Abstract
本发明有关形成负载单元(4)的一种系统和方法。该系统包括在其中构成负载单元(4)的两个或几个站(8-10)。在第一站(8)中,集中并放置一或多个包装物(1)以构成负载单元(4)。在后几个站中将装载支架(2)附加到负载单元(4)上,并将条带(7)和/或拉伸包装绕在负载单元(4)的周围。
Description
技术领域
本发明有关形成负载单元的一种系统,同时更具体地是一种基于使用两个或几个站以形成负载单元的系统。每个负载单元由一个或更多个分立的包装物形成。
背景技术
现今普遍使用各种形式和尺寸的托架作为不同负载单元的基座。经常使用木制的称之为EUR(欧洲的)的托架(EUR pallets)。这种托架,在储存时占据比较大的地方,是较重且可能处理起来很麻烦的。此外,该EUR托架通常是重复使用,这就意味着它们经常空载返回。为了避免过去使用的基于EUR托架或其它型式托架的系统的缺点曾经建议可以使用两个或更多个单个的较小的装栽构件或装载支架代替EUR托架或其它托架。
发明内容
随着装载支架的使用的增加,就感到需要合适的系统和方法以形成分立的装载单元。
本发明的技术方案如下:
根据本发明,提供一种用于在两个或更多个站中形成负载单元的方法,其特征在于,在第一站中,多个包装物被汇集并放置以构成负载单元;在第二站中,在第一站中构成的负载单元中的相对的下边缘处为该负载单元配备至少两个装载支架;使用的装载支架的数量及其布置基于用以构成负载单元的包装物的尺寸与形状。
优选地,在第三站中,在负载单元、包括装载支架、周围以绕一或更多圈地缠绕一或多条条带和/或拉伸包装。
优选地,最终的负载单元送到集装箱、大货车、卡车或其它运输工具。
优选地,负载单元的尺寸适合于要用来运输该负载单元的集装箱、卡车、大货车或类似物等等的尺寸。
优选地,包括两个或更多个站,在所述站中形成负载单元,其特征在于,一个站具有用于汇集多个包装物并放置所述包装物以形成要求的负载单元的装置,一个站具有用以在每个负载单元的至少两个相对的下边缘处将二或更多个装载支架配备到所述负载单元上的装置。
优选地,用以将装载支架配备到每个负载单元上的第二站包括用以在负载单元上放置装载支架的机械。
优选地,一个站具有用以将每个负载单元配备缠绕在该负载单元、包括装载支架、外面周围的一或多条条带和/或拉伸包装的装置。
形成负载单元的系统与方法优选满足许多要求。因此,一个目的就是该系统和方法应该比较容易适应不同的情况,考虑到自动化水平以及形成每个负载单元的包装物(package)的形式与尺寸这二者。
另一个目的是该系统与方法应该能够以合理的成本构成、运行及维护。
还有一个目的就是该系统与方法应该对不同的运输工具有效。
根据本发明建立了一种用于形成负载单元的系统。所述系统包括两个或几个站以形成负载单元。在使用所述系统的方法中使用第一站以汇集并放置一或更多个包装物以形成适当的负载单元。此外,在该优选站,装载支架放在负载单元上同时一或更多根条带和/或拉伸包装(stretch wrapping)缠绕在该负载单元的周围。
当阅读以下目前优选的实施例时对于本领域的技术人员来说本发明的进一步目的与优点将是显而易见的。

下面将通过一个例子的方法并参照包括的附图进一步描述本发明。在图中:
图1a至1i表示通过使用本发明构成的不同负载单元(load unit);
图2表示为根据本发明形成负载单元的系统的一部分;以及
图3以示意的方式表示本发明的系统的一个实施例。
具体实施方式
本发明的系统和方法是基于下面的设想,即使用不同尺寸与形状的包装物1以形成负载单元4。即便所示的包装物1全是一般的长方形,技术人员理解可以由具有其它一般形状的包装物以构成负载单元4。
本发明基于使用几个站8-10,其中负载单元4连续地构成。在第一站8中一或更多个包装物1以每个要求的最终负载单元4的形式被汇集和放置。在第二站9中在负载单元4的两相对的下边缘的每一个处放置至少一个装载支架(loading ledge)2。在第三和最末站10条带7和/或拉伸包装等包围该负载单元4,包括装载支架2缠绕一或更多圈。
使用的装载支架2是通常PCT/DK01/OO748中描述的那一种或者任何对应的负载构件(load member)。该装载支架2具有大致的L型横截面。装载支架2以这样的方式放置在包装物等的下边缘,即每个装载支架2的一部分放在包装物的下面同时一部分沿着所述包装物的侧面。安放在包装物下面的装载支架2的部分具有凸起以便允许提升和/或运输装置滑入包装物下面。
