Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种借助支承辊或滑行件在一滑轨上侧悬挂移动的滑动元件,其中,所述滑轨通过从下面嵌接滑轨的滑轨固定器连接在一个下部结构或者类似件上,还具有一个位于滑轨下部、安置于滑动元件或其安装件上的防脱装置。
背景技术
滑动元件和滑轨底边之间通常具有一个自由空间,通过该自由空间可以取下包括滑轨的支承辊在内的整个滑动元件。所述自由空间可能导致滑动元件在正常运行情况下意外脱落。为了避免这种情况,在滑动元件或其安装件上安置多个防脱装置,其面向滑轨的外轮廓与滑轨的外周边距离非常小,使得滑动元件只有在移去防脱装置后才能被取下。应用该种防脱装置,滑动元件越过支承滑轨的滑轨固定器-如果滑轨固定器位于滑轨下部-会产生困难。
US-PS4905345公开了一种滑动元件,该滑动元件通过安置于滑动元件和支承辊之间的连接板悬挂于一个导轨进行移动。该导轨被置入一个上部开口的U形支承型材中且与支承型材一样由多个分段件构成。支承型材的分段件在接口区域由角状支架支承,支架的水平翼缘从下面嵌接支承型材的底边。其中并没有安置用于防止滑动元件意外脱落的防脱装置。
公知的悬挂于连接板上的滑动元件具有多个防脱装置,这些防脱装置与连接板刚性相连并以其外轮廓的一部分有间隙地包围地嵌接滑轨外轮廓或从下面嵌接滑轨外轮廓。此处,一方面要保证通过必要的间隙越过滑轨固定器;另一方面又要保证防脱效果。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,建议一种解决方案,根据该方案,防脱装置在滑动元件移动中以很小的间隙-可能情况下没有任何间隙-这样地从下面嵌接滑轨以及在越过滑轨固定器时这样地从下面嵌接滑轨以及滑轨固定器,使得滑动元件被防脱落地锁定。
为此,本发明提供一种借助支承辊或滑行件在一滑轨上侧悬挂移动的滑动元件,其中,所述滑轨通过从下面嵌接滑轨的滑轨固定器连接在一个下部结构或者类似件上,还具有一个位于滑轨下部、安置于滑动元件或其安装件上的防脱装置,其特征在于:所述防脱装置具有一个相对滑轨可弹性调节并且在越过滑轨固定器时偏移的闭锁构件,所述闭锁构件与滑动元件的运行方向成直角地、围绕一个沿滑动元件运行方向延伸的轴线可回转地支承。
根据本发明,防脱装置具有一个相对滑轨可弹性调节并且在越过滑轨固定器时可偏移的闭锁构件。按照本发明的解决方法保证了闭锁构件与滑轨持续地接靠或者保持很小间隙地这样在滑轨上运行,使得滑动元件不可能从导轨中脱落。另一方面,基于闭锁构件相对滑轨的弹性可调节性,使得闭锁构件虽然在越过滑轨固定器时回移,却同时依然能够保持防脱装置的特征。
按照本发明的一个特别的优选实施形式,防脱装置具有一个由其支架面向滑轨凸出的、相对滑轨可弹簧加载进行调节的、防止所述滑动元件脱落的闭锁构件,该闭锁构件在越过滑轨固定器时在取消闭锁构件锁止作用的情况下克服弹簧力偏移至防脱装置的支架中。按照上述特征,被置入防脱装置支架的一个例如槽形的容纳部中的闭锁构件是这样置入支架的,即,使得闭锁构件在它沿滑轨运行时克服反向压力地被锁入支架中,以便实现防脱效果。与其相对,在越过一个从下面嵌接滑轨的滑轨固定器时,闭锁构件克服弹簧力且通过沉入防脱装置的支架而这样远地偏移,使得滑轨固定器从下面嵌接滑轨的部分能够被驶过,并同时维持防脱效果。所述防脱装置能够与滑轨及滑轨固定器持续保持接触。
闭锁构件最好与滑动元件的运行方向成直角地、围绕一个沿滑动元件运行方向延伸的轴线可回转地置入防脱装置支架的一个槽中,其中,闭锁构件的回转路径在两个转动方向上被设于闭锁构件上的支承面所限定。
在越过滑轨时,闭锁构件的回转路径在防止滑动元件脱落的位置被这样地限定,即,在滑轨的中心纵轴线以外、在滑轨面向下部结构的一侧上、并且与滑轨外周边相邻地安置一个闭锁构件的锁定凸耳。相对地,在越过滑轨固定器时,闭锁构件在相反方向产生的回转路径被这样地限定,即,使得闭锁构件的锁定凸耳与滑轨固定器保留一个足够的回转路径间隙地接靠。
按照上述特征,在开始所述类型的滑动元件中提供了一个防脱装置,该防脱装置具有一个可弹性复位的闭锁构件,其复位性能可实现在越过滑轨时被锁闭到防脱装置支架中,该复位性能在越过滑轨固定器时才被释放。
闭锁构件在防脱装置支架中的弹簧加载的定位放置最好这样实现,即,防脱装置的支架与闭锁构件具有同心的孔,闭锁构件可借助一个穿过所述同心孔的销钉被可旋转地置入。
为了实现闭锁构件越过滑轨固定器时无冲击以及低噪声,在闭锁构件面向滑轨和/或滑轨固定器的面上设置导向斜面,同时,闭锁构件相对支架的回转运动被通过该导向斜面导入。
