Abstract
本发明涉及一种布置在粗轧和精轧机列之间的卷箱,用于粗轧金属带,尤其是粗轧钢带,这些钢带热卷成盘卷,并且在卷绕站和/或开卷站区域里,借助挡热板装置(7)在带卷端面(5a;5b)上防止带卷继续冷却。该卷箱可以设计成通用的,其方法是,挡热板装置(7)呈可摆动的侧壁(8a;8b)的形式,侧壁可调整到带卷端面(5a,5b)上,并且以成对方式相互对峙的挡热板装置(7)可以平行地调定到不同的带卷宽度(5c)。
Description
本发明涉及一种布置在粗轧和精轧机列之间的卷箱,用于粗轧金属带,尤其用于粗轧钢带,粗轧金属带或钢带被热卷成盘卷,并且在一个卷绕站和/或开卷站的区域里,借助于挡热板装置在带卷端面上防止带卷继续冷却。
由EP 0 507 800 B1已知一种这样的卷箱。那里设置有侧壁用于无芯棒的卷绕过程,以便使热的金属材料卷绕在第一个卷绕位置上。接着是一个开卷站,从这里使钢带引导到精轧机列里去。挡热板侧壁在功能上与无芯棒的卷绕装置或开卷装置有关联,这些装置需要相同间距。挡热板装置有一个反射的内表面。这种挡热板装置既使用在卷绕站,也用在开卷站里。同时不可能总是使带卷端面实现足够的覆盖。
本发明的任务是提出一种这样的挡热板装置,它也可用于在相应轧机列里加工的不同带卷外形尺寸。
所提出的任务按照本发明如下来解决:挡热板装置成可摆动的侧壁的形式,它们能被调整到带卷端面上,并且以成对方式对峙布置的挡热板装置里能被平行地调定到不同的带卷宽度。挡热板装置在一个卷箱的开卷站区域里降低了带边和带中心之间的温度差,而且还有助于使带中心里的热分布在带长上保持恒定。因而在粗轧钢带进入精轧机列之前,在粗轧钢带里实现较好的温度分布,并因此使终产品有较好的质量。同时可以保护完全不同宽度的金属带。
在设计方案中规定了:挡热板装置能分别借助于一个能对向地动作的活塞-油缸单元被调整到带卷端面上。因此,带边和侧壁之间的空间可以保持到尽可能地小。
这些花费较大的结构措施肯定不会妨碍通向开卷站。挡热板装置可摆动性的原理可以利用于,使每个带卷侧的挡热板装置作为单元借助于一个摆动驱动装置可以从开卷站区域里摆动转出来。
考虑到轧机机列里的情况,还有利的是,在一个后部带卷侧,挡热板装置能借助摆动驱动装置围绕一个水平摆动轴线在一个垂直平面里在一个圆形轨道上摆动出去或摆动返回,而在一个前部带卷侧,挡热板装置能借助于摆动驱动装置围绕一个垂直摆动轴线在一个水平的圆形轨道上摆动出去或摆动返回。
另一种设计方案则规定:侧壁设计成门状,并且分别借助于摆动驱动装置可以摆动离开或关闭。其优点在于:在发生故障时,可以借助于一个C形钩从卷箱里清除卷绕的带卷。此外,可以通过类似门的结构利于维护作业。
还有一种改进设计方案:每侧可摆动出来的挡热板装置分别由一个液压的摆动驱动装置、悬臂、活塞-油缸单元、一个摆动杆、一个桥式框架和相应侧壁组成,该单元支承位于一个横向布置的横向框架上。该单元因而也还可以随后装在一个开卷站上。
侧壁的平行调整按照其它的特征这样来设计,从而使分别向外伸出的梁固定在位于开卷站里的、横向于轧机机列的中心布置的横向框架上,在这些梁上分别铰接有活塞-油缸单元的油缸,相应的活塞杆大致作用在一个铰接支承于框架上的摆动杆的中央,在摆动杆端部上铰接固定了大致布置在侧壁长度上的桥式框架,在这框架上,相应的侧壁被固定在多个支撑点上。
根据所作的测量,更有利的是:侧壁在热侧面上除了涂有绝热材料之外,还用一种薄膜状钢层覆盖住。钢薄膜明显更快地变热。由于钢薄膜与绝缘材料直接接触,因而也使绝热材料加热更快。由于绝热作用越强,那么挡热板的内表面温度就越热,因此具有薄膜的挡热板比没有这薄膜的挡热板能够更快地达到完全隔热。
但是,如果薄膜选得太厚的话,那就失去了积极作用。仅为0.5mm厚的钢板不再有明显效果。根据这种认识,有利的是使薄膜状钢层的厚度为大约0.05-0.3mm,最好为0.1mm。
对本发明的一种改进还在于:附加于侧壁并紧接侧壁地,在开卷站上成对地设有具有隔热材料的稳定器,而且在卷绕站上同样成对地设有具有隔热材料的稳定器。同时,如果由此隔热还完全有效的话,那就可以在隔热材料上使用一种薄膜状钢层。因而可以使带卷的端面侧更好地隔热。
在附图中表示了本发明的实施例,以下对它们进行详细的说明。

在图1中在一个粗轧机列和一个精轧机列之间布置了一个卷箱,它有一个卷绕站1,在这里通过进入辊2、弯曲辊3和一个成型辊4使带卷5卷绕。带卷5位于开卷站6里。在开卷站6里,使带卷5在其两个位于图纸平面里的带卷端面5a,5b上并借助于挡热板装置7在开卷站6的部位里防止继续冷却。
此外这挡热板装置7由可摆动地可调整到带卷端面5a,5b上的侧壁8a,8b构成,而且以成对方式对峙布置的挡热板装置7可以平行地调定至不同的带卷宽度5c(一个最大和一个最小的带卷宽度)。侧壁8a,8b分别为对称于轧机机列的中心9布置。
