Abstract

麦麸子,干燥后粉碎,制得成品,用于掺加在普通饲料
中饲养动物,营养价值高,是油脚综合利用的新途
径。
Description
本发明属于动物饲料制造方法。
利用大豆制取食用大豆油时得到一种副产品大豆油脚。通过水化制取大豆油时得到的大豆油脚主要含溶于水的磷脂,其含水量一般在50%以上。目前,国内外利用这部份副产品主要有两种途径:一种是从中提取粗磷脂,作食品添加剂,或经进一步化学处理,从粗磷脂中再分离出卵磷脂和脑磷脂,作为医药原料。从油脚中提取粗磷脂的一般方法是在真空状态下对油脚进行加热,使其脱水,获得粗磷脂。由于此工艺设备较复杂,使提取的粗磷脂成本较高,作食品添加剂不经济,市场销售有一定困难。而要进一步提取卵磷脂和脑磷脂,由于工艺难度较大,国内一般油脂厂无力承担。另一种利用油脚的途径是经过加碱皂化反应制造洗涤用肥皂。这种途径由于肥皂售价较低,常不被油脂厂采用。因此,目前国内许多油脂厂的大豆油脚常被废弃(或低价处理),这既是一笔资源浪费,同时又易污染周围环境。
本发明的目的是寻找一种加工工艺简单,产品经济实用的大豆油脚利用新途径,具体就是利用油脚的营养价值提供一种将其制造动物饲料的方法。
本发明提供的利用大豆油脚制造饲料的方法是,先将油脚置入浓缩罐中进行脱水,即将油脚在常压下加热至100℃,持续时间3~4小时,然后静置沉降3~4小时,使油水分离,并排出下部的水,此时油脚中的水含量降至20~25%;然后在浓缩后的油脚中添加辅料,辅料可采用玉米面或麦麸子,经搅拌使其混合均匀;最后将混合后的物料干燥粉碎,即得成品饲料。
为使制得的饲料在保存过程中不易氧化变质,可在添加辅料的同时添加抗氧剂,如二丁基羟基甲苯或苯甲酸钠等。
本发明制造的饲料一般作为高营养成份掺加在普通由玉米面、麦麸子、鱼粉等主要成分构成的饲料中使用。
在普通鸡饲料(含有玉米面61%,豆粕20%,鱼粉5%,骨粉5%,麦麸子5%,食盐3%及其他添加剂)中掺加本饲料喂养肉鸡,其试验结果如下:
鸡雏出生后前四周在饲料中掺入本品5%(重量比,下同),后四周掺加10%,则鸡长到第四周末为2.3斤,长到第八周末为5.5斤,对比只喂普通饲料分别增重0.5斤和1.5斤。若使肉鸡长到标准体重4斤,在饲料中掺入本品可将其生长期由八周缩到六周,增重效果显著。
本种饲料作为高营养成分可在鸡、鸭、鱼、虾各种饲料中掺加使用。其制造成本每吨400元,市场售价720元,每吨净利润320元,一个年产大豆油3000吨的油脂厂的大豆油脚全部利用起来,年可获利24万元。生产工艺简单、易操作,是目前国内众多油脂厂利用油脚副产品的良好途径。
实施例1
将通过水化过程制取大豆油时得到的油脚置入间接蒸汽加热的浓缩罐中,蒸汽压力0.4MPa加热至100℃,持续3小时,后静置沉降4小时,从罐底排出水;后送入带有搅拌器和蒸汽间接加热的混合罐中,在每分钟120转的搅拌速度下,加入与油脚重量比为1.5∶1的辅料玉米面和是总重量千分之一的抗氧剂二丁基羟基甲苯,加热蒸汽压力采用0.4MPa,加热搅拌4小时,冷却后用锤片式粉碎机机械粉碎成100目,即得成品。
实施例2
工艺步骤与实施例1相同。仅油脚加热浓缩时间采用4小时,静置沉降时间3小时,在辅料中添加饲料总重量10%的抗氧剂苯甲酸钠。
实施例3
工艺步骤与实施例1相同,仅辅料用麦麸子代替玉米面,得到成份不同的油脚饲料。
Claims (4)
1、一种利用大豆油脚制取饲料的方法,先将油脚在常压下加热至100℃,持续时间3~4小时,然后静置沉降3~4小时,使油水分离,并排出下部的水,使油脚浓缩,其特征在于,在上述脱水浓缩后的油脚中添加辅料玉米面或麦麸子,经搅拌使其混合均匀,干燥后粉碎,得到成品饲料。
2、如权利要求1所说的利用大豆油脚制取饲料的方法,其特征在于,在添加辅料的同时添加抗氧剂。
3、如权利要求1所说的利用大豆油脚制取饲料的方法,其特征在于,所说辅料与浓缩的油脚重量比为1.5∶1。
4、如权利要求2所说的利用大豆油脚制取饲料的方法,其特征在于,所说的抗氧剂为二丁基羟基甲苯。