原则上,防脱装置在支承滑动元件的一个连接板上的固定方式是任意的,这种固定最好是借助设于防脱装置上的插入榫、一个燕尾榫接合或者类似件实现。

具体实施方式
在图1中,用1表示一面玻璃壁,该玻璃壁在此实施例中由两个在一滑轨5上导引的滑动元件2构成,该滑动元件沿箭头方向L可移动。滑动元件2通过连接板3和支承辊4在滑轨5的上侧6上被引导。滑轨5借助滑轨固定器7固定于一个下部结构10(见图2和3)。
如图2和3所示,连接板3通过点固定器8与滑动元件2相连,其中,在此实施例中,在连接板3和滑动元件2之间具有一个与连接板3接靠的外罩9。有一防脱装置11借助一个螺栓连接29与连接板3以及外罩9相连,防脱装置11的支架13部分在其上侧被以一种未示出的方式构造成箱形凹槽,使得一个闭锁构件12可以被置入该箱形凹槽中。闭锁构件12借助一个如图5所示的弹簧14在箭头方向B上受预力,在越过滑轨5时处于如图2所示的位置。其中,与滑轨5的外周边22相邻或接靠的闭锁构件12的锁定凸耳20位于离开滑轨5的中心纵轴线21以x标记的间距处并将滑动元件2防脱落地锁定。闭锁构件12的一个以箭头方向B标记的的回转路径在该位置截止,使得闭锁构件12无法继续围绕其轴线17转动。
在越过滑轨固定器7时,闭锁构件12通过围绕轴线17的转动以还要解释的方式沿箭头方向C偏移并能够驶过滑轨固定器7从下面嵌接滑轨5的部分,同时,锁定凸耳20与滑轨固定器7从下面嵌接的部分相接靠。其中,沿箭头方向C的回转路径被这样地确定,即,使得闭锁构件12能够充分沉入支架13的未示出的槽中。
图4至7说明的是,在闭锁构件12面向滑轨5以及滑轨固定器7的面25上设置有导向斜面26,该导向斜面可以易化闭锁构件12由图2所示位置到图3所示位置的回转过程并实现越过滑轨固定器7时无冲击。
根据图5的闭锁构件12的侧视图中,安置了一个弹簧14,其腿15支承于支架13的未示出的槽的底部,其腿16支承于闭锁构件。闭锁构件12中的通孔24与相对应的支架13内的孔23同心,从而,一个未示出的销钉可被插入孔23和24。图5进一步示出,闭锁构件12具有支承面18和19,其中,支承面19与支架13的未示出的槽的一个未示出的支承面共同构成图2所示位置的回转界限,而支承面18则构成图3所示位置的最终的回转界限。

Claims (10)
1.借助支承辊(4)或滑行件在一滑轨(5)上侧(6)悬挂移动的滑动元件(2),其中,所述滑轨(5)通过从下面嵌接滑轨(5)的滑轨固定器(7)连接在一个下部结构(10)或者类似件上,还具有一个位于滑轨(5)下部、安置于滑动元件(2)或其安装件上的防脱装置(11),其特征在于:所述防脱装置(11)具有一个相对滑轨(5)可弹性调节并且在越过滑轨固定器(7)时偏移的闭锁构件(12),所述闭锁构件(12)与滑动元件(2)的运行方向(箭头L)成直角地、围绕一个沿滑动元件(2)运行方向(箭头L)延伸的轴线(17)可回转地支承。
2.根据权利要求1的滑动元件,其特征在于:所述防脱装置(11)具有一个由其支架(13)面向滑轨(5)凸出的、相对滑轨(5)可弹簧加载进行调节的、防止所述滑动元件(2)脱落的闭锁构件(12),该闭锁构件在越过滑轨固定器(7)时,克服弹簧力偏移至防脱装置(11)的支架(13)中,同时取消了闭锁构件(12)的锁止作用。
3.根据权利要求2的滑动元件,其特征在于:所述闭锁构件(12)回转式地支承在防脱装置(11)支架(13)的一个槽中。
4.根据权利要求3的滑动元件,其特征在于:闭锁构件(12)的回转路径在两个转动方向(箭头B和C)上通过设于闭锁构件(12)上的支承面(18,19)所限定。
5.根据权利要求4的滑动元件,其特征在于:在越过滑轨(5)时,闭锁构件(12)的回转路径(箭头B)在防止滑动元件(2)脱落的位置被这样地限定,即,在滑轨(5)的中心纵轴线(21)以外、在滑轨(5)面向下部结构(10)的一侧上、并且与滑轨(5)外周边(22)相邻地安置闭锁构件(12)的一个锁定凸耳(20)。
6.根据权利要求5的滑动元件,其特征在于:在越过滑轨固定器(7)时,闭锁构件(12)的回转路径(箭头C)被这样地限定,即,使得闭锁构件(12)的锁定凸耳(20)与滑轨固定器(7)保留一个足够的回转路径(箭头C)间隙地接靠。
7.根据权利要求2的滑动元件,其特征在于:防脱装置(11)的支架(13)与闭锁构件(12)具有同心的孔(23,24)。
8.根据权利要求7的滑动元件,其特征在于:在闭锁构件(12)面向滑轨(5)和/或滑轨固定器(7)的面(25)上设置导向斜面(26)。
9.根据权利要求1的滑动元件,其特征在于:防脱装置(11)借助插入榫(27)或一个燕尾榫接合(28)式固定装置间接或直接地与一个连接在滑动元件(2)上的连接板(3)装配。