按图3所示,挡热板装置7可以分别借助于一个可以对向动作的活塞-油缸单元10而调整到带卷端面5a,5b上。
在图2中,在一个前部带卷侧12,整个单元15可以借助于一个(液压的)摆动驱动装置13围绕一个垂直的摆动轴线13a在一个水平的圆形轨道14上水平地摆动出来或摆动返回,如在图2下部所示那样。摆动驱动装置13的摆动轴线垂直于图面。
同样在一个后部带卷侧11,挡热板装置7可以借助于摆动驱动装置13围绕一个水平的摆动轴线13b在一个垂直平面里在一个圆形轨道13c上摆动出来或者摆动返回。
侧壁8a,8b可以设计成大致如图所示的门状,并且借助于摆动驱动装置13可以围绕垂直的摆动轴线13a在圆形轨道14上摆动用来打开和关闭。
可以摆动出去的挡热板装置7的整个单元15分别由一个摆动驱动装置13,由一个悬臂16、活塞-油缸单元10,由一个摆动杆17、一个桥式框架18以及由相应的侧壁8a,8b组成,其中单元15支承在一个横向布置的框架19上(参见图1)。
按图3所示分别向外伸出的梁20固定在位于开卷站6里横交于轧机机列中心9的横向框架19上。活塞-油缸单元10的油缸10a铰接与梁20连接。所属的活塞杆10b同样也铰接地连接在一个与横向框架19连接的摆动杆21上,其中作用点可以位于中间。在摆动杆21的端部21a铰接固定了一个大致在侧壁8a,8b的长度上延伸的桥式框架22,而且在这桥式框架22上这些支撑点23作成与侧壁8a,8b连接。
侧壁8a,8b在热侧面24上涂覆有隔热层25,而且这层隔热材料涂有一个薄膜状钢层26。钢层26的厚度大约为0.1mm并且只允许略厚或略薄些。
同时还要补充的是(图1):附加于侧壁8a;8b而且紧接着这侧壁在开卷站6上成对地设置了具有绝热材料25的稳定器27,而在卷绕站1上同样也成对地设置了具有隔热材料25的稳定器28。也适宜的是使隔热材料25涂覆薄膜状的钢层26。

Claims (10)
1.布置在粗轧和精轧机列之间的、用于粗轧金属带的卷箱,所述粗轧金属带被热卷成盘卷,并且在一个卷绕站和/或开卷站的区域里借助挡热板装置在带卷端面上防止所述粗轧金属带继续冷却,其特征在于,所述挡热板装置(7)呈可摆动的侧壁(8a;8b)的形式,所述侧壁能被调整到所述带卷端面(5a;5b)上,并且以成对方式对峙布置的挡热板装置(7)能平行地调定到不同的带卷宽度(5c)。
2.按权利要求1所述的卷箱,其特征在于,所述挡热板装置(7)能分别借助于一个能对向动作的活塞-油缸单元(10)被调整到所述带卷端面(5a;5b)上。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的卷箱,其特征在于,每个带卷侧(11;12)的所述挡热板装置(7)分别作为单元(15)能借助于一个摆动驱动装置(13)从所述开卷站(6)区域里摆动出来。
4.按权利要求3所述的卷箱,其特征在于,在后部的带卷侧(11),所述挡热板装置(7)能借助所述摆动驱动装置(13)围绕一个水平的摆动轴线(13b)在一个垂直平面里在一个圆形轨道(13c)上摆动转出或者摆动返回,而在前部带卷侧(12),所述挡热板装置(7)能借助所述摆动驱动装置(13)围绕一个垂直摆动轴线(13a)在一个水平圆形轨道(14)上摆动转出或者摆动返回。
5.按权利要求3所述的卷箱,其特征在于,所述侧壁(8a;8b)设计成门状并能分别借助所述摆动驱动装置(13)摆动离开或者关闭。
6.按权利要求3所述的卷箱,其特征在于,在每个带卷侧(11;12)能摆动出去的所述挡热板装置(7)分别由一个液压摆动驱动装置(13)、悬臂(16)、活塞-油缸单元(10)、一个摆动杆(17)、一个桥式框架(18)和相应的侧壁(8a;8b)组成,其中所述单元(15)支承在横向布置的横向框架(19)上。
7.按权利要求6所述的卷箱,其特征在于,布置在所述开卷站(6)里的、横交于轧机机列中心(9)的所述横向框架(19)分别固定了伸向外的梁(20),在这些梁上分别铰接着所述活塞-油缸单元(10)的油缸(10a),相应的所述活塞杆(10b)作用在一个铰接支承于所述横向框架(19)上的摆动杆(21)的中央,在所述摆动杆(21)的端部(21a)上铰接固定着在所述侧壁(8a;8b)的长度上延伸的桥式框架(22),在所述框架上,相应的所述侧壁(8a;8b)固定在多个支撑点(23)上。
8.按权利要求1或2所述的卷箱,其特征在于,所述侧壁(8a;8b)在热侧面(24)除了覆有隔热材料(25)外,还覆有一层薄膜状钢层(26)。
9.按权利要求8所述的卷箱,其特征在于,所述薄膜状钢层(26)的厚度为0.05-0.3mm。
10.按权利要求1或2所述的卷箱,其特征在于,附加于所述侧壁(8a,8b)并紧接着所述侧壁地,在所述开卷站(6)上成对地设有带绝热材料(25)的稳定器(27),并且在所述卷绕站(1)上也成对地设有带绝热材料(25)的稳定器(28)。
