Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于通讯装置的前罩盖,更具体地说是涉及一种一体形成有键盘的通讯装置前罩盖,其中,一体形成有显示窗设置部分和按键设置部分以覆盖通讯装置的前表面的键盘以及保持前表面形状的壳体结合成一体。而且,本发明还涉及用于制造这种通讯装置前罩盖的方法。
随着通讯技术的迅速发展,通讯装置已得到广泛使用。通常所使用的通讯装置是便携式通讯装置,诸如便携式电话机和PCS(个人通讯系统)。
这种通讯装置具有一前罩盖,如图1所示。该前罩盖由一前壳体1、一具有多个按键的键盘3和一具有一透明窗的显示窗2组合而成,前壳体1上形成有诸按键通孔和一显示窗设置部分,按键通孔中插设数字、字符或功能键。如果使用者需要的话,前罩盖的外表面可以装饰以印刷图案或粘附标贴物。
为防止水或微粒通过构件结合部分,如上述那样制造的用于便携式通讯装置的前罩盖上具有一包封材料。然而,随着包封材料的变形,可能会有水或微粒通过构件结合部分的问题。
而且,由于前罩盖必须由多个构件组合而成,因而需要复杂的工艺以及许多设备和人力,降低了生产率。
因此,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种一体形成有键盘的通讯装置前罩盖,它制造起来很容易,并可防止水或杂质流入。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种一体形成有键盘的通讯装置前罩盖,其表面上一体印刷有图案或字符。
本发明的另一目的在于提供制造这种通讯装置前罩盖的方法。
为实现上述目的,提供了一种一体形成有键盘的通讯装置前罩盖。该前罩盖包括:一外衬,它具有从外衬的板面向外突出的一显示窗设置部分和按键设置部分;一体设置于外衬的内表面上的一壳体,它具有一与显示窗设置部分对应的显示窗通孔和与按键设置部分对应的按键通孔;一体设置于外衬的显示窗设置部分处的一透明显示窗;以及一体设置于外衬的按键设置部分处的按键。
而且,还提供了制造这种通讯装置前罩盖的方法。该方法包括:提供一透明薄膜,并在该薄膜的内表面上印制数字、字符或图形;切割薄膜的边缘,形成一与相关前罩盖对应并具有一显示窗设置部分和按键设置部分的外衬;
将该外衬插入一金属模具;在该外衬的内表面上一体地设置一透明显示窗和壳体;并且在该外衬的按键设置部分上设置按键。
通过以下结合附图的详细描述,本发明的上述和其它目的、特点和优点将变得更为清楚,附图中:
图1是现有技术的通讯装置前罩盖的一个例子的立体图;
图2是本发明的一体形成有键盘的通讯装置前罩盖的一个实施例的部分剖开的立体图;

图4是说明本发明的一体形成有键盘的通讯装置前罩盖的制备工艺的流程图。
下面参照附图来描述本发明的一个较佳实施例。
如图2和3所示,按照本发明的该较佳实施例,一体形成有键盘的通讯装置前罩盖包括一形成于最外部的外衬10、一用于保持形状的壳体20、用于输入信息的按键30和一用于检查信息的透明显示窗40。
参见外衬10,在由具有良好弹性的透明合成树脂制成的薄膜的一侧上印有图形、图案或字符。在外衬的平表面上折叠和突出有设置按键的诸按键设置部分12和设置透明显示窗的一显示窗设置部分11。显示窗设置部分11未经印制,它是透明的,因而使用者可以通过它看到通讯装置的显示单元上显示的信息。在诸按键设置部分12中印制有用于输入电话号码的数字、用于输入字符信息的字符和用于显示功能的图形。按键设置部分12和显示窗设置部分11以外的其余部分可以印制图案或图形,也可以根据使用者的爱好着以颜色。
围绕诸按键设置部分12以一预定间隙形成一按键游动槽13,使得一体形成于其下表面的按键30可顺畅地上下移动,这将在下面详细描述。然而,形成于显示窗设置部分11处的透明显示窗40是不可移动而固定的,这是因为仅形成朝外或朝内折叠表面,而没有任何游动槽。
透明显示窗40和诸按键30分别设置在显示窗设置部分11和诸按键设置部分12处。透明显示窗40是具有预定厚度的板式的,它通过将合成树脂注塑于显示窗设置部分上而形成,并且应该是透明的,以让使用者可以检查通讯装置的显示单元上显示的信息。通过将合成树脂注塑于诸按键树脂部分12上而形成诸按键30,它们推压通讯装置的电路底板上所形成的电气接触点。
外衬10如上所述由薄膜或薄板制成,壳体20设置在其内表面上,即设置在面朝通讯装置内部的表面上,以保持外衬10的形状。
在壳体20上形成有一供透明窗40通过的透明窗通孔22和供诸按键30通过的诸按键通孔21。按键通孔21形成为其宽度宽于按键30,使得形成于外衬10上的按键游动槽13可以与按键30一起插入。
数字、字符或图形形成于外衬10的内表面上,即形成于与壳体20相接触的表面上,因而它们不会因从外部反复接触、诸如频繁地按压按键而被抹去。
下面参照图4以及图2和3来描述这种通讯装置罩盖的制造方法。
