Abstract

"CAIXA PARA BOBINAS, POSICIONADA ENTRE O TREM DESBASTADOR E O TREM DE ACABAMENTO". A presente invenção se refere a uma caixa para bobinas, posicionada entre o trem desbastador e o trem de acabamento para tiras de metal a serem acabadas, especialmente para tiras de aço, que são enroladas a quente para formar rolos e são protegidas contra um ulterior esfriamento no âmbito de uma estação para enrolar e/ou uma estação para desenrolar (6), por meio de dispositivos de escudos térmicos (7) posicionados nas superfícies exteriores do rolo (5a; 5b), e que pode ser configurada universalmente pelo fato de que os dispositivos de escudo térmico (7) são formados por paredes laterais (8a, 8b) que podem ser ajustadas às superfícies exteriores do rolo (Sa, 5b) por rotação, e que os dispositivos de escudo térmico (7) que se encontram um defronte do outro formando um par podem ser ajustados paralelamente para diferentes larguras do rolo (5c).
