀;
4):灌装。
生物活性物质为酶制剂、益生素。
用本发明生产的液体乳猪饲料具有如下优点:
1:在母猪母乳不足的情况下可以替代母乳;
2:可以使乳猪提早断乳;
3:防病抗病效果好;
4:可以使乳猪平安过渡到吃固体饲料,减少拉浠;
5:促进消化,吸收快,加快乳猪生长速度,提高生产率。
具体实施方式。
1):取100Kg配好的乳猪饲料,清除杂质,磁选后,粉碎;
2):加入500Kg的清水,搅拌,放入高压锅中,在温度为151.6℃,压力为0.4个MPa下蒸煮12分钟;
3):冷却后,根据需要加入多种维生素、酶制剂、益生素、抗菌素,拌匀;
4):灌装。

1.一种熟化液体乳猪饲料的生产工艺,其特征在于:
1):将配好的饲料清杂、磁选后,粉碎;
2):加入50%-90%的清水,搅拌,放入高压锅中,在温度100℃-183℃,压力0.1-1.0MPa下,蒸煮5-30分钟;
3):冷却,添加生物活性物质、维生素、抗菌素、微量元素,拌匀;
4):灌装。
2.根据权利要求1所述熟化液体乳猪饲料的生产工艺,其特征在于:生物活性物质为酶制剂、益生素。