如果,例如,负载单元4是由几个小包装物1所构成,这就可能需要另外的站。因此,这些另外的站可能包括在那里形成每个都配置有装载支架2的子单元(sub-units)的站(见,例如,图1c和1f)。该子单元可以配置条带,但通常是不需要的。然后若干个子单元送向一个用于形成最终的负载单元4的站。也可能具有用于捆条带7和拉伸包装的不同的站。如图1g和1h所示如果大量的小包装物1形成负载单元4时,在负载单元4的底面可以放一块板。
技术人员意识到了以不同方法将包装物1和负载单元4分别运输到所述站和所述站之间。此外,不同的站可以全部地或部分地手动和/或自动操作。“全部自动的”表述方式,如在此描述中使用的,意味着包装物1或负载单元4的所有实际搬运处理由机械、机器人或类似物等进行,另一方面这些机械、机器人或类似物等可以自动地驱动或由一个人来控制。
该包装物1通常存储在某种库房内。第一站8通常放置在库房或类似物中或邻近库房或类似物处。在所述第一站8汇集适当数量的包装物1以形成负载单元。本发明的负载单元4可以由单一包装物1或许多包装物1构成。要求的最终负载单元4的尺寸将决定用于每个分立的负载单元4的包装物1的数量。
在图2的实施例中构成负载单元4的包装物1汇集在传送器6上。借助于该传送器6将负载单元4送到第二站9。在该第二站9负载单元4被接受在一机械5中,在该机械中每个负载单元5配备装载支架2,以或多或少的自动化的形式。在另一实施例中以更手动的方法(未表示)配备装载支架2。然后具有装载支架2的负载单元4,借助于另一传送器6,被输送离开该机械5。本领域技术人员意识到传送器的形式可以变化,例如可用传送带、皮带、滚子、轮子等。此外,本领域技术人员意识到该负载单元4可以借助于任何适合的装置,诸如工业用卡车、升降设备、活动平台等,运输到机械5并离开机械5。在包括用于附加装载支架2的机械的站9,适当数量的装载支架2被附加到负载单元4上。在图1中示意地表示根据包装物的尺寸、内含物的敏感性等,在每一侧上装载支架2的数目可以变化同时可以将装载支架在每个负载单元4中放置在几个不同的高度与宽度上。
在机械5将负载单元4配备了装载支架2之后该负载单元4被送到第三站10。在所述站10负载单元4配备上条带7和/或拉伸包装或类似物等。但是,也可以用更手动的方法附加条带7、拉伸包装或类似物等。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于在两个或更多个站(8-10)中形成负载单元(4)的方法,其特征在于,在第一站(8)中,多个包装物(1)被汇集并放置以构成负载单元(4);在第二站(9)中,在第一站(8)中构成的负载单元(4)中的相对的下边缘处为该负载单元配备至少两个装载支架(2);使用的装载支架(2)的数量及其布置基于用以构成负载单元(4)的包装物(1)的尺寸与形状。
2.权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,在第三站(10)中,在负载单元(4)、包括装载支架(2)、周围以绕一或更多圈地缠绕一或多条条带(7)和/或拉伸包装。
3.权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,最终的负载单元(4)送到集装箱、大货车、卡车或其它运输工具。
4.权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,负载单元(4)的尺寸适合于要用来运输该负载单元(4)的集装箱、卡车、大货车或类似物等等的尺寸。
5.一种在权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法中使用的系统,其包括两个或更多个站(8-10),在所述站中形成负载单元(4),其特征在于,一个站(8)具有用于汇集多个包装物(1)并放置所述包装物(1)以形成要求的负载单元(4)的装置,一个站(9)具有用以在每个负载单元(4)的至少两个相对的下边缘处将二或更多个装载支架(2)配备到所述负载单元(4)上的装置。
6.权利要求5的系统,其特征在于,用以将装载支架(2)配备到每个负载单元上的第二站(9)包括用以在负载单元(4)上放置装载支架(2)的机械(5)。
7.权利要求5的系统,其特征在于,一个站(10)具有用以将每个负载单元配备缠绕在该负载单元(4)、包括装载支架(2)、外面周围的一或多条条带(7)和/或拉伸包装的装置。