例如,首先提供由合成树脂制成的透明薄膜,在薄膜上印制数字、字符或图形(S1)。最好,将此类数字、字符或图形印制于薄膜的内表面上。将经印制的薄膜插入一与通讯装置前罩盖对应的模具并进行模压,使薄膜形成一显示窗设置部分和诸按键设置部分(S2)。将该薄膜从模具中取出,并切割和修整薄膜的周边或边缘,从而形成一外衬10(S3)。将该外衬10插设于一金属模具中(S4)。然后,用注塑机将合成树脂注塑于显示窗设置部分11和外衬10的内表面,从而分别将一透明窗40和一壳体20设置于外衬10的内表面上(S5)。同样,将合成树脂注塑于诸按键设置部分11,从而将各按键30设置于外衬10上(S6)。而后,当然是对外衬10进行诸如涂层、烘干和检验之类的工序,以获得成品罩盖。
或者,关于透明窗、壳体和诸按键的注塑可以以不同的方式来进行。例如,一种方法是,通过注塑合成树脂先形成透明显示窗40、再形成壳体20,以防止形成壳体20的合成树脂流入透明显示窗40,最后通过注塑机中的各注塑口注塑合成树脂,从而形成诸按键30。或者,如果需要的话,先模制壳体20,然后再模制透明显示窗40。这种注塑工艺称作“双重注塑”。还有,其它的方法是,同时模制透明显示窗40和壳体20,然后再模制诸按键30。这种注塑工艺称作“三重注塑”。
在任何速度下,将透明显示窗40模制于显示窗设置部分11上,将各按键30模制于按键设置部分12上,将壳体20模制于外衬10除部分11和12以外的内表面上。
或者,壳体经预制,并在外衬的除显示窗和诸按键设置部分以外的内表面上涂覆粘合剂,从而将壳体粘附于外衬上。
按照本发明的一体形成有键盘的通讯装置的前罩盖,由于外衬覆盖通讯装置的前表面,在前罩盖上没有通孔,因而可以防止水或微粒通过前表面进入通讯装置。另外,印制于外衬的内表面上的图案或图形可以使通讯装置具有光滑的外表面。并且,由于外衬具有较高的抗拉强度和对外部冲击的较强吸收性能,因而可延长通讯装置的使用寿命。
虽然以上参照一个特定的较佳实施例示出和描述了本发明,但本技术领域的技术人员可以理解,在不脱离如所附权利要求书限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以对其进行各种形式上和细节上的各种变化。
Claims (15)
1.一种用于通讯装置的前罩盖,它包括:
一外衬,它具有从外衬的板面向外突出的一显示窗设置部分和诸按键设置部分;
一体设置于外衬的内表面上的一壳体,它具有一与显示窗设置部分对应的显示窗通孔和与诸按键设置部分对应的诸按键通孔;
一体设置于外衬的显示窗设置部分处的一透明显示窗;以及
一体设置于外衬的诸按键设置部分处的诸按键。
2.如权利要求1所述的前罩盖,其特征在于,所述外衬由透明的合成树脂薄膜制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的前罩盖,其特征在于,在诸按键设置部分的内表面上分别印制有与各按键对应的数字、字符或图形。
4.如权利要求1所述的前罩盖,其特征在于,围绕外衬的所述诸按键设置部分形成有一便于所述按键顺畅操作的按键游动槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的前罩盖,其特征在于,透明显示窗注塑于显示窗设置部分上。
6.如权利要求1所述的前罩盖,其特征在于,所述各按键分别注塑于按键设置部分上。
7.如权利要求1所述的前罩盖,其特征在于,壳体注塑于外衬的除显示窗设置部分和诸按键设置部分以外的内表面上。
8.如权利要求1所述的前罩盖,其特征在于,壳体用粘合剂粘接于所述外衬的内表面上。
9.通讯装置前罩盖的制造方法,它包括以下步骤:
提供一透明薄膜,并在该薄膜的内表面上印制数字、字符或图形;
切割薄膜的边缘,形成一与相关前罩盖对应并具有一显示窗设置部分和诸按键设置部分的外衬;
将外衬插入一金属模具;
在外衬的内表面上一体地设置一透明显示窗和壳体;以及
在外衬的诸按键设置部分上设置诸按键。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,它还包括围绕诸按键设置部分形成一便于顺畅地操作所述按键的按键游动槽的步骤。
11.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,将透明显示窗、壳体和诸按键注塑于外衬的内表面上。
12.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,将透明显示窗注塑于显示窗设置部分上。
13.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,将各按键分别注塑于按键设置部分上。
14.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,将壳体注塑于外衬的除显示窗设置部分和诸按键设置部分以外的内表面上。
15.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,将壳体用粘合剂粘接于所述外衬的内表面上。
