背景技术
我国是一个猪肉消费大国,也是世界上第一养猪大国,随着人民生活水平的逐年提高,我国的养殖业也得到了迅猛的发展,饲料是养猪的基础,饲料工业在国民经济中也占有重要的地位。
猪容易患的病有很多,除了病毒、病原菌及外界环境所导致的疾病外,其中最多和最易患的病就是消化方面的疾病,比如猪拉稀、便秘、少食、厌食、消化不良等。因此,仔猪的饲养管理尤为重要,饲料的食用以及管理不当很容易造成仔猪消化不良、食欲低下、生长缓慢、饲料利用率低等现象,从而导致仔猪死亡率高、发病率高、体型差等问题给养猪生产带来较大经济损失。目前市场上销售的猪饲料,多以粗粮粉碎为主,饲料制作粗糙,加工简单,难以消化吸收,十分不利于猪的生长发育,对于中小型猪而言,其消化系统才刚刚或尚未发育完成,更是不宜食用此种饲料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易于消化的猪饲料及其制备方法,本发明的易于消化仔猪饲料,可以满足仔猪生长发育的营养需求,饲料营养易消化,可以促进仔猪的消化吸收,减少生病率。

(1)破碎步骤:按重量份数比称取大麦粉、血浆蛋白粉、骨粉、乳清粉、山楂、王菜、柑橘皮、螺旋藻、芦荟、食盐、瑞香花、杨梅、木糖醇、明胶、决明子、三七、蚯蚓粉、茶叶,投入搅拌机进行微搅拌,经过粉碎后过2.0mm筛;
(2)配料步骤:按照重量份数比称取酵母菌、蔗糖、复合维生素、甲壳素、诱食剂,与步骤(1)粉碎获得的细粉混合,投入混合机,混合均匀,混合时间为60-90s;
(3)制粒步骤:投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为70-90℃,使其糊化度达到90%以上,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的易消化仔猪饲料,采用大麦粉作为主原料,并添加了山楂、王菜、柑橘皮、螺旋藻等促进消化的成分,提高了饲料的消化率,促进仔猪进食,减少仔猪的生病率,实现仔猪快速生长发育,从而缩短了仔猪的饲养周期。
